Six years ago I walked into Dr. Barlows office as a cronically ill 47 year old woman. Within two weeks of that appointment I was having my tonsils removed. A month later had a tube put in my left ear to remove pressure and restore a bit of my hearing. He is a very gentle and kind doctor.The staff is superior and helpful! I have recommended this clinic to multiple friends.

Dr Green at Mt Hood ENT has been treating my hearing loss for several years now. She has always taken the time to make adjustments to improve my hearing to accommodate for the noisy work environment i work in. On my recent visit she introduced me to a new hearing air technology that allows me to hear more normally at work, and hear sounds around me that i was missing. If your experiencing hearing loss I highly recommend Dr Green.

I made an appointment here recently for a throat clearing issue Ive had. Dr. Barlow was excellent. After examining me, he was extremely helpful explaining why the throat clearing was happening and some things I can do to help resolve/alleviate it. The office environment was also very nice and the rest of the staff very friendly and helpful.

I go to Mt Hood ENT to see Dr. Barlow and Doctor Green and both are incredible! They are so good about communicating with you, and making sure you understand everything about your treatment. The staff are also so friendly and helpful.I had a pretty bad experience at a different ENT clinic previously which made it even more clear that Mt. Hood ENT is beyond excellent. At this point, my care is so great, I dont need to consider any other options. In fact, I also scheduled an Allergy appointment there recently.

The loss of hearing can mean a lot of different things to a person but, most especially to someone who is advanced in age like my mom, who had a very difficult time coming to terms with her hearing loss and motivating herself to go to a hearing doctor. Then you have all those clinics out there, true medical or not and Ads that are for profit who do not realize that when you live on a pension, basic necessities, is all you have money for.Mt. Hood ENT and Allergy were amazing. They made the process of diagnosing my mom’s hearing needs and explaining to her what she will need to regain some of her hearing, why this is important to her and all her options. Dr. Greene was wonderful. She made the process painless and made my mom feel very valued as a patient. Now, my mom looks forward to going back and getting what she humorously calls her “bionic ears. “Thank you Mt. Hood ENT and Allergy for giving my mom the ability to hear again. So gratefu!!.

Had an emergency n called around, his staff was the most empathetic and got me in quick. Dr B was very professional n was good at explaining the procedure n what to expect. It was resolved in one visit after urgent care referred me to a ENT days prior.I’ll be going back for my children n referring my husband who suffers spring allergies 🤧.

Dr. Barlow and his staff always do an excellent job of making sure my son is comfortable and he receives the prompt attention he needs. The office is spotless and all the staff observe COVID-19 protocols to the letter. Extra care is taken to ensure that the waiting room is not utilized for any long period of time and only one patient- and family- at a time are allowed.

Dr. Barlow, the front office staff, his MAs, Dr. Green and the billing department are all top notch. We have been seeing them for 4 years now. Not only did Dr. Barlow and his team help us with my kiddos immediate issues, over the years they have also uncovered other issues we didnt know about and have addressed them or referred us to the providers we needed. We enjoy seeing them so much that when other members in my family needed the same care, we also went to Dr. Barlow and Dr. Green. We will be sad when the day comes we dont need their services any longer. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and responsive.

Dr. Barlow and staff are always very cordial and thorough when you have an appointment. Very strict on the COVID 19 policies and I appreciate that.

Dr. Barlow has been life-changing for me. He cured my vertigo and set me up with hearing aids- I am deaf in my left ear and in all my 45 years no one ever told me that hearing aids could help me. Now I can hear from my left side for the first time in my life. He always shows concern for me as a whole person, not just my medical condition. The audiologist and rest of the staff are also wonderful.

Dr. takes his own vocal notes while in the appointment room with you. He will ask you to be quiet while he talks to his laptop when you are trying to describe your symptoms. His home AC was out when i saw him and was frantic arranging a contractor while he was with me. They billed me outside of my insurance after the visit and sent me to an angry collections company. I left with nothing - no new medications - no new treatment plan. Great place to visit if you just need someone to talk to you.

I have been under the care of Dr. Green and Dr. Barlow for 3 years. They make a great team. Their staff are professional but are fun!

My hearing aid appointment with Rickki was amazing. She quickly understood my issues and explained everything so clearly. Then, she selected a hearing aid insert for my ear that made my hearing instantly better, crisper and with no annoying feedback sounds. I am just so grateful!

I have been going to Clinic for years. When I change insurance I make sure they will take my insurance because I want to be able to go to Dr.Barlow and Rikki Green. Give excellent service, office staff is efficient and on the ball. You want an excellent ear,nose, throat this is the place to go.

The doctor really cared and actually took time to sit down and address all my concerns. Thats pretty rare in this day and age. I have been to a ton of specialist and none of them took even a small percentage of the time He took with me. Even gave me a referral.

After nearly two years of suffering an allergy and seeking the advice of six or seven doctors and clinics, Dr. Barlow was the only one to give me a definitive analysis of my condition. He also gave me a specific plan to alleviate discomfort, almost all of them drugless and simple. Reception and nursing staff were focused, alert, and super polite, a rarity in the medical field. If you have environmental allergies, or any other ENT problems these are the professionals you want to see.

Dr Green is great, she has been helping me with my hearing loss for almost 2 years. She listened to my difficulties in keeping my hearing aids in and found a comfortable solution that keeps my hearing aids in place. She is quick to respond to messages, and has made time to resolve the few issues i have had, very quickly & professionally.

I dont even go to church but I can tell you the Lord works here and his name is Dr Topping. I got my nose broke and went to him 11 days after and he fixed it back to 100% perfect. I can breathe perfect and it was an in and out 30 minute procedure. Cant get better then this!
