I really like Copyman. I doubt this is the most affordable printing option, but if you want the job done right with professional and timely customer service from a local business with a warm and no-nonsense atmosphere, this is your place. I am a very busy professional and do not have time to wait around or deal with mistakes.

What a cool store and amazing staff!! They let me film a project here and went out of their way, staying after hours (twice) for it. I spoke with several people on the phone and they were all so kind, Jacky (not sure if I’m spelling this correctly) was amazing and so helpful!!! I even forgot my SD card and they went out of their way to let me use theirs. High quality printing and overall a great store, I’m so happy I called them :) Everyone get your stuff printed here!!!!

Had great customer service, and they were very fast at my order. Theyre very affordable. Theres a 7-Eleven shop next door. If you want to get something while you wait or theres a Safeway grocery store right across the street also.

I have used Copyman quite a few times now and have been impressed every time. Their patience and calmness, even while multitasking, is great. They are very pleasant to talk to, like a long-time friend. You can tell they genuinely want to give their assistance rather than push products or upgrades like many printers do.I have printed photos, resumes and graphics so far. It looks like they do large format too. Ill update this review if I have a large format project.

I stopped in to see if I could get a photo printed as a greeting card, and ten minutes later I was out the door with exactly what I was looking for. The staff was pleasant and communicative, and the experience was easy and positive all around. Ill definitely be back for any future printing needs.

Martin, Lily and the young man (Im blanking on his name!) who work there, are some of the most efficient, friendly people in Portland. I have always gotten perfect prints from Martin as a final product, and hes more than willing to do test prints for you, should you want to check any changes! Amazing quality service.As far as printing in Portland, this place is my go to.

GREAT place to get printing done. They are knowledgeable not only about printing and binding but are also familiar with Adobe products! They walked me through postscripting from InDesign with no problems at all. The gentleman helping me also let me son help out with the process of printing out booklet showing him the ins and outs of printing and binding the booklet as well as trimming the documents. He asked my son questions about how to scale things down mathematically and then showed him how it was done to reinforce the lesson. (My son is 11 BTW.) He was patient with my son and just plain cool! I really recommend this print shop!!!!!! I will definitely be coming back here for all my print needs!

As a small business owner, I see clearly when I get treated well as a customer and recognize it. Copyman Digital are professional with high quality product offerings and quick turn around. Not only is the product and price great but they have treated me with respect and personal service that I would never find at a kinkos. Theyve done major prints for me in hours, and have always been honest and upfront. I highly recommend this locally owned business for anyone in Downtown. I have spoken with the owner on multiple occasions and his personality and dedication is inspiring. Business owners like that stay in business. So, I will be doing my future advertising and printing with Copyman.

I seem to be the only one with a negative review but I don’t see how that’s possible. At least 3 employees working yet no one even gave a “hello” when I came it. They all were working on other things and didn’t seem to care that there was a queue. At least say hello and tell me you’ll help me in a minute. Even with other customers in front of me it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to print 4 small 4x6 pictures.

Used to go here a lot. Really enjoyed the owners and how helpful they are. But last time I went the employee working didnt seem to be chill with my art so he was super fast with everything. Messed up my prints multple times then when I refused to pay because he didnt print on the right paper he banned me. Would like to continue using your store but you might want to do something about the judgment of your employees. On that note again the owners seem like wonderful people. Just would rather not deal with that employee.
