Five Stars to Jake and Mathew and the entire team. We had such a smooth, No B.S. experience buying our new Nissan Sentra SR from Nissan of Portland. We live in OS Washington. Prior to coming down to Portland we went to 5 Nissan Dealers in Washington and had anywhere from mediocre to terrible experiences. My wife happened to call Nissan of Portland and spoke with Jake. 2 phone calls later, we started heading down to Portland. Everyone was sooo friendly and instead of a stressful experience, we actually had fun; weird right! I would highly recommend buying a Nissan from Jake and company at Nissan of Portland! We have had our Sentra SR for a month now and love, love, love it. I have owned 3 other Nissan Sentras prior to this one and there is no comparison. This Sentra is VERY comfortable and VERY fun to drive. Wow, what an improvement from my previous Sentras. The last one I owned was a 2012 SL and our son is still driving it today; 155K miles and no problems! The Nissan Sentra is a great car for a great price!!!!!

Dante was amazing to work with. This was my first time purchasing a car and I had come in just to test drive a car I was interested in. I wasnt pressured to buy it or anything. They simply let me test drive it and answered all my questions. I eventually came back to purchase the car and it was so incredibly easy. They didnt try to upsell me on anything and they were straight forward with pricing and financing. I was absolutely floored by the customer service I received. Dante made this stressful process so easy. I will absolutely be referring people here and when I have to purchase another car, this place will be my first stop. I am beyond elated with my purchase.
As always, the customer service is stellar! Emily is awesome and is super helpful, and seems to know everything that goes on there~ in the best way. She was kind and helpful to a new front desk employee ( a guy who was super friendly and great too) and checked on some parts I had inquired about concerning a minor recall. All service expenses are transparent and theres never a surprise charge or upsell. I love that the paperwork will list recommendations for my car. Theres never pressure here to add something to the service. I love this place and would highly recommend!!!
Dante Quinones is a model salesman.I enjoyed doing business with him, because he did not pressure me into a sale.I felt very comfortable with him.And I felt assured, he definitely had my best interest at heart. I brought my son with me to assist with negotiation, he does not trust car salesman. The employee was nice and did a pretty good job.Nissan of Portland sold me a Nissan vehicle they new has had lots of transmission issues. A year and a half after purchasing the transmission broke down even though it was newer and only had 85k miles. The only thing they did was give me another $150 credit towards the replace of a transmission... very disappointing!
I came to Rustom to have the front hood latch on my 2018 Altima replaced following notification of a recall. This location is not conveniently located for me, therefore I won’t make a habit of using Ruston unless I need to for Nissan specific service or repairs, like in the case of the recalled latch.It was busy, but staff was kind and helpful and got me out relatively quickly. There was a nice waiting area with access to a table and outlet where I could plug in my computer to work, however, I had trouble connecting to the guest WiFi, so I just ended up using my phone as a hotspot.
My experience was THEE best experience I have ever received at a car lot!!!! I was able to talk to Dewey, Sale Manager and Dante, Sales Rep about what I wanted adn how much I wanted to spend.We didnt waste time looking at cars that were out of my price range. That I really appreciated!!!! Dante worked with me through the process of picking, the application and even after I got the car, his customer service making sure I was okay with the purchase is unmatched.I recommend Nissan of Portland but more importantly, Dante is THEE best salesman I ever met. I dont think calling him a Salesman is the right title for him.... Nissan of Portland gets 5 stars and Dante gets 10 stars from me!!!!

I went to another location and was super annoyed with the lack of information (about a car I knew I wanted), the finance manager trying to sell me a significantly more expensive version, being left to sit in the sales area for a long time while he talked to another guy, and the music was so bad. I went to Nissan of Portland the next day. Talked on the phone to the manager before coming and she told the exact inventory, price, details of closing, and had everything ready for me when I got there. She knew so much about the car when we test drove it. She taught me how to work all the new technology and had so many details. The whole sales process took about an hour start to finish and I was never left to wait. They explained everything, cleaned and charged the car and I was on my way. The follow up has also been awesome. Super attentive but no pressure to respond (Im super busy and phone tag stresses me out). The whole thing couldnt have gone better and Im so happy with my little red leaf.

I was recently visiting Portland and my car was broken. I had to get my car towed to Nissan of Portland. Tim went above and beyond to get my car fixed as fast as possibly so I could get back on the road and head home. He kept me up to date with what was happening with part orders, labor and also voluntarily closed the conversation gaps between me and my insurance adjuster. I wish Tim worked in my local Nissan dealership because he is a gem!

Got the car I wanted from a great sales person Dante. Had a slight hiccup with the financing which Dante is personally handling. I originally drove an hour to the dealership to look at a certified used vehicle. It was clear once I saw the car it wasnt going to work because of some cosmetic issues. They suggested another certified used vehicle which after a while of negotiations I ended up buying. When I drove home I noticed a large gouge in the sidewall of the tire, a deep scratch in the bumper and greasy fingerprints on the inside roof of the car, not sure how I didnt notice these things at the dealership but I didnt. I called and they told me to bring it back the next day and they would take care of it. They did and gave me a loaner while they were fixing everything. They ended up delivering my vehicle back to me and we switched cars back. It has now been a few days and I have discovered a burnt out brake light. I will fix this myself because I am not going to drive and hour just to have a brake light changed. I feel that when you buy and certified vehicle that these things should have been checked and verified beforehand. Overall I am happy with my purchase and the vehicle, I just felt in some areas there could be some improvement with attention to detail and being more thorough in their overall inspection.

Ivan helped me buy my 2017 Leaf, and I was very happy with his help and attitude. Id ask for him again. His sakes manager was also easy to work with and fair-minded. I love the car I got, and I received a reasonable price for my trade in. The whole process was fairly quick and easy, and mostly painless! But watch out for the Finance Manager, who might try to convince you with some pretty fast talking to buy extras you may not need or want, making it sound like a done deal. But hey, thats his job, I guess, so fair play.Overall it was a great improvement over the used car lots I had been visiting. Thanks again, Ivan!

I went in for a recall on an airbag. Once I was able to talk to the staff they scheduled it right away, were ready for my vehicle when I arrived, and finished the maintenance ahead of schedule. I had also asked for a headlight to be replaced and they did that cheaply and without question. Overall great experience.

I got a call from a sales representative asking me about the car I was interested and said I can come tomorrow. We texted in the morning that I was with the bank in Salem to get a car loan, and then I would head over to Portland when I was done. When I got there they told me the car had sold the night prior. I was not informed that same morning when I was texting Matthew, the guy helping me. Piss poor communication and a waste of my time.

I have had my Nissan Leaf serviced by you since I bought it in 2011, and you have always done a good job. In particular, on one occasion I thought the stereo system was broken, and your technician fixed it with a flip of the switch, whereas he could have conned me and claimed it was a major repair. I appreciate the honesty.

Service Dept A++... Sales dept a FAT 0. Ran my credit 4 times without my permission or telling me any results with their noses in the air. Overpriced cars and bad customer service. If it wasnt for credit alerts I wouldnt have known. Finance manager showed no respect for me or my credit report and never spoke to me, just sitting in the back office running my credit over and over. Dropped my score over 20 points!! I care about my credit as much as he cares about his!! Thats why I bought my last Nissan in Wilsonville. They ran my credit once..got approved by Nissan credit Corp and walked out with NEW car. No problem. And Im in a WAY better position now than then! Need a new car? Go somewhere else.
Well I have to say it’s no wonder this dealership is growing and won so many awards for excellence. It started for me over 2 years ago when I moved to the area. I had a wiper problem on a Saturday and it was 5 mins before the service department closed. I called first and they said they would be waiting for me. I arrived it was pouring down rain and windy, they had me pull in and a service technician came right over to the car. He had the problem fixed and recommended new wiper blades and installed them while me and my family waited in car. It was the service that Emily provided that had me bring my Maxima, Rouge, Pathfinder and I have even brought my mom in and sales team same experience amazing she traded in her 5 Toyota that she has had for her very first Nissan and during the deal they found a way for my dream car the 40th Anniversary edition Maxima which I guess you already know where I am taking that for service. To sum it up, I have used other Nissan dealerships in the metro area and they have lost sight of the customer experience yet Portland Nissan they have earned my business.
I test drove a 2020 Pathfinder with them two days ago and it wasnt until I had gotten on the freeway that I figured out the rear passenger tire was at 9psi, completely flat. I will not be buying from a dealership that would send me on the road in such an unsafe situation.

I was told 1 hour I was there for 1 hour 45 minutes. I never got a update after the 1 hour. Also my drivers side door had grease on the inside on my tan leather very noticeable. The frontbstaff was very nice. Just would have been better if I got that update and my leather didnt come back with grease on it.

Worst dealership Ive ever been to. I NEVER leave reviews but it was so bad. STAY AWAY! I brought my 2009 nissian GT-R into the dealership for a oil change service and inspection. They drove my car over 100 miles and told me a ton of things were wrong with my GTR. Went to another shop to verify and I was shown that everything nissian told me was a lie. Stay away. I called to see how they could make it right and I was never called back. They are just trying to take your money any chance they can.

Staff was courteous, and friendly. They were done in a timely manner. In fact, they got some sooner than I was was told they would be. It was very well priced considering that they were doing both an oil change, as well as swapping out the tires for the snow tires. I will continue to bring the truck here.
Ive been here before so knew what to expect. The staff is friendly and informative, we discussed what the checkup found without me having to ask (this isnt a given, my old mechanic skipped that part), and the cost of the oil change was discussed up front (no surprises). Thats all I really want, and they make sure its done right.

After talking with a sales rep (Ivan) on the phone stating that another dealer had the same car (2018 Nissan Leaf SL) for a lower price and being told they were flexible on pricing I drove 138 miles to their dealership. Upon getting there they ran my credit telling me it would not put a hard inquiry. (It did) Then after they tell me they wont budge one cent on the listed price. Wasted day / gas, ding on my credit. Take whats said with a grain of salt.

My sales contact and financier contact were both very helpful, and went beyond my expectations, working hard to ensure my selection was what I wanted. After reviewing the car I thought Id prefer, I decided to stick with my first pick.Dewey was on the spot with cars matched to my interests including getting a car expedited which had just arrived.Ramin was very helpful reviewing the rates for optional items, and ensuring that other car I was considering would be held for me.Jake made sure I had no remaining concerns or questions, and made sure the car I took home would be complete.Im happily driving a barely 2.5 yo car that looks like its brand new. Their detail team is excellent, and I had the pleasure of getting rides with Tony, each time logistics demanded.

You may be better off going to Ron Tonkin or some other Nissan dealer. We came to an agreement on a price and after test driving the car I noticed the wheel alignment was off and part of the window trim/seal was deformed. I asked them to fix it before I bought the car. They said they would. Turns out they lied.They claimed the trim was fine the way it is and won’t affect the function of the car. After 15 minute of it being in my garage I had it fixed, no biggie.Then there was the alignment. Through the holidays I drove the car south and broke it in. After breaking it in I decided to change the oil and check the alignment as the steering wheel was still slightly off. Took the car to Ron Tonkin as I cannot trust these people. Low and behold it was. See the report for proof. Don’t give these people your business as customer satisfaction is not their top priority, selling cars is.

They did inform me of the issues with my tires and them being too small for my vehicle, which was very enlightening. Buy from another dealership - dont waste your time and money here.I came in to ask about/eventually buy a 2020 Nissan Leaf and was constantly rushed to buy the car on the spot. When I brought up the incentives offered on both the Nissan website as well as locally, the salesman as well as the sales manager argued back and forth with me about them despite being a deal from Nissan themselves in many cases.The sales manager followed the salesperson around and breathed down his neck the entire time, which didnt make me feel comfortable. I understand that car sales may be down due to the pandemic, but trying to strong-arm consumers into buying a car ASAP as well as arguing about manufacturer-offered incentives isnt something Im going to waste my time over, especially with a sales manager who has a sleazy attitude.Im at a loss for words at how I was treated and cant wait to buy a 2020 Leaf from another dealership that will treat me like an actual person and customer.
Don’t do business with Nissan of Portland. They will lie. Sales Manager Jay Bunick the worst. When I purchased my 2020 Nissan Sentra SV brand new it already had scratches and swirls. I did schedule appointment. I decided to cancel it because it was still winter. I wanted to wait for spring to have the car detail. Today Jay Budnick said he won’t detail free like he promised originally. He’s a fake ! Can’t keep his word. These guys are crooked ! Don’t do business with them ! I recommend different dealerships and get treated better respect!
It took much longer than I had expected. I dropped the car off at 8:30 and it wasnt ready until 4:30ish. I was expecting it to be done by 3:30 when I got off work
My overall service (oil change) experience in Rustom Nissan Of Portland was greater then unpleasant meeting with a supervisor Mearl (unmasked and rude) in Ray Schultzen Nissan of The Dalles, Oregon at the same day.Friendly staff in the masks provided safe environment for the customers in the waiting area and lobby. Likely I will return to this dealer for the next oil service work in future.

Was in the market for an SUV; compared a couple models and a salesman here who’d been in contact with me a couple days prior to my test drive invited me in to try the car out and to see it in person. No promises were made in purchasing the vehicle or any vehicle for the matter; he was kind and patient for the entire time up until the end. He brought in another lady to try and reach a deal with me (aggressively, at that). Kept hounding me to seal a deal. After I’d left to look at other cars, I received a few e-mails, calls, voicemails.. Then after I’d let them know that I went with another vehicle, the salesman totally drops his act? “Thanks for wasting 9 days of my time.” is the exact text he’d sent me. Felt like some type of good-cop-bad-cop situation. Was uncomfortable the moment she was in the picture. The two stars is for being patient and kind toward me for the first half of the transaction.
I had my X-terra un for regular service. Work was done quickly and the bill was lower than expected.
I had a bad switch to lower/raise my window. Two hours later I’m told it’ll be $390 to fix. $140 of it a fee to tell me I have a bad switch. I ordered my own switch on line $22 and will replace it myself. Everybody needs to make money but $390 to replace a $22 switch is out of line and I will never do business with you again.

I am just wowed and grateful by the excellent customer service Nissan of Portland has shown towards my son and I. I especially want to say thank you to Emily in the service department. My so was having a transmission issue. We phoned Kieffer Nissan in Corvallis, and was told it would cost over $4,000 to fix, and that was that no further investigation or questions asked!. I then phoned Nissan of Portland and spoke with Emily. She asked for the last 8 digits of the VIN# and saw that the car still was under the Manufacture Warranty. We had the towed in on Monday and out by Friday. This was a HUGE relief for me and my son which recently graduated from OSU and to have car issue was preventing him from working shortly, but thanks to Emily and her wonderful service she made it happen nice, smooth & efficient my son is back working!!!. We are forever grateful and look forward to doing continuous business with Nissan of Portland!!!!! KUDOS Emily. :-)

Update: Nissan Financing misplaced the USAA auto loan payment into the incorrect account and called, trying to blame me for it. All it took was two calls to USAA to get the customer service to work on the issue... Not happy and stressed before work. This is almost 20 days after buying my car.Saleslady was great and was helpful but the financing part took forever to get done. We waited 45 minutes just to get that paperwork done. Go here for the nice people but dont be surprised to wait a while to finalize everything.

Due to an unanticipated move to a rural area far from Nissan dealers, I decided against an extended service contract after the fact and the business is being helpful in facilitating my cancellation.
