This place is ran by the sweetest people. I go in periodically to pick up some mole paste, the Don Froylan cheese, some big tortillas, some lard, and the weekend Carnitas. I love the proximity to my home and I love the people. They are seriously perfect.

I’m from Venezuela and this store has everything I need to make traditional food from my country. You can find specialty Latin American products and tropical produce (including ripe plantains). The associated butchery has the Latin cuts of meat. The owners are lovely people that care for their customers. Go threat yourself!

Fantastic selection of dried chilies. Amazing little grocery in general, lots of hard-to-find items to be had here. My first stop whenever Im cooking any Latin-American food.

I have been coming here since they first opened shop. This is my go to place for salsas, guacamole, tortillas, and any ingredients I need when I am cooking up a plato latinoamericano. They always remember my partner and I when we go there and I always feel so welcomed. I am so happy this little place exists in Portland.

BEST GUACAMOLE AND SALSA EVER. Definitely the most underrated guac in all of Portland. Cute little mini Latin grocery store with fresh guac and a variety of awesome salsas. I can’t stop gushing over this place - I would drive across Portland for this stuff no joke!!

Purchased some of their products, salsa and guacamole from People’s co-op and literally had to get out the pliers to get the lid open. I called and the owner called me but when he called me back in the middle of explaining about the packaging our call was cut off. Apparently they used to have other containers but these are just too hard to open. The snaps on the sides require really heavy force to bend up. Not recommended for the elderly or anyone who feels like battling packaging with pliers.The guacamole is great though.
