Went here to check out the sushi place. The place had multiple food carts with a craft beer on the tap. There are different cuisines here Thai, Indian, Sushi, Mexican. We tried the Indian place and it was great. There is indoor and outdoor seating as well. There are restrooms. Free two hour parking on the street and parking behind the back as well. The close between 14:00-16:00. Overall a look location with plenty of variety. Would highly recommend to pay a visit.

Food court has some good options with a variety of indoor, outdoor covered, and outdoor seating and its organized to block out the Multnomah ave traffic.

Checked the website and it showed the food cart we were interested in as open. Drove there and it and many others were closed. Would be great if they had their food cart owners update their webpages to show if they are open. This was on a weekday. The area is nice with seating and would have been great for a nice lunch.

I havent been here in a while since moving out of the neighborhood, but I need to say that the breakfast burrito from the Mexican cart is hands down the best Ive ever had in my life. Nothing else has even come close it. Its almost unreal.

Nice spot. Great small stores and food trucks outside with dining. Parking in the back, but looks to be sometimes tricky if busy.

I would give a much higher rating but having the convenience of all this small food places to choose from so close to my home I love but you never know when they are open and that is a shame I just dont eve think about them when Im hungry cause I have gone several times and its been closed . NEED BETTER HOURS OF OPERATION AND STICK TO IT

You’ll be lucky if the cart you want to eat at is open. It’s not even 7:00pm on a Friday and 90% of the carts are closed. This happens often.

Amazing Thai food cart!! And Mexican taco food cart is the bomb. There are 7 food carts there that cycle to different ones. Sushi, Indian food, Mexican food, thai food, tea shop, southern food, wine/beer stand.

Relaxing spot for a bite to eat and drink

We just tried the Gypsy food cart for the first time and its our new favorite indulgence! The Gypsy chicken and hot chicken sandwiches were amazing as was the cheeseburger. Amazing like I wanted each bite to last so I took my time with this fast food to extend the enjoyment! Their herbed potatoes were delicious (so glad we got two orders). Thank goodness for the salad - shaved brussels sprouts, apple, and fennel, which was seasonal, fresh, and made it all feel healthy. Great find!

Just had the best massage I have ever had at the Wellness on Wheels. Ill be back!

I absolutely love this place!! Supper cute place very romantic. They have a great selection of wines. Our food was amazing!! Ari tuna is a must!! The fish was cooked to perfection, and dessert was great!! The staff is very friendly and made sure we were satisfied. Oliver is very friendly and has great recommendations. Worth every penny. They only have valet parking and its cash only!!

This place might have a chance of being the “destination” it wants to be if any of the carts were actually open. 8PM on a beautiful Saturday night in midsummer, nothing open. 3PM on Sunday, ghost town. Both of these times the surrounding neighborhood was bustling, so it’s not like there’s no money to be made. It’s extra frustrating because the food is good! I just wonder why they only serve the weekday lunch/early dinner crowd, especially in summer.

The My Favorite Soap shop has excellent quality soaps and bath items for sale. The scents are lovely and unique; the owner, Jean Marie, mixes them up herself and hand crafts everything.

This place keeps getting more vibrant and fun. Its such a great addition to the neighborhood. Its got very nice flower shop and other cute shops plus some nice variety of food carts. My only complaint is that it would be nice if the food carts had some longer hours for dinner.

This place is just amazing! Food carts are next to none, atmosphere is top notch. With a local farmers and produce market on hand as well as a cart that deals in locally ranched meats and fresh Oregon fish this place is a one stop shop! The stores are fantastic, great local owners and awesome products. The plant store is one of the best I have been to with fair prices and amazing customer service... as is with all the shops carts and market. The owner of the whole quarter takes a lot of pride and is currently expanding!

Perfect quaint village of food cart dining and drinks.

The French Quarter has clean indoor seating for food cart dining, free public wifi, and a charming, old-world ambiance. A BIG downside is that most of the Quarters stalls were closed, and this was the second time on a late morning Saturday that Id tried to visit - after checking their posted open hours. geez. Thank goodness for the beautiful jewelry and plant stores, or there would have been nothing to visit!

With the lure of music playing in the background, you are transported to a small French village where you might find friends chatting over lunch, art lovers admiring the gallery or shoppers checking out the boutiques. Dont forget to enjoy a bite with friends from the food carts (I recommend Hey Stellas Colombian food cart). On some days you can even catch the owner chatting in french with locals. So glad this place exists.

We went here for Christmas trees! They pulled out all the bells and whistles. Shook the tree and put it through the netting machine and secured on the roof of our little Volvo. Super easy and stress free!Still needs a topper but its perfect:)

I had a lamb gyro and it was good! The feta cheese was evenly distributed and the lettuce and tomatoes and onions were fresh!

Just moved to this area and LOVE the French quarter!! Food carts are amazing, shops are unique and the area is always clean!! Come 1-3 times a week!

Great place to hang out. It is a repro of a French gallery marchande. I found homemade soap (My favourite soap), Mexican folks art (Dos Damas), a plant shop (Gurtons), an art gallery (Le Meitour gallery). There is a Viet Laotian (Noy Viet Lao) food cart, a South American food cart (Hey Stella cocina), a Brazilian/Italian coffee cart. Yummy and also, one can eat inside the building. Great place to do your shopping and eating.

Excellent vegan pho and amazing service at the food cart. They do need to put out more basics such as napkins, forks, etc.
