Since the pandemic began, our 4-plex (including 2 immunocompromised people and 7 children) has had to go without a washer and dryer for weeks at a time. This happens whenever the receptacle for quarters gets too full for the machines to function, which is about once every 2-3 months. Mac-Gray customer service hangs up on us and our landlords say its out of their hands.

Terrible customer service. Every day I call, the date mysteriously changes to, Its the 3rd business day, so someone should be out today. How can today be the 3rd business day of yesterday was...and the day before that. CS wants to argue the date it went out when a THEIR TECH was the one that wrote the slip. They said, Anyone could have written that, like we have their maintenance slips lying around. They keep blaming us (the renters) for not reporting it sooner (when it was already reported because their tech was here). I am assuming Friday will be the 3rd business day, also?

The machines are old, dont work well, and steal your money. Refund requests arent always processed. CS is never available by phone, they always redirect to their website and take forever to respond to service requests.

Do not go with this company! Their machines are old, small and do not work properly. Their customer service is atrocious. I have been waiting for our dryer to get fixed for over 3 weeks! And this is not the first time I have had to wait that long in the past. Again, I repeat, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

Washing machines dysfunctionaloften, even daily. Poor service. Needa new laundry provider, not Mac gray.

There customer service is awful. I starting laundry in one of their wash machines and the machines isLocked with my clothes in it and is stuck at 13 min remaining since Friday it is now Sunday and Im still waiting for my clothes that are locked inside their wash machine. I wouldnt even give them 1 star. Never again. Im a very dissatisfied customer.
