I am not a frequent poster about medicine related things - this office was a new level of service for me. I really enjoyed Dr. Patel - best doc/patient relations skill Ive ever seen.he was thorough, careful, explanatory and a great listener. Im happy Ive begun using his office services.Parking was in the same building, it was easy to find. A really great Doc and visit.

Initial visit for my husband. I attended because he is very hard if hearing and forgetful. The providers (physician and audiologist were both very friendly and informative. Asked if we had additional questions and answered them clearly . We felt welcomed and taken care of.

I highly recommend this capable bright young physician. I had facial swelling from a bad infection and was very uncomfortable. I had seen another physician before and they were unsure what was going on so they referred me to this office. Dr. Patel listened to my symptoms and performed a procedure that gave me immediate relief. He explained what was happening and was very genuine and warm. After suffering for about 5 days with the swelling, and after seeing Dr. Patel the swelling went down immediately. By day three I felt like myself again. Under the circumstances, It was a great experience with Dr. Patel.👍👍👍👍

Dr. Hertler 5* but the backoffice and audiology operation a 2 at best. There is simply a lack of adequate competence in the world, not just at PDXENT in terms of actual operational planning and hence scheduling. This is why online self service models (teledoc, listenlively) are gaining steam. I could save money, have arguably as good a technology but unknown levels of service when it comes to adjustments. And PDXENT seems to frequently, at least recently, have problems with audiologist availability and staffing.

Waste money，almost $1500 for just 2 visits without solving the problem. Still have ear pain that I have to take my own left over medication from before to calm down my ear pain

PDX ENT is staffed with cheerful, helpful professionals at all levels. My visits with Dr. Patel were actually quite pleasant...despite the nose surgery and follow up appointments that involved...well, not generally comfortable procedures. But, he listens and is quite gentle and attentive. He explains the procedures and makes the whole process, quite pleasant. Grade A!

Highly recommended. Dr. Craig Hertzer used a tiny camera to go through my nose and look into my throat. I waited months to see a doctor because I thought it would be a huge hassle, but PDX ENT was super easy. (I have Cigna insurance)

Dr.Furr was excellent at repairing my severe deviated septum and overall straightening of my nose. I highly recommend him.

My mother has needed ENT care for most of her life. Shes had a number of different ENTs in Portland but Dr. Hertler has been, by far, the best ENT shes ever had. Hes courteous, gentle when he does procedures, always respectful and extremely kind. I would recommend him with highest praise. Im also a retired rheumatologist and when I was seeing patients, I always trusted Dr. Hertler to make the correct diagnosis and treat my patients with compassionate care. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Really appreciated the way Dr Patel and the staff worked to quickly see me when I had sudden hearing loss. They were amazing!

I was shown in upon arrival, very soon saw the doctor who checked me out then cleaned my ears while explaining the issue to me. I was then given a hearing test with immediate feedback on the results and given a course of action. It was an efficient, informative appointment that took less than an hour from start to finish. And everyone I met (5 people) was pleasant and helpful.

I truly love this office!! They really care about their patients and the care they are providing for their patients. Bad enough I have to get hearing aids .. they have made this process so amazing. Dustin is truly the best!! Very patient and kind. The front office staff are welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this office for any and all ENT services .

The results of choosing Dr Andrew Patel was a once in a lifetime experience that improved the quality of life for me in so many ways. I suffered most of my life with difficulty breathing through my nose and acute sinus congestion. Decades of visits with other EN&T physicians, committing to weekly allergy shots, allergy drug therapies, etc. brought little relief. Sleep apnea, acid reflux, fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, lack of athletic performance were all effects of my issue due mostly to severe nighttime congestion and poor sleep. Countless hours under the care of other physicians were invested in finding a solution, including performing sleep studies and diet restriction programs. In the first few minutes of meeting Dr Andrew Patel you will recognize his level of care and attention to your issue. Before the end of my first consultation, Dr Patel provided an amazingly accurate outline of where I have been and where I am now health analysis. Compared to the 15 minute consultations spent with other physicians, Dr Patel spent extended time getting to know me and my condition where I gained confidence that he truly was a competent specialist in his field. Dr Patel ordered imaging that proved my condition was remediable and not serious. Today I’m a testament to what value doing your homework brings when choosing a physician-I can finally breathe following a surgical procedure performed by Dr Patel! Words can’t express my respect and appreciation for Dr Patel and his staff. His expertise coupled with a manner of treating you as if you were a friend or family member is incomparable.

Doctor Furr was great and the staff seems friendly, my problem is with their billing practices. I was given an estimate of $1800 for my procedure that ended up costing me more than $5000 by the end of it. This is due to fees incurred from the surgery center and the anesthesia doctor, and to be fair at the top of the estimate they do state Hospital, labs, and anesthesia bills will be separate, but never did anyone mention that these bills could be $3000 MORE than the estimate. I feel like this was a pretty deliberate obfuscation of costs as this was a routine surgery that Dr. Furr stated he had performed literally hundreds of times, so the costs involved should be pretty well known. If I had been told up front that this surgery could potentially cost me more than $5000 theres no way I would have gone through with it. If youre going here, remember its on YOU to call the surgery center and the anesthesiologist and find out their pricing!!

Dr. Furr is warm, down to earth and most importantly explains everything in understandable detail. During my initial consultation he diagnosed my problem and explained the etiology, possible treatments and realistic outcome. He confirmed what I had suspected for years, but was never diagnosed by previous practitioners. He provided all of the information I needed to make a decison I felt confident in. The surgery and recovery went exactly as he described and one week post-op I have the result he predicted. It is very obvious to me that Dr. Furr takes pride in not only getting excellent results for his patients, but in making the experience as pleasant as possible. I have had 3 office visits to date, and have been seen exactly at the time of my appointment each time. I would have no hesitation recommending Dr. Furr to anyone.

Dr. Hertler and staff were very friendly and efficient. This was my first time at this clinic and I would definitely go back. And there is free covered parking with an elevator.

Dr Hertler did my septoplasty and I had a great experience. He was very thorough explaining the whole process and the surgery was super smooth.

Dr. Hertler was awesome with my newborn. He evaluated and made a recommendation to clip my sons upper lip as well as posterior tongue tie and did it right in the exam room same day. I was also seen next business day when I scheduled my appointment since there was a cancellation which was awesome.

Dr Patel was very thorough & nice. He lets you know what he is going to do before he does it in regards to the exam. This was my 1st visit to a new Dr after my previous ENT Dr retired. It took a few weeks to get in.Allow extra time to find a parking space though. It took 20 minutes to find a spot in the parking structure!

Had a fishbone lodged in back of the throte. Was able to remove it without going under anesthesia. Used a topical numbing agent and the help of another specialist the bine was removed in one try! These two doctors are great and patient and listen to you.I reccomend their services if you are looking for a ENT specialist!

Dr. Patel did an amazing job repairing my nose following skin cancer surgery. His concern for my pain and comfort level was awesome. He took an ugly surgical wound and made it look much better! He is a very caring and competent professional.
