AVOID THEM!!!Purchased a Ford Edge from them a few weeks ago. They told me detailing had just finished with it, so I came by to look and it was still dirty, and the rugs were stained - I should have left then. But I went ahead and bought it anyways because I needed a vehicle for a big move I was making. While on the road, I realized it was overheating whenever I wasnt moving. I got out ans looked and realized that NEITHER of the engine fans were working! We had to constantly pull over so the engine would cool off. I had a mechanic come look at it, and he said BOTH fans need replaced AND the coolant tube is leaking. This will cost me well over $1,000 for a vehicle I bought less then a week ago.They clearly dont even look over their vehicles before selling them! BEWARE!!!

In looking for a Jeep Unlimited I visited 5 different dealerships and West Coast Auto was by far the best experience. And yes, this is where I bought my Jeep! Peter was laidback and helpful. Absolutely no pressure, which was what I experienced at other dealerships. I also like that there is no haggling. You know the price going in. Will definitely come back when Im in the market for another used car.

Called the place and got most of the things done over the phone. When we got there, the car was waiting for a test drive and the staff were so kind! While we were on our way to Portland, Peter even bumped the interest down! After coming back from the test drive, all my dad had to do was sign! Finances were in check, information was all there; it was an easy in and out. Overall, this is a wonderful place to get a vehicle with some beautiful models.

They low balled me on my trade and told me they could not give me more because of a small dent in the bumper. They said they would have to fix it first. They have it listed for double what they paid me and lied about fixing it. Their detailer is dishonest as well. I asked for a couple things I forgot to grab out if the trade, and conveniently no where to be found. I dont think a honest car dealership exists!

Another used car dealer with no business ethics or morals. 2012 Lexus CT200h is being sold as accident free on Craigslist right now. NOT TRUE. How do I know? I just traded in this car at a dealer. It has TWO accidents, how do you have a CLEAN CARFAX? A little magic or fairy dust perhaps? BELIEVE the one star ratings folks and RUN.

My husband and i wanted to lease a 2012 impreza and we talked to joel benjamine who said we should order it because we wanted a stick shift (theyre hard to find!). the ordering process was super easy and the car came in early! we went to fill out the lease papers today. it was such a smooth process and joel was really awesome to work with. he kept me in the loop about our car through emails and always replied to me promptly. im glad we didnt go anywhere else. i highly recommend this place!

Bought a car from this chop shop 6 months ago. Nothing but problems! This car has had issues with melted turn signal assemblies, missing parts, huge repair bills. Barry is verbally abusive, yelling at me and hanging up when I tried to ask questions about where the missing parts are. Barry became very angry and kept telling me to go on Ebay to buy the parts that had been removed before I bought the car. I realize i did buy a used car, but did not expect there is damage beyond what is on Carfax. Unless you have an unlimited cash flow and enjoy dealing with a broken down car every few weeks, BUY ELSEWHERE! !!

When buying a car from these guys they said they would assist with the rim rash repair, but after papers were signed they basically said that the assistance they would give is just an address to a repair shop LOL! If thats not a scammy practice then please tell me what is? Or for this dealer such behavior is of the normal standards? Though this was a while back, i thought i should pitch-in either way.
