The staff is well trained and extraordinary friendly. The food is good and quick, but not that kinda quick where you feel is forced from a tube. There coffee goes from not bad to nirvana all in the same week. They have art, I got to hang my stuff twice*, and they get good artists. (Im ok but darn do they get some very good ones). I enjoy all aspects of this place from the owner down to the delivery drivers who always seem grateful for help by keeping the door open. 5/5
I think this is a very quiet place to eat or have a coffee drink at
Very nice coffee shop with a good atmosphere that would be conducive to studying or working remotely. I was finally was able to stop by. The menu is diverse with plenty of drink options. They also have a small restaurant section to buy real food. I had that Cafe Borgia, which is good, but did not blow my socks off. my girlfriend tried the honey latte. She liked it. I plan to come back here in the near future to try more menu items.
Stopped in with friend on my birthday. Very friendly and willingly helpful barista. They put forth extra effort to sanitize and keep customers safe.
Cute little shop. Art, jewelry, postcards, and more from various local artists can be found throughout the shop, easily purchasable for anything you cant live without. Monthly themed drink specials you wont see anywhere else. And a fun and friendly staff that always make good recommendations when you cant seem to decide. They do food too, Im not sure how it is but it always smells delicious.
I love this place. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The food is great and the coffee is delish.
Awesome club sandwich and great people. Comfortable atmosphere. Glad they made it through the shutdown.
Great coffee and fantastic service
Longbottom coffee roasters make Spring Creek a special blend. Friendly associates, cozy and spacious.
Lovely space and atmosphere. Creative drink choices too! Lavender honey chai on a rainy day - perfection. My favorite memory is walking here in the snow to get hot chocolate and warm up.
Best coffee in the area.Humble opinion of course.
If youre looking for great coffee, food and customer service while youre in dt Milwaukie, this is the place to go!
My husband and I have been coming here for some time. It has a family feel to it and we always feel welcome when we stop in, usually being greeted by name. The deli offers many great options and we will grab a bite there now and then.We love the coffee and the fact that they serve organic. They are great and we totally recommend them!
Friendly, clean, delicious coffee and tasty treats.
I come here for the Aztec mochas with coconut milk. Been coming here for years. They have the best in town! The staff is really friendly. The coffee shop is always mellow and has good vibes all around. I also love that they sell local jewelry and candles.
Some of the best unique goods Ive ever had low prices lots of room and the staff is exceptionally warm and inviting. Good Jo
Love Springcreek, staff is friendly and they make feel like they are happy your there. Very careful with sanitizing, which we all appreciate.
The coffee is okay, workers are friendly expect there is one is rude! They are not familiar with the Joe app.
What a great coffee house with awesome coffee! Great vibes throughout and great baristas.
Nice place with very friendly batistas, they also serve Longbottom coffees
Great muffins too.
Great place to get a coffee and hang out, pretty extensive menu and comfortable seating
Great staff, theyve always been friendly when I stop in. The food is consistently good; thats important to me. Plenty of seating, comfortable, calm atmosphere.Itd be nice to have a few different choices of drip coffee (Im not a fan of darker roasts).
A quick trip in to pick up a steamer. Atmosphere was nice. There are books and games for children. Only issue was there are two doors and only one has a bell. Of course, I came through the door without the ringer on it so the employee was in the back and didnt know I came in. Overall though a nice stop
Visiting from Chicago, wandered too far from Airbnb bc of the gorgeous weather and the employees could not have been more wonderful. I regret not getting all their names but I hope they know how much I appreciate their time and consideration. Allie was absolutely amazing and my wife cant thank her enough. If ever in Chicago well buy you a cup!
This is pretty much my favorite coffee shop. The coffee is great and very affordable, everyone who works there is friendly, the place is nice and comfortable, and the food is good. If your looking for a new coffee shop or live even remotely close to it, I strongly recommend checking it out.
Staff alone are worth it! very relaxing welcoming environment, coffee and drinks as well as the food are excellent.
Drip coffee tends to be weak; opt for the espresso. Nice selection of pastries. Highway traffic detracts from cozy atmosphere, but it can be a good place to spread out and work or study. Adjoining deli has good soup and sandwiches but they close mid-afternoon so get there early if youre looking for a real meal.
I have gone to those coffee shop a couple have times and I really enjoy it. Every drink I’ve gotten has been made by the same girl. I think her name was ally but she makes the best chai.
Everytime I visit or stop by, Im greeted by some of the most amazing staff I have ever met. Theyre all hard working and fun to talk to. I recommend their blueberry waffle, it is super delicious!
I love this place! The staff is awesome! The coffee is delicious! And the atmosphere is great! I love sitting inside sipping my coffee and hanging out!
Best food and best coffee is available here with amazing ambiance and atmosphere. I just love visiting this place with my friends and i have tried a lot many this f this place and they are just superb.
A wonderful neighborhood coffee shop. Chose it many years ago over the others because the coffee is organic. But the great owner and warm staff have kept me coming back. Thanks, Spring Creek!
I stopped by here next to the farmers market. They have this delicious lavender coconut lemonade. It was very cozy and well worth the pit stop for something refreshing to drink. I wouldnt recommend the bathroom though. It could be better kept. BUT, minus the bathroom situation, as long as you dont have to go, the drinks and food were great!
My first experience here was great! The guy at the counter was very kind and welcoming. He helped me figure out what I wanted and it was some of the best coffee Ive had! Ill definitely be back!
Absolutely lovely, always greeted by name when I go, good proximity to the rest of Milwaukie/New Library. Good selection of coffee options and baristas are friendly and considerate. Extremely well kept shop, books and games for the little ones as well. Great well lit seating for reading and working. Its not a coffee chain or gaudy shop in any way which is what I love about it. Every employee is more than willing to be accommodating to any and everyone. This shop truly cares about its patrons and it shows.
I had the lavender honey latte. It was so good. The bathroom is super clean. The setting area is big and roomy and the staff is awesome.
Love this place. I come here at least once a week for a coffee treat. The baristas are always so friendly and make a real effort to get to know the regulars. They also always make my drink (which is a very specific drink order) just right. Their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are okay, but they do always prepare everything very quickly, so its nice to pick something up when youre on the run. There are lots of places to sit inside, including both tables and chairs and more comfortable living-room-like furniture. This is also a lovely place to stop by when the Milwaukie farmers market is in full swing. This place is not as hip as many of the other coffee shops in the Portland area, but I think its a more comfortable place to hang out and is reasonably priced.
Thank you Coffee Creek for staying open on Sunday! I loved the community center aspect of it, the support for small business and artists, and the lunch place right next to the coffee shop.
A little hard to find but worth the search. Has its own parking lot. Good mocha and coffee. Quiet lounge.
A great place to catch up with friends, daydream, or plan your next big project.
Great staff, great coffee, great food, and were very welcoming to my kids. Great place.
Love this place! Delicious coffee and they have hemp milk. The baristas do a great job with kind service.
Always always love this place! Love staff people who work there and know sign language.
Nice spot for coffee in Milwaukie. Teens hang out after school, but theyre all very nice.
Fast friendly service, good selection of alternative milk choices. Got the deluxe breakfast scramble and it was fantastic very fresh tasting lightly sautéed peppers with flavorful and fluffy eggs beautiful Red tomato slices ...so YUM! Thank you 😆
The people working were super sweet & nice. My hot cocoa was beautiful, and its a super cozy and calm environment!
Zero sense of urgency, cant go on my 15 min break as you never know if it will take that long for a cup of coffee. Please be more considerate of your customers time..
Amazing little gem. The employees are always smiling. And the coffee is wonderful!
Always the best. Treated like family. If you feel you feel better when you leave. Every one makes us feel like family.
Yummy sandwiches. Very pleasant people. Havent had time to sit down and enjoy the coffee.
Love the atmosphere. The barista was so kind and quick. They have amazing local artwork. I will be back for sure!
Such a cute, lively place. Exactly the old school cafe to curl up with a book, meet up with a friend, study, or, start a chat with someone random. Great coffee, as youd expect.
Slow service but good food.
Larger but still cozy cafe right on McLaughlin. Very solid menu, and comfy chairs. Spring Creek isnt usually my first choice for a coffeeshop hangout in downtown Milwaukie, but theres nothing to complain about.Update: This place has become my usual hangout. Great staff, wonderful regulars, cool art.
I love this place. Its so nice to support small businesses
We enjoy the ambiance at Spring Creek Coffee House. It is our special place especially on the weekends.
Everyone working is always so delightful and helpful.
Love the staff...London fogs and all the nibbles!
Great relaxing atmosphere, fun art work. Coffee is terrific, too.
The best coffee shop in town. I love going there.
Great place to stop by early in the morning before work!
Whenever I go to Spring creek, I am always impressed by their wide variety of food. Most coffee houses only make coffee. Spring Creek makes excellent coffee AND they have an awesome lunch time selection of made-to-order sandwiches, hot tasty soups, and fresh crisp salads. I work in downtown Milwaukie, and its my favorite place for lunch.
Nice place to have coffee and get some work done.
Very good coffee, comfortable places to sit. This is one of my favorite coffee shops.
Longbottom coffee is so yummy. Pretty good breakfast sandwich. Relaxing atmosphere
Great place to grab a quick breakfast or cup of coffee, comfortable interior and a nice place to have a meeting.
This is one of my favorite coffee houses. Great laid back atmosphere with plenty of room for all
I really love coffee, and i try coffee of almost every place where i visit. i just love coffee of this place and i often visit for coffee here.
Great cozy yet fun place to study or meet up with friends.
Close to home, open later than other coffeeshops in the area, good White Mocha. :)
Seating options are pretty limited & close together. Service isnt anything spectacular. Alright place for a cup of coffee.
Food was amazing, ser ice was quick and the hot chocolate was delicious. Would definitely come back and recommend.
Your basic local coffee shop, but just as cozy and quaint and interesting as all the rest. Amazing music. They usually have açai kombucha or some other flavor.
Funky, comfortable, non-corporate coffee shop with good options for food. When I need coffee in Milwaukie, or just an enjoyable place to hang out, I head to Spring Creek. Free WiFi!
Great place to get a good cup of coffee or chai and hang out with a friend!
Ive been a regular for 4 years now, and Spring Creek has the best baristas and cooks in the Portland area. The coffee and food are wonderful, too.
Always super friendly and the coffees are great!
This place is awesome..good drinks & food..even gluten free options but the best thing about the place is the local art on the ealls & even as cards or jewlry on shelvesthe owner is friendly & helpful but doesnt micro manage & dominate her employees like the guy at wind horse around the corner does
New in town and found staff friendly and helpful. Not as stuffy as Starbucks. Love it!!!
Cute atmosphere and friendly employees, but the coffee is not good.
Good place to reserve for after hours parties such as baby showers.
Thank you so much sandy..
Friendly staff, good muffins, good place to meet.
Coffee was average customer service is great price is on higher end
I love this little hidden coffee joint, very cozy, friendly staff with nice, strong coffee!
More than just amazing coffee and food, its my second home.
What a pleasant surprise! I finally made time to stop and am happy to have found this bright spot right along my commute.I greatly prefer local indie coffee shops as more interesting and usually a better value that keeps local dollars local, featuring original art and flavors, less pretentious/expensive, creative options, and hopefully not over-roasted/bitter coffee...and Im pleased. The house blend is my barometer. If the sample is good, Ill order. If not, Ill move on.Thiers is locally roasted, dark and smooth, just the way I like it, so I ordered a large. They remembered to leave room for cream. The condiment bar is stocked with flavorful additions and there are a variety of non-dairy milks and add-ons available.I also ordered a breakfast scramble, which is a fresh, gluten-free, and surprisingly satisfying option to the delicious looking pastries Ive had to learn to live without; Fluffy eggs, sautéed (but not soggy)veggies, creamy ripe avocado...and siracha and more available on the condiment bar. Yum!The menu has the usual suspects and other choices reasonably priced, with plenty of carbs and bacon (for those who can) plus fresh Kombucha, and all the usual hot and cold variations, plus a good variety of teas and herbal iced teas and smoothies I look forward to trying, in particular this months Tiramisu Latte : )My second barometer is the Service, which was fast, friendly, accommodating, and accurate, and the third the envionment, which is clean, welcoming, with free wifi, without the loud music, so its supportive to working and socializing.I will be back and bring friends here : )
Genuine, friendly folks and good coffee in a relaxed, casual setting.
They are always so bright and cheery.
Wonderful coffee drinks and great service!
Coffee here is great, and usually the service is too; however the barista that was working yesterday morning seemed to have a poor attitude. Unfortunate because we loved going to this place, but with staff like that, its not worth it.
Great coffee.a pleasure to go there
Super friendly baristas. Excellent coffee.
One of my favorite independent coffee shops.
