Okay, so after 13 months, every other business has figured out how to open their showrooms safely.At this point, its a huge PITA to shop here!Personally, unless the item is ONLY available at Acme, Im shopping elsewhere until the showroom is reopened.Speaking with other trades workers around town, I could have removed the personally from that last sentence, as there are a LOT of upset contractors!Acme manager, go to ANY other business around town, see how they are dealing with Covid restrictions and figure it out for your place. Please!

Wow! They have everything and are very nice. You currently have to stand just outside the garage door (COVID rule) so it’s fastest to call ahead and place your order. The products are excellent and prices were the best so I highly recommend this business.

I love how they have candy at the will call counter!!! Ooo and those big wall calendars that you can take home and see from a mile away are awesome. Tool repair is great! Uni strut is awesome. Paint markers to tools go here for the best.

Horrible customer service and pricing on products. Not competitive pricing not even close. Sales associate would not adjust pricing to be competitive. It’s like a hospital, they don’t share pricing until you have to leave!That’s why they do not put pricing on their products.Will not recommend store to anyone and will make a good discussion for the “round table talks” at the HBA.

I love Acme, they usually always have everything you need construction wise and priced are fair. I shop them before anyone else.

Hit or miss desk crew at the MLK location. Can be rude and demanding, downright petulant sometimes. One day the whole crew ignores you while talking about how hung over they are (happened today), or walk you through your options and be totally helpfull. Just depends on the day and who is working. Wonder who supervises the salesmen?
