Phenomenal service from the team at the lower level T-mobile store in Lloyd Center. Alex have next level service and traveled across town to acquire the color of iPhone my wife wanted. You guys are awesome!

Shirley was an absolute pleasure to work with. My Google pixel broke today and I was terrified that I wouldnt have a phone but when I came to the Loyd center sprint they made my day so much better. I am now a loyal sprint customer and I am going to keep it that way! Jeff was awesome too and he showed me all the perks of new phones and went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect phone. Definitely recommend this store to everyone. I would make the drive to go here for the customer service.

I had a good experience recently, when I broke my phone, and had to get a new one. Shirley was very informative and helpful. I had many annoying questions about everything, and she was very patient with me. She even got me a discount on the screen protector, and took the time to put it on perfectly .

Jeff & Shirley were absolutely amazing. There was a lot of foot traffic in this sprint location and they both were extremely helpful and got me in and out as fast as possible!!!!

Gio went above and beyond to help me. Gio created me a new email, transferred all of my stuff from my old iPhone to my new s20 and made the experience pleasant. Gio and his boss made a miracle happen and lowered my bill on top of everything!
