I’ve been pleased with their replacement windows. Before Covid I could expect a 10-12 day lead time. So far post covid it’s closer to 3 weeks +. No fault of theirs just letting the community know. So far everything I have installed has held up well. It’s been 4 years since my first purchase and no complaints here!

The Roof Doctors loves the service at Alside Supply. We used thier products to replace the roofing at The Villa Condos in Westbrook.

If you deliver a load here better use the bathroom beforehand because they arent allowing anyone outside to use the restrooms and they dont even have the common decency to supply even a portapotty for us drivers bringing in their supplies.

After less than 6 years, the seal broke on a large picture window. I struggled to get a replacement window under warranty. It took months. It is impossible to get ANYONE to call you back. I have continued to call Alside and the guy they told me could reinstall my window. Even when they tell you specifically that they will call you back, they do not call you back. I guess they just do not care about small jobs. Ill remember that the next time I need a house full of windows. I truly hate to post a bad review, but it is what it is.

Failure of one of the double pane window units - warranty support is absolutely useless and distributor in Portland doesnt appear to want to know anything.

Verypoorservice on a window order april 2018.Windows made wrong, promises to fix not kept. Manager came out and apoligized and promised to fix and........... 3 months later nothing.Do Not buy here
