First off I want to say thank you to Lance and his wife for being such nice people. And thank you for giving me a chance when I really needed it.

The price was fair and they did a great job. Even finished sooner than they estimated, which is unheard of these days. Would highly recommend.

I spoke to a woman at length about my project and was told I would receive an estimate within two days. I called back a week later and she couldn’t find any paperwork on me. I was told I would get another estimate within a couple days. I called back a week later and requested to speak with another person. This time it was a man who told me he would send me an estimate soon after I told him I could not get anything from the initial woman I spoke to. It’s been a week and again zero communication. I will not be calling again, nor using this company.

I called 4 times trying to get an estimate and never got a response. Would not use.

Unfortunately, my husband & I have to write a poor review regarding this company.Lack of response by Lance when texted numerous times & called in office regarding estimate, occurred over a 3 month period (April-July 2016). Once responded, said he would get back with us, another month would go by without contact. Even staff in office said he never responds to messages left on cell.How can a customer feel like they could invest a large sum of money with a company that is not trustworthy, dependable or responsible?We went with another company, excellent response, came over 3 times to confirm measurements, answers calls & texts immediately. Such great customer values, we are having them do additional structures on our property. They may be more expensive then West-Meyer but their dependability proves they can be trusted to do a good job. We cant trust West-Meyer Fence if rep. cant even stay in immediate contact with customer.

Updated review: The company contacted me and gave me an estimate for my project. The price I was quoted was probably reasonable, but it was just more than I anticipated so I didnt follow through.

My husband and I went in to get some gates made it took 2 weeks and several calls to even get a quote back. Then when we agreed to the amount we where told a contract would be sent over and they would come and measure to start the process of making the gates. Again 2 weeks later and several calls with no response we are still waiting. We are going some place else. I cant believe they do business this way.
