VERY RUDE CASHIER LADY at The Market. Today I walked in to Khiel’s through connecting door from the attached the Market since they closed Khiel’s main entrance. I asked politely about the price and the lady, the Market’s cashier, yelled at me “You should come near me” from her cashier desk. I asked whether the price is the same with other Kiehl’s store outside the airport eg. Washington square mall, bcs sometimes products sold at the airport tend to be a bit pricy. She answered me with full of attitude saying, “Well I don’t know it’s been forever I have not been there!” Keep in mind that it was just 9am so she should be in her best attitude talking to costumer who perhaps had a long tired flight like me. I ended up bought a $30 worth of eye cream and after the payment she walked right away to other employee and raving about how radiculous my questions were when I was still standing there and could hear all of her rant! I felt so humilitated and disrespected by her, she might think I can’t understand her or comprehend her simple english since I am a person of color! I told her that I can still hear anything she is saying so she needs to be respectful. I have never left bad review for any merchants before but this is very awful! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

9.99 for advil. The thought of paying that price gives me even more of a headache :(

The young lady named Cayla was absolutely amazing. Such a help and positive employee. She even tried helpingnsome rude lady who lost her iPad or whatever- i wouldn’t of done that.. haha. Credit is given where credit is due

What a great little shop, convenient to A, B and C terminals, right by the security check point.
