I have never shopped here but around 8pm I just overheard whatever employee that was and how rude he was to my girlfriend over the phone just now. She called in inquiring about any job openings, and the fellow who resided on the other line chose to ask if her if she had experience in the most belittling tone Ive EVER heard, and continued to ask questions, and told what she needed in the MOST patronizing way possible. The job market has not been kind during the pandemic, but witnessing that KNOCKED the wind out of me. I dont know how the service is here but I will never step foot in this dispensary because what I just witnessed. I can also see from the one star reviews regarding customer service that I am not the only one.

One of the most luxurious dispensaries in PDX Pearl District. Featuring Wyld, Artifact Extracts, Güd Gardens and SunGod. Luke is super friendly and also knowledgeable about all the products they have. My bud-tender, Zach had a gentle, chill and relaxing vibe. Sara is also professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of edibles and topicals, including CBD facial oil...oh!-and the crystal and art collection in the lobby is almost like a gallery. Go check out the latest art by XOLO. Neat place!

Nice place, the presentation was really impressive, like the flowers being hold to show and cool circles that also have products on the wall. They also have nice merch and staff is kind.

The guy behind the counter (night of 5-12 ~8pm) knew very little about concentrates. Kept offering the lowest terp percentage dabs while we were looking for heavy indica. If we are looking for strain specific effects why keep recommending products that have little to no strain specific effects? We asked what things smelled like because of covid and his response good; mind you these are on the same low terp testing dabs that he kept trying pushing, but honestly this guy isnt advocating for the customer, and either needs some more time behind the front desk so he can learn his products, or go back to the used car biz. Im sure the dispensary and other budtenders are great, but this guy really killed it for me.

A stylish, conveniently-located shop with incredibly friendly and helpful staff! I have always found exactly what I need at a reasonable price here. The counter is completely separated from the customer area by a plexiglass shield as a COVID precaution. Flower, pre-rolls, and extract are all reasonably priced, and there is a ton of selection. If you live in the area and have documentation of that, theres even a local discount! I rarely go anywhere else.

Update: Met a Gnome Grown guy there. Their Banana Breath strain smelled GREAT!!Easy to get to, easy to shop there, super staff, interesting flower, nice in house prerolls.Update: Im actually giving them 5 stars. They have been great all thru the vandalism and COVID crap. I really appreciate that :)

A bit spendy for the top shelf but, always worth every penny. Consistently has the best high quality weed of the dispensaries I haunt.

I’ve been a happy customer for months until today I was told a I cannot return my $42 cartridge that spits dab in my mouth after 30-50 hits because of covid. I recommend going to a reputable shop like green planet or nectar where they stand behind the products they sell.

Staff was friendly and not pushy but i found a bug in my flower! It wasnt very big but at the retail level, for as much as i pay for this stuff it should be top quality.Got the sour sage from gnome grown. Yall need to inspect your stuff better.

This was the first dispensary I went to after my 21st birthday, and Im happy that I went here. Sinde then, Ive been to two other dispensaries, and they dont even come close to how well setup this one is. The staff are super helpful. Everything is displayed neatly. The staff will explain the science. And in general, the feel of the dispensary is clean and relaxing.

Seriously my favorite dispensary in Portland. Everyone is so chill and helpful, and the place looks amazing. I came in here after buying an oil cartridge and realized that the battery isnt included, and was told that the battery is included in some cartridges but isnt sold separately. Feeling discouraged, I was about to thank them for their time and try to look elsewhere, but their budtender told me to wait and he went and grabbed a battery out of the package and gave it to me! Totally blown away by their customer service and I keep coming back to Virtue because I cant seem to get the same level of attention and service anywhere else.

Have seen the dispensary from the NS streetcar and today found time to check it out. I was so blown away. The lobby area is simply clean and simple. As you walk towards the space where the products are easily displayed you find yourself a cleverly designed tunnel. Very fun to walk through. The product room is pleasantly upscale with very knowledgeable staff and lots of high THC Indicas to choose from. I will support this store and watch it grow. Good job everyone.Francis Garoutte

Went with the recommendation from budtender for a heavy indica and purchased a quarter oz. My husband is retired military and uses cannabis as medicine in lieu of pharmaceutical options. I advised the budtender that I smelled hints of limonene and a-pinene (terpenes). He advised me that I was wrong - I should have believed my nose. This heavy indica was a hybrid at best. Upon separation of flower for stem and grinding, the sativa dominant terpenes were strong. The smoke was definitely sativa leaning.Oregon doesnt do testing for terpenes and I am not sure that the budtenders here are getting a thorough training on the value of terpenes and monoterpenes on sativa vs indica leanings. I would say this is of high value to a consumer base who is using the product for its medicinal value.Unfortunately, I cannot give a solid recommendation for this dispensary.

Friendly knowledgeable people

Highly over priced $300 plus tax for an oz selection is not that great either tree house, collective awakings and pure green are all way better prices with the same flower. Also rose city wellness has 10 dollar grams tax included from the same growers. Why pay for thier upscale decor and rent its just not worth it. Very nice store though. If you drive a Maserati and have millions this is your spot. But if your normal you can get much better deals on the same thing else were.

Nice looking store, but high prices, poor queuing system, and I always feel rushed when my turn finally comes because I know how many other people are waiting. Oregon prices are still stupid high (despite having an over supply of product), which isnt entirely Virtues fault, but seriously...when you can drive 20 minutes north and pay half the price for stonger concentrates and a way better shopping experience, its really hard to buy local.

Treat your customers better. Left me on a couch for 15 minutes and the robot at the front desk said nothing to me. Menu maybe? How’s your day? Nothing!

I went to this place for the first time today. They opened over 20 minutes late, the budtender forgot to ask to see my I.D. card, and she forgot to give me my change! I tried to call to complain about her, but I guess they dont answer their phone. The only reason why I went there is because they sell eights for $20! I sure do hope its worth it.
