My mom and I went in to look at couches and to our surprise, we both ended up finding exactly what we wanted. I love Big lots and I have made several purchases throughout the years for furniture items but I have to say, Nathan really made the experience even better. He took his time to talk with us and made sure we walked away feeling happy about our purchases. His positive attitude and humor put me in a great mood the rest of the day.

My outdoor propane tabletop fire place stopped working, so I picked up some citronella candles and seashore type decorations, looks great at night

The best experience that we ever had was today at this store, everyone here is really nice and the manager Nathan gave us the best service that we could expect, He was very helpful and friendly and took the time to answer our questions and even to help us load our new living room set in the truck. Thank you so much Nathan for all your help, will be back and see you again 😊

Best place to buy descent furniture that lasts you longer than Arrons, and at more of a reasonable price customer service is always the best there since the visit Ive been there, but sad part is what they have to put up with shop lifting there is way out of control for the employees that have to work there, our supposedly police officers need to patrol the area more for all of our working Americans to protect them from lazy people who dont work or dont have a life

The girl that worked in the Furniture Department was awesome she has great customer service skills. Her name was a unique just like her. She made sure I had all the info I needed along with the items I bought & if she didnt have in stock a her store she checked other store & all so let me know She could have it sent to her store & how long it would be for it to get to her store & I didnt even have to ask her. She had all the info I needed to know & she was still helping other customers & answering phone call but she never made me fell let I was a nuisance like I have felt at other places. She made me fell like my needs & wants were important. I left there very happy like I had a new friend. People always take the time to let everyone know what a bad experience they had I want let everyone know what a good experience I had. I was not in the best of moods when I got there but she was so happy & friendly that when I left I was smiling & in a way better mood then when I first got there. I kept telling her thank you for her help & she told no problem its my job. I wish more people in customer service were more like her instead of making us fell like were bothering them. So I wanted to let her company & her know the effect she had on people because everyone that she helped left the store with a smile. I want to thank her for her outstanding customer service. I hope she gets some recognition for going above & beyond for customers

I asked the lady at the front if there was a way to get discounted prices and her answer was no. I looked to the side & there was this whole info on their rewards system, I pointed at it and asked if she could tell me more about that and from there she was able to help me out with my options on how to get discounted prices.It was clear that if I didnt point that out I wouldnt have properly gotten the help I needed in that moment. Ive heard great things about Big Lots but this particular location did not give the best costumer service experience.

Great store with reasonable prices.

This location is nicely situated, plenty of parking as lot is always nearly empty. This store isnt as full as the one closest to my place (Oregon Trail Shopping Center, Burnside). This store always appears to be almost empty, not as much stuff to browse as above mentioned location. The cosmetics offered are practically free compared to drug stores, seriously, brands like E.L.F., Revlon, Maybelline, for just a couple dollars each. Theres even triple bins of reduced price items, makeup heaven!

They have a lot of great deals... I got all my bath and body products there at half the price than anywhere else. Its the only store that I can find my cats most favorite treats ever, Delectables squeeze ups! :) The only bad thing (and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5), is that they often dont have the same products every time you come in. Still a fantastic store. Check it out if you like finding bargains like I do!

Older style store, but still has lots of values. Newly stocked Christmas Aisles are cool. Just know that their food aisles have suffered from the Covid shut down just like the big supermarkets have... Shelves were a little bare there... But you can usually find a treasure or two, if you look!

I like big lots they offer a variety of things and there prices are reasonable staff seem very nice I would recommend it if you wanna go to a store thats not horribly busy I love there products they sell alot of cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaners hygiene items nice furniture thats cheap they offer different options like credit card or to buy furniture and make payments you dont have to have good credit just a checking account they offer a small variety of alot of things they offer patio sets they have a good variety of house products furniture tables comforter sets sheet sets all there prices are reasonable go take a look I love it I often get my laundry soap tide for cheap love there prices go check it out.I read some some reviews and people saying that employees are rude but unless you have worked in a store or fast food you have no clue how some people can be nobody has all day to tell you about products you should know what you want go on Google and look at the reviews some people expect the employees to stand there and answer 100 questions and they get mad because people dont have time for people like you just because your purchasing something nobody owes you the employees dont always have the information you might be seeking so dont be lazy use your Google its called research

I love this store! Theres always a multitude of things to look at and a great variety! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. My only issue is that some of the pricing is bit high but otherwise a fantastic place.

I like big lots but we have to replace most our furniture due to water damage from aN apt fire n when we went to look at furniture there today we were rudely informed we could not get any furniture for 4 to 6 weeks due to covid 19 but just the way the lady talked to us was rude . Other than that big lots is usually ok

I love this Big Lots. The employees who work in the evening are so nice and helpful. They like to joke around which make shopping there fun.

Wasnt too happy this time I went. All of the earbuds/pods/chargers for cell phones were out as well as paper goods and plastic totes. Asked one of the employees about restocking and was told that they probably wouldnt until Christmas....Wow! I need these goods now and even though Christmas is only a month and half away that is still too long for replenishing stock of items that you KNOW are selling IMO.

Store shelves Were half empty and missing items that they said were in store when I was online An hour before I went to the store. The Wi-Fi doesnt work to get coupons off your phone So I ended up not getting to use my 30% off coupon. Its a long Wait to go through checkout.

Its what you would expect. Reasonable prices on the things I was looking for which was home decor and knick knacks. The lady at the register has always been friendly and helpful.

They had one aisle of Halloween stuff and too many aisles full of Christmas stuff. Staff seemed nice and store was clean.

Beware of floor models. After having major spine surgery I went in to purchase a recliner with hopes of being able to sleep in it since my bed was no longer an option . I had a certain type in mind and knew they had several chioces there. The only model that would work for my criteria was sold out but I could by the floor model for a small discount which I went ahead and it. When I was at the store the chair appeared fine, still in new condition and didnt appear to have any issues despite it being on the floor. I was very wrong. Once I got it home I noticed almost immediately the seat sloped to one side, obviously where everyone chose to sit when testing it in the store. The chair broke down very quickly. Within a week the leg recliner became impossible to close with out extreme force. The seat is completely broke down on the right side and there is no padding in the arms of the chair. I paid almost $400 for this chair so the condition its currently in is totally unacceptable. It should have lasted several years not a few months. I will never again buy furniture from this company.

I got the best price for laundry detergent you can find anywhere. sometimes they dont have it in stock. but you can go to another Big Lots and find it. and save Megabucks. Staff is wonderful they do anything they can to help you

Their prices arent really cheaper, the aisles are narrow, the floors are old and dirty. They dont have a lot of variety, and what they have is poor quality.Wheelchair rating - 2 (some areas are fine, some are manageable, some are not possible).Gluten-free rating - 1 (the grocery area has nothing)

Too small not much inventory

I had to go to another store away from my comfort zone to get the set of couches that í wanted Rob was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the inventory and availability of the couches that we wanted.We chosed next day delivery and now were enjoying our new couches 🏆

The service here was outstanding! It was busy and Marcus took the time to make sure that the patio furniture was what we wanted and processed a big lots card with 0% interest as well. He even let us hold the bigger furniture for a day so we could get our trailer to pick it up. We will definitely be back to shop again!

I forgot how much I like big lots! Went here a little while ago, but before that, I hadnt been there in forever! And I was missing out!! Big lots has a little bit of everything, so whatever you need- they probably have it. At great prices too. They even have furniture! I like the household items- laundry soap,fabric softener,shampoo and conditioner. But I like 2 check out everything, they get new stuff all the time. If you havent already been there- I recommend you to stop in & check it out.😁

I had a couch set that I purchased from Big Lots. When I got it, I let the associate know that I wasnt getting my keys to my new place for about 5 days. She said it was fine and that they could hold the set for a week or longer if needed. The next morning I get a call from the delivery company saying that they were 5 minutes from the house I wasnt living at and they attempted to deliver the couches. Obviously there was no communication from Big Lots to the delivery company or any communication from the delivery company to myself to arrange drop off. I left message after message with no response from them. I called Big Lots several times about my concern and they said they could do nothing.Finally, my set was delivered (late, outside of the 2 hour window I was given). The delivery guy appeared to be fidgeting with the side of the couch before he left so I investigated. There were holes, fluff coming out of the couch and cushions, metal poking out due to poor construction, and dirt/discoloration.I took photos and went down to the store. Joann was great and helped me find a new set from a different location as they were out. She also set up a time for the delivery company to get the old set and replace it the next day.The delivery company showed up (outside the time frame they set) and picked up the old set but had no idea about the new set. I called Joann who said she was going to follow up with the delivery company as she told them about the set earlier in the morning. I decided to give it another day to see if I heard from the delivery company (each time I have to leave a voicemail) but hadnt heard anything so I called Big Lots to find out what is going on.Rob was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked about the new set he began to argue with me about the damage to the first set saying that it looked fine to him. He also said that he didnt think both pieces were coming back and assumed I still had the pillows. I paid for this set and have nothing. The delivery company picked up all the pieces. He did not answer my questions about getting the new set.At this point, I am frustrated to the point of tears. Paid for a product two weeks ago that I do not have and have had the WORST customer service experience from both Big Lots and S and K Deliveries.

Big Lots always have hreat snacks at excellent prices. I can always find something that I can eat that wont set off my allergies. Great value!

I love Big Lots. They decently priced home goods, along with snacks and phone accessories, and self care items. Whats not to love. A little of everything. I bought all kind of stuff including some junk food for Dateline and 48 Hours on Saturday night. Now i just need that micro fiber recliner to make my night. Soon. Sometime soon.
