I came in today in hopes to fix my lenses popping out of the frames. The lady who helped me out today in optical was so kind. She was more than willing to help fix my issue and figure out what steps we needed to take. We eventually talked about my options and she helped me get a new pair of frames with the same lenses. I appreciated her help and actually caring for letting me leave happy and pleased with the correct measurements and not making me feel like I wasn’t choosing the right option.

I’ve been coming here for many years, and it’s always easy and quick. They have a great selection of glasses, everyone is super helpful, and I love the free parking! I never dread having my eye exam because it’s always very fast, and I can usually do it on my lunch hour. Gotta keep those eyes healthy!

I had to get my first pair of glasses and was feeling pretty overwhelmed at the decision of picking frames, but Leah was welcoming, patient, and gave honest feedback so I could pick frames that compliment my face and elevate my style. I love my new glasses! I wouldnt have been able to do it on my own.

This is by far my favorite place to get glasses. The customer service is great, it has a good selection of frames, and I dont have to fight for parking. If youre on the fence, take the leap. You wont regret it!

The Eye Group Dispensary is a fantastic place to go to for eyecare and eyewear. My husband and I have been going to this optometry group for a couple of years and have only had very positive experiences. They have a great selection of glasses, very knowledgeable staff and great optometrists. James, Monique and Leah are the best and will take the time to guide you and fit you properly. They even ordered an unusual pair of eyeglasses I was interested in for me. I highly recommend them!

This is the worst eye doctor experience Ive ever had. To start the receptionist wasnt wearing a mask so that should of been my first clue. Then the doctor seemed to be talking about everything but what we were doing. Then when attempting to pick out glasses I kept getting told what I needed and kept being shown things I specifically said I did not want. And he was pushy and extremely rude about it. And the doctor didnt seem to be concerned when I mentioned how I felt to her. It was also a struggle to pay. They couldnt pull up my insurance but had it just fine my husband earlier today. Finally I asked if I could just pay what I knew was my copay already and Im not sure Ive ever seen anyone move slower to get change. I would of been fine and would of probably just shrugged it off if not for the awful salesperson and the receptionist not having a mask. Its a medical office for God sake. Never again.

It was such a pleasure working with James buying my annual sun glasses. He was very knowledgeable and honest about what looks good on my face helping me pick out the perfect shades.

Had a great first time experience and follow up here when receiving my new patient exam and ordering frames. The front desk was able to schedule me in easily, Dr Anderson was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable; Ron the optician was very helpful and personable. Awesome customer service all around. I highly recommend this office. And I promise this isnt a paid endorsement, Im just a very happy customer.

The best.I always hate getting my eyes checked, and also came here for help inserting and taking out my contacts. The people here are absolutely spectacular. So friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful and always remembered us on a first name basis, even though we only came in a few times. I am sad that we had to move away, and if we are ever in the area again, I will try to plan time to fit in my yearly eye exam!

The staff is nice and all my visits to the Dispensary have been very pleasant! Dr. Edmonds is fantastic! Experienced in general, but I was surprised at how thorough and understanding she was! Highly recommend the clinic!

Friendly customer service!!

First I want to say, Dr Slocum-Edmonds was excellent. The rest of the staff was more concerned with flirting with their clients and talking about travel instead of helping other customers. I may get my eyes checked here again but I will buy my glasses somewhere else from now on.

Dr. DOstroph is very thorough and professional. I couldnt imagine there being a better ophthalmologist! The staff are very courteous, friendly, and professional.

I have received the utmost professional care from Dr. DOstroph for many years. The clinic is clean, efficient, and comfortable. The care I have received includes many tests showing my current eye health and correcting each problem as it occurs. Any person using this clinic would benefit from the timely care and treatment. I went to get my eyes checked and glasses but they gave me the wrong prescription, I insisted that it was wrong and they continued to tell me that I was wrong and that the prescription was correct and that I would get used to it. I trused them because this was my first pair of glasses. Everytime I wear these glasses it gives me a headache and strains my eyes. It doesnt take an optometrist to realize that this was a scam.
