One of the cleanest parking lots Ive seen at a gas station in some time. Only thing is the paper napkins were out at the squeege/trash can. I tend to use those everytime I get gas just about and the napkins help with the process. Store was very well organized and cashiers where very friendly. This store is open 24 hours so that is always a plus.

There is one employee that always goes above and beyond any expectations of a customer. Her name is Erica and she is all about customer service. I hope this reaches the corporate office and Erica is praised. She always has a smile and is so friendly. My husband is a truck driver. and I ride with him and we stop in the Portland TN Five Star at least 4 times a week and she always makes sure we are taken care of. The best store around Portland TN by far!!!! Clean store including restrooms. Friendliest staff I have seen in a C-store in a long time. Their food is exceptional for a C-store too. Chicken salad is good! This place makes my trip to Portland a nice one!! Thanks staff!!!!!
