An awesome experience to be there and such a lovely store. Real hard to not like anything there

Came here to find a Portland charm, as I am visiting from Canada and wanted to add to my travel charms. The employee helping me was super welcoming and helpful. He was really knowledgeable about the different products and even offered some suggestions for places to see while visiting the downtown area. Highly recommend!

This store has a great selection of local charms, rings and classic as well as everyday jewelry! The staff are welcoming and friendly and made me feel special in my time at the store. They had an exceptional customer service! They tried to get to know me and understand what I was looking for before showing me any merchandise. I’d definitely come back and shop here again!

My first experience with Pandora was a great one. The staff was friendly and helpful and their products are beautiful. They also sell more than just Pandora bracelets! I bought a simple, but gorgeous pearl necklace for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. I couldnt be happier and highly recommend Pandora - especially the downtown Yamhill location!

A very bubbly and nice saleswoman helped us with our purchase. Its my first time buying anything from Pandora Jewelry, so I cannot really comment on quality yet, but there were a lot of options and everything was sparkly and cute.

I’m a big fan of this store. When we were newbies, Sarah helped my wife and daughter become indoctrinated into the Pandora world. We’ve gone back regularly ever since. Pandora has become our go to gift items. Great product. Great store. GREAT people.

The salesperson was very courteous and helpful. They have very reasonably priced gifts for your girlfriend or wife.

We love their product but their policies are stuck in 2001. 2 days to ship? No ability to do exchanges, only return and re-order? Ridiculous in this era of customer service.If there was another outlet to get their product I would use it.

The staff were all friendly & willing to explain the differences between silver & white gold & yellow gold & such to me. Tori even helped find a ring that my friend AND her boyfriend BOTH liked to celebrate the two of them moving to Portland~ Very sweet.

I bought some charms 2 months ago. There are 2 charms they still do not give me. They say the charms are out of stock in entire company. But why I see they are available on the pandora website?2 months，it is the worst shopping experience I have right now.

Great customer service nice jewelery

There was a great selection of jewelry, however, they dont have a Portland/Oregon specific charm yet. The salesman said that they were hoping to have one in the next few months. The customer service wasnt great- the saleswoman was rude and seemed like she didnt want us in the store at all, like it was a burden to answer our questions.
