The staff here are such compassionate people, and I really thank Joey and one of the managers for helping me get my bike back home safely after my only key had broken in half at the gas station a few miles away from my house. I really appreciate the help, and thank you so much again! You guys are so awesome!

Left on the side of the road. Brought my bike in to fix stalling/runnability issues. Waited two weeks before they even looked at it despite me having an appointment. I spent $1000 on diagnosis/service. Upon getting my bike back i was assured my problems were fixed. My bike turned off again while i was riding it leaving me on the side of the road. I have ridden it for less than 200 miles since getting it back from the service department. It was the same issue i had before i brought it in to motocorsa to get fixed. I am writing this review while i wait for the tow truck, which they refused to pay for.I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your needs. They made it very clear to me they dont care about their customers.Edited to add: You mentioned you were trustworthy (funny that you have to mention it) i said this has not been my experience. Refusing to take any accountability for this situation and trying to place the blame on me when i have barely ridden my bike since i got it back only strengthens my point.By the way, i am in contact with Ducati North America, my case number is 00365283. Interesting that when they looked my service records up, my most recent ones were missing..... Odd conduct from such a trustworthy company!

Well I was waiting for the response of Moto Corsa to post my review..I finally received it and it was less than spectacular. So let’s describe the experience that I had..I drove from Sheridan Oregon to Moto course of Portland Oregon which is roughly 85 miles went and checked out the motorcycle I was interested and worked with the salesman name Todd he seem pretty cool but didn’t really act like he was wanting to sell me a bike he was more deterrent than anything because I wasn’t looking in the Ducati section I was looking to use section because again this is my very first bike so I wanted something that’s going to fit my budget. Anyways after going home and debating with my wife of the bikes that I liked it I then reached out to Todd and said hey I found the bike I like so all of a sudden he was more than willing to help me out I asked for it some sort of discount he told me it was heavily mark down… $1000.Never mind the fact that all their used bikes are marked down anyways so I bought it anyways super excited to have my very first motorcycle it only had 700 miles on it and I got it for a good price Kelly delivered it to me super cool guy had a great.Well I passed my motorcycle knowledge test and went for my very first ride and within the first 30 miles a light came on saying service was due so I reached out to moto Corsa.. And Todd told me basically there’s nothing that they could do for me because they already heavily discounted the bike there was no oil change done when they received it there was no inclination to me as a first time rider that motorcycles have a break in. Is this one was due for service at the time of purchase so I just asked if they could do me some sort of solid help me out with the cost roughly $250 or to help me do the service. Todd was rude and condescending to me so I reached out to Kelly the sales manager...And his response was sorry that left a bad taste in your mouth… So as many people that I know that are running into the option of wanting a motorcycle I will be sure to let them know we’re not to go if they want good service or at least an explanation of why they would do youlike that. Anyways overall good experience just lack customer service.

Recently drove 3 hours to buy my dream bike, a 2020 Ducati Panigale V4S, from MotoCorsa in Portland, Oregon. Let me tell you, I could NOT be more happy with my purchase! Both Kelly Lambert and Jarrod Weis were exceptional salesmen and not only made the process incredibly easy, but they treated my wife and I like family from the very start. I was especially pleased with their attention to detail and just the overall effort and presentation that they put into making this an experience and not just a sale. EVERY aspect of my interaction with MotoCorsa, whether it was sales, apparel or even parts and service, just felt like it was being personally tailored to my individual needs. (Their showroom is a motorcycle lovers dream btw!)If you are in the market for a Ducati, hands down, these guys are the absolute BEST in the business and it shows! 😁

I live in south central Oregon, about 280miles from Portland. I have a beautiful 2012 Monster 1100, that I bought from Motocorsa a few years ago. Because of the distance from them, I have had to do most of the maintenance on “Sophia” myself. So, regarding Motocorsa and their Service and Parts departments. Both are fill with knowledgeable people and everyone that I have worked with has been arrogant, put out, or bothered with questions. Happy to help you spend money, but not eager to help you keep some, so not forthcoming with advice. The last experience was on the phone asking about replacement skins and “a waist of time” would not adequately describe the interaction. You all work in a great looking place. You work with an awesome product and unless the owner is a complete jack-wod and makes your day Hell (which is possible). How about you treat all people with love and respect, not just the ones dropping thousands.William Maddalena. A disappointed Ducatista. Deceitful with used bikes. About 2 years ago we bought a used DR650 from them, and were told its running great and was fully inspected by their service department. After getting it home, we realized the rear foot pegs were missing, the oil was extremely low, and it was missing an air filter. I figured they must have just missed that stuff and it was a fluke. And today, I just called them about a used Aprilia, they stated on the phone it was in great condition and there was no major damage or problems, after the 2 hour ride here, its obviously been laid down on both sides, and has much more damage then they stated. I just wasted a day off and money because theyre not up front about their used bikes. If you buy used from Motocorsa, be vigilant when inspecting the bike.

Review №48

Had to edit my original post. Please pay attention when buying used bikes. Here’s the whole story. This is how it started.I bought a 1199 Panigale used with 15K on the clock. After buying the bike I immediately notice the bike had some minor handling irregularities. I later then confirmed the tire pressures were less than 25psi on F/R tires. No big deal, adjust and move on.I have owned the bike for around 2-3 years by now and threw on less than 3000 miles.I am not going to lie, I don’t think I have ever paid attention to the forks but only noticed springy ness so I may be figured it needed adjustments, considering the salesman at the time ensured that the bike was in great shape and or maintained. There was plenty of history to prove so but no history on the forks ever being “touched” as they stated. Here’s where the problem comes. My Panigale had a check engine light so I proceeded to get it addressed.MotoCorsa service noticed during the repair(s) and or inspections that my forks were very abnormal and or showed little to no dampening.I told them to leave the forks the way it is because I have a scheduled repair/service at a reputable shop. The following pictures is what the shop found.Fork tubes rubbed through and the seals are toast. After $2500 in just parts (new Ohlins forks)The bike was back to life.I am not blaming MotoCorsa Service for this or want to point any fingers due to the respect I have for the technicians, time and care that was spent on the bike in all.The GM told me there was essentially nothing they could do.It was more or less just a flat out bad used bike experience.I appreciate the time MotoCorsa spent to attempt to help the situation out.

MotoCorsa is a stand up company that cares about their customers first and foremost. I stopped by here a few weeks ago to look at some of their used Ducati’s, and had the pleasure of meeting Todd. I explained to him that I wasn’t in a position to buy today, but told him what I was looking for (Panigale). They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, but I spent close to an hour with Todd looking at different bikes while he explained the difference in features between different model years and packages. A couple weeks later I found a bike elsewhere that I really liked but had a few reservations about. I also noted Todd had a similar bike just listed on their website. I called Todd intending to ask about the bike they had, but the conversation led into me talking about the other bike I’d found. I wish the bike I bought was at MotoCorsa so I could have the pleasure of working with Todd. Although I did not buy a bike from MotoCorsa, they’ve earned all of my future business with parts and service, as well as the first place I’ll look whenever I’m in the market for another bike. I genuinely felt respected and it seemed more I was discussing a purchase with an old friend rather than a salesman. I live over an hour away, but the drive will always be worth it. I’ll be stopping by soon to buy the parts to do my Desmo service and some Ducati apparel and hopefully thank Todd personally for his help and advice.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great bike. the whole team at this location did an awesome job. started with Graham Beattie when he welcomed me into the show floor and walked me around informing me about all the great bikes and their electronic features. Brian Catterson welcomed me into his used side of the premise and rather than selling me hard on one of the bikes he had there informed me that they were still doing a great sale upfront. Jason and Kelly took over from there when I decided I wanted the 797 plus. They walked me through the financial process and was always available to answer a question. During the paperwork went down to check out some of the gear they had and Graham F. set me up with great gear and made sure everything fitted just right. Followed by Marc Friedman who showed me the parts that could go on the bike and which one would be a first buy such as sliders. Then finally Graham B. showed me the features of my new monster 797 plus and got me rolling away. Thank you all for a great experience.

I really want to leave a positive review but these guys make it impossible. I love the bike I bought and they are always pleasant but they are completely inept and dishonest. First bad mark, bought a lightly used monster with 2.7K miles. They failed to disclose that they had done major engine work till after I bought it. Sent me in circles on the phone the sales guys claimed to not know. That is unacceptable and unlawful since they are required to disclose this information. 2nd bad mark they said my registration would immediately transfer from my trade in. Nope takes 4 weeks they said. I am moving soon to a new address so they said they could hold it at the location. Then I call back today seven weeks later while I am moving since I hadnt heard anything. They said they cant actually hold the registration and I will have to solve it on my own with the DMV.Completely unacceptable, dishonest, and inept. Stay far, far away from these guys.
