Excellent mens clothing store with a great selection of brands as well as their own labels. The store has a clean, modern vibe and so are the well curated collections of clothes, bringing some great international brands to Portland. The owner is super chill and friendly, we had a short chat and I appreciated his sharing some insights of the brand as well as recommendations. The shopping experience is relaxed and enjoyable. I ended up coming back and bought a hoodie from their private label and absolutely love its style, subtle color and fine touches. Would love to come check it out again whenever Im back to Portland.

I shop here at least once a month. Amazing boutique with even more amazing owners. Quality UNIQUE garments you can’t get elsewhere in Portland. Cool and special clothing brands, independent designers, insanely good candles, and their private label line is NEXT LEVEL!!! The owners are some of the nicest and most genuine people and it makes me feel so good supporting their small business. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

My favorite store in Portland. They have a selection of well known brands but they also introduce you to some newer brands. Guaranteed everything is fire though.

Machus is the best menswear boutique in Portland. They have an amazing selection, a helpful and friendly staff, and great deals on high quality brands. Ive been shopping here years and everytime I leave the house Im wearing something I got from this store. Its a must stop location if visiting downtown Portland.

Awesome store. Always friendly service and knowledge. I bought my first pair of raw denim from Machus in 2013 when i was visiting Portland and first getting into menswear. Fast forward 7 years and Ive lived in Portland, SF and NYC since then. Still shopping with Machus online. Great mixture of directional menswear and staple designers that suit my more quiet personal style.

Whether in-store or online, the service is great. MACHUS has been serving my Brain Dead fix as of late, but I’ve had years of experience going to their shop for all sorts of awesome brands. Excited to come back regularly when the world is normal!

They only do returns for in-store credit. Even for a non-clothing item. I bought a birthday present here but ended up finding something else. So I was trying to do a return and drove across the city to do that. Never gonna go here again either way so it’s frustrating. Ended up going to a great breakfast spot nearby which was awesome. It’s called canard. Go there instead for sure

It was cool. Fantastic customer service. Overall a chill store with tons of space but i felt a bit out of place since its mostly for people that are in their 20s. Felt kinda awkward for me but its still a really great store i would recommend for young adults.

I have never been to the physical store, but these guys are the TRUTH when it comes to online purchases. The pictures and product descriptions are everything an online shopper would want to see when you cant actually see or try on the product. Next time I am on the west coast, Im definitely stopping by the shop

Phenomenal range of quality product from the best mens clothing companies around the country. From contemporary streetwear to higher fashion selections, theres something for everyone who wants to push the docket. With so many different styles, theres no problem finding the right fit. Store signature line is also on point, theyve made some of the best tees Ive owned - comfy material, great fit, solid price. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, so the in-store experience is always a breeze. Been here a bunch, and will continue to check them back in the future. Stock rotates frequently, which is good for my closet, and bad for my wallet. All in all, an exceptionally good trade-off. the only drawback that strikes me is that the footwear options are limited, but what Machus lacks in quantity in this department, it makes up for in quality.

The best selection of high end mens clothing, there private label is to die for and really affordable. If you live in Portland and havent checked this store out yet you are for sure missing out. If you are just driving through Portland for the day take 20 mins to take a break of driving and go check out some dope ass clothing.

Machus is the best menswear store in Portland. The curated selection is always high quality with a good amount of variety. I feel like every outfit I wear contains at least one item Ive purchased at Machus. Pay attention to the sale rack for steals.The owners and employees are really good people who have cultivated a sense of community around the store. They are very knowledgeable and I stop by the shop almost anytime Im downtown.

Simply the best mens wear store in the Pacific Northwest. I go to school near Seattle, but frequently make the two hour trek - one way - to visit Machus (yes I am aware of their online store I just like trying things on before I spend money along with other reasons highlighted below).Superb selection from hyped streetwear (off white, yeezy season x), basics (in house brand), to the more avant garde (Henry Vibskov). I love just checking out their selection and envisioning potential new outfits. Machus has had a huge impact on my personal style through their varied selection.The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and fashion savvy who completely know the ins and outs of their inventory (and have worked with me in finding alternatives if I am going for a particular style).I could not recommend Machus highly enough to anyone remotely interested in contemporary mens fashion.If I had to give them an area to improve it would be in expanding their selection of shoes (at this moment) they only really have Vans, Adidas, and Rick Owens (though this changes with different seasons, in the past they have had offerings from Raf Simmons, Yeezy season combat boots, etc). Along with this the shoe selection takes up but a small section of the store compared to the clothing. It would be nice to see them expand the selection of shoes to include other styles and brands. I am not really a sneakerhead so this doesnt really bother me - hence to the 5/5 score.
