I was thrilled to discover that this family owned business hadnt closed for good. Theyve just relocated to a new building in southeast. I discovered their Sandy boulevard location years ago and used them for many theater and film projects as a resource. And now we have renewed our friendship and I will be continuing to use them in the future. Wonderful service, Great selection and most of all youre supporting a local family business.

Great selection from a local store. Unique fabrics with great prices. Polyblends, silks and linen along with others. Very open aisles and easy to maintain social distance requirements.

Very inexpensive fabric. Joans is nice for the variety but this place is way less expensive and I prefer them to joans unless I absolutely have to go to joans I wont I will go here. The owner is super nice and helpful to.

Super fun fabrics! Everything is on a roll and comes out wrinkle free! Loved just looking at all the colors. I can imagine this place would be awesome for skating and dance costume making!

I hate to give up my source, by everyone should be shopping here for gorgeous fabrics, a good selection of notions and no crowd; they have just the things you need to create beautiful things from fabric and not all the emotional buy items, the stuff that has nothing to do with sewing, the crowds and the lines to get inside. They are super helpful. The fabrics are stunning and the prices very reasonable. Check em out if you are a serious seamstress! You wont regret it!

If you’re looking for special occasion dress fabric, this is the “go-to”. Fantastic selection in silks, suitings (and sturdy lining), velvet, and incredible embellishment fabrics. The cotton basics are very unique prints. Surprise! The oil cloth selection is better than most around this area. The trims are not what you find around here either- there’s some up toward the front of the store, you’ll find a wall full in the rear.Also, interesting pieces for upholstery are available there.But wait, there’s more! Bend down and look for the selection under the top tables. Much more in that store than one would think. Enjoy!

Love this place. Fabric is always available. Wish store was bigger with more fabric options. This is usually my first stop for fabric.

Although I wouldnt call this a full service fabric store its definitely worth a visit. They have incredible prices on some eclectic items. I havent seen a lot of their offerings anywhere else. If youre looking for something unique try this place!

This place is amazing. Their fashion fabrics are not only superb quality but also fantastically priced. Hamid was such a pleasure to be around. Its definitely a hole in the wall but not one you wanna miss!

Wide selection of beautiful fabrics. I went to find Red & Gold materials to redo a 60 year old Vanity Bench.

I love this place. In the interest ofmanaging expectations, you do get what you pay for, but its a wonderful place to get inexpensive fabric and notions if you have a project that doesnt require exceptional quality. I like their charmeuse and other satin iterations better than Joanns and they have a spectacular selection of colors. Ive only ever had good experiences with them and Im really glad to be able to support a locally owned business.

A really interesting shop to visit. They didnt have what we were looking for, but if you are making costumes, fancy dress, ballet or gymnastics wear, etc. This is the place!! It is very well lighted, clean, & organized.

Interesting fabrics and trim. Gorgeous carpets. Ive purchased several rugs and have been very happy with them. Seven years and the carpets still look like new. Excellent quality!

I love this place! They are my main supplier for my costume business! They have a fantastic selection of Lycra, stretch velvet, sheer, lace, thread, elastic and trim! It’s rare that I would need to search elsewhere for what I need! The prices are comparable to the fashion district in LA. Once I found them it’s been a game changer. I’ve been a customer for 5 years now! The staff is super friendly and keeping my money local is very important to me! Check them out!!

I liked the fact that they had prints that I dont see at Walmart. The prices are what you would expect. They have a wide selection of different fabric, although not so much hooks, thread, or elastic.

Great quality carpets fair prices and owner is very nice. Will definitely be back here if I ever need more carpets.

I didnt expect much from the storefront appearance & kinda went in as a fluke since the nearby Fabric Depot closed. I was really surprised at the selection. The service was awesome & they even called me back when they found the lace I had been looking for....

Definitely a bit off the beaten path, this fabric store is a little slice of LAs fabric district. Lots of goodies for those willing to do some digging. The store also has a sizeable stock of import rugs. Entering the small parking lot can be tricky, so pay close attention to your nav system of choice.
