We have had the occasional pizza in the past and they have generally been nice, was disappointed this time to receive a Mediterranean Feast pizza which had had a base that was so oily that it looked and tasted like it had been deep fried. Hopefully a one off rather than the norm as toppings are tasty!Delivery was on time within the window given and delivery guy polite.

Mario is the most friendly person you could meet so helpful also very fast delivery

Really un-happy with the delivery service its slow and doesnt come as Hot as it could. They also remain open on certain food apps for you to order once the timer has run out you call and they say the system is down Im too busy to take an order now. Wont be using them again. Very disappointed

Mario welcomed me like family served me meat feast and chips its been a long time since Ive had chips that are cooked properly and the pizza was lush 5 star will visit when im in the area again

These guys are upping their game. The crinkle chips are a massive improvement and using the local butchers burgers is a genius idea. Very happy to keep ordering from here. Hope the pizza is upgraded too!

Ordered from here when I was at a local fishery. Received a phone call saying that they was waiting at the gate only to find out they was at a completely different place gave them directions and they ended up even further away. When food arrived ( 2 hours later) the order was wrong and almost inedible wont be ordering from there again

Pizzas took an hour and a half to arrive which is to long,pizza that was ment to have two portions of Donna meat on it had slices with barely any on plus so much cheese thats all you could taste very disappointed will definitely not use again or recommend

Food has always been to a good standard however the last couple of orders have been going downhill.I received three shish kebabs, with multiple pieces of burnt chicken. The chips was really nice though!My last order, I waited over an hour for it to arrive (despite living very very local) and when it arrived the driver informed me they had ran out of chicken so provided a donor kebab instead. I refused the delivery as it’s not something we’d eat. If they had bothered to pick up the phone to say they’ve ran out of chicken, we’d have ordered something else we’d actually eat like a pizza.

I had 2 hairs in my pizza and the chips were not cooked well 😡 I would give it 0 star if I could

Pizza was good and hot. Feta cheese salad was nice. Chips were hot and crispy. Only thing was I ordered online and changed the options to remove an ingredient and added another, but it arrived without the changes. I enjoyed it anyway.

First time ordering so was apprehensive but had no need to be as I have now found out their cheesy chips were sent from the gods... easily the best I’ve had can’t wait to order again!

Absolutely disgusting. Only place that delivers to my house. Kebab meat is old and crispy, snaps easily. Always small when I order large and when I pay for extra, I never get it. Only good thing about this place is the Chicken which is precooked and chips. No wonder why its so cheap!

This is one of them places that has young kids hanging around the entrance. It doesnt exactly encourage you to walk in off the street. The food is ordinary but it also sells alcohol and cigarettes and will even deliver them to you with your food order. Luckily for them the other late night fast food shop is just as ordinary.

Fair play not one bad point about the food! Ordered a delivery and arrived on time and still piping hot and fresh! Halloumi was excellent. And chips and kibab had no fault what so ever. Excellent friendly delivery staff. Even a Christmas card. Highly recommend.

Quality 0/10 Portions 0/10 Price 0/10 Never wrote a review in my life but had to after what I received from here! Absolutely horrific worst kebab Ive ever had in my life! If youve ever made a sandcastle then tried to eat that sandcastle it tastes exactly just like that... portion was miniscule for the price I paid ... also got calzone pizza that was basically a 13 kid size flip flop folded in half .... asked for a spicy burrito and got plain rice and plain chicken from a precooked packet from asda !

Didnt get what i ask and when i called them back to say they was rude and said i tried telling you but you didnt answer, so i put something else in instead although i had no missed calls. And he gave me two small wings in place of 3 peices of chicken and a portion of chips. And they said theyd put in eight. Chicken was raw in middle too. Worst shop ive been to round here

Hilarious experience, one of the funniest late night night pizza/kebab experiences Ive had!

It was disgusting... the vegie burger was the ones you get frozen in the supermarket.. the chicken burger was exactly the same and both were cold... the chicken shish... nah.. will never go again... also advise others not to go as it also took 50 mins to arrive from a quarter of a mile away and serving cold frozen burgers is purely insane!!!

I completely agree. However, not only is the food well below standard, very below any food Health and Hygiene standard likewise, the staff seem to be allowed to get away with it. Mario has been in Wootton Bassett for a number of years now but it would seem He, has taken his eye off the ball. I remember when Marios was the First and Only, Pizzaria in town. Was phaps expexcting Salads.ftesh food....from a quality person but unfortunately it has turned into.....from from the fryer to your plate. Minging and nothing in the foodage or staff. Such a shame. What a waste

Someone that works for this pizza place is giving it a very bad name and reputation.Ordered a pizza, the guy on the phone was very dull with his words and very rude, not asking for payment at end of convo and putting phone down on me, rang them back up and said you put the phone down on me for the guy to then say no you hung up on me, why would I hang up on you if im ordering food from you 😂, and then just bad attitude from then on, Ive wanted to make a few complaints for a while for the bad phone manners and attitude but this review should do the trick! Hope you see this Mario! Sort it out.
