I absolutely loved this shop! We were visiting from Boise and I saw the reviews and had to stop in. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I bought a neon pothos that is so full and well taken care of. All of their plants were so healthy and nice looking. I could spend all day in there. I wish they shipped to Boise because it would be my number 1! Thank you for the nice experience. You have my business when we visit again!

I always love looking around this place. I got some cool pots there recently and bought some really great ornaments there last December. But I was motivated to write this review after I came in today with my (very active! very talkative!) 5 year old to pick out an office plant to give to her dad for his birthday. I talked to her about being careful and not touching things and staying close to me and she did pretty darn well, but our success was in large part due to the extremely helpful staff who 1. Made us feel welcome. 2. Helped us find what we were looking for quickly. 3. Were incredibly patient with my kid, who only wanted to talk about the monkey bars and ask 4,000 questions about everything in the store. 4. Were patient and kind to me when I was too distracted to form complete thoughts. They potted the plant for us and boxed it up so it would be safe on our bike ride home. They talked directly to my daughter instead of talking through me. They listened to her stories and talked about what they used to do on the monkey bars. I was worried going in, but it was easily the best 10 minutes of my day.

Definitely noticed friendly staff and great vibe. I will be honest in saying though that in my opinion that prices of the plants were a bit higher than some of the plant shops Ive seen around Portland. The Monsteras they have, although beautiful and clearly taken care of, I have found the quality just as good and for less at other stores around town. That being said, I noticed almost all the plants were taken care of. They had some pretty cool plants I also havent seen too much of at other stores. Still worth checking out. They do sell candles, planters and other things that might appeal to others as well.

I’ve been missing out until I found this place!! Ecovibe home was recommended by a friend/coworker for new plant babies and cute sustainable planters... and they did not disappoint! Small, local business worth supporting in Portland! They have a variety of fresh and HEALTHY indoor plants and other plant needs. The owners and staff care about their customers and offer tips/suggestions on how to take care a plant! Very knowledgeable. I also appreciate the private appointments they offered to keep clients safe in the middle of a pandemic. Thank you Ecovibe! Definitely coming back for some more plant shopping!

This afternoon I returned to Eco Vibe to purchase another pot, stand and cactus. I’ve made several purchases here over the spring. A coworker has bought me a gift card I was excited to use. I had wonderful help from one of the sales associates who’s name I didn’t catch while in the store. As I was ringing up I found $40 in front of the register that didn’t belong to me. I told the associate the money wasn’t mine. He promptly held onto it. Once I rang up over $200 worth of supplies I made my way out the door. As I took a step out the front door I tripped dropping the cactus, pot and stand. The cactus and stand made it. The pot exploded in front of the walkway. I gathered myself, put the cactus minus soil into my truck. I carried the broken pot back inside to the register. The Cashier then said it would be $58 to replace the pot I didn’t even make it off the premises with. There was no willingness to work with me to either replace the pot or pro rate the second pot I was going to purchase. left paying for a cactus and a pot that I wasn’t even able to take home. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. I don’t have any intention of returning.

Shoutout to Becky, the customer support and plant specialist! I have one little maranta plant I am trying to make happy. I first bought it as a replacement for one that I failed. When I forgot to ask store staff how best to care for it, I reached out to Becky the day after my purchase. She took the time to write a very thoughtful and informative email about maranta-care. Its been a few months & my plant is experiencing some distress, so I reached out again. Becky comes through with all the knowledge & encouragement. Where others would have brushed me & my single little plant purchase under the rug, I continue to get dedicated & thoughtful responses. THIS is how you get customers that keep coming back. Best customer service I could hope for!

We ordered a plant online to be delivered to our kids in Portland before Christmas. They were delighted with it. They sent us a picture, and it was a gorgeous plant. We couldnt have been happier with EcoVibes quality and service.

I ordered some glass propagation jars, enamel pins and CBD products to get ahead of holiday shopping and Im so pleased with the products! The package came quickly and wrapped with care. When I had a question about my order, Bethany responded quickly with the information I needed. I am so excited to gift these things to the people I love, thank you for helping me get holiday shopping done early this year!

If I could live in this shop I would. I love everything about it, including the people who work there. It’s so beautiful. Not only are all their plants hand picked and gorgeous, they also have home decor, cute cards, kitchen items, jewelry. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. I will always go here for my plants. And the few that I’ve bought are thriving in my home.

We absolutely LOVE this store! I find myself going back almost weekly because I love it so much. It’s the perfect place for gifts, plants, and did I mention top notch service? The plant experts do a great job and always make me feel welcomed and knowledgeable about my new plant baby additions. They are friendly, inviting, and eager to assist. I normally don’t always feel comfortable asking for assistance in stores, but at EcoVibe, I feel right at home. If you are a native Oregonian, or just passing through, I cannot recommend the EcoVibe brand enough! Oh, did I mention that they have an equally wonderful apparel store a few blocks away? I recently placed an order online, but unfortunately due to a small mix up, they had to contact me to let me know that they no longer had the item in stock. They were very easy to work with and even offered to swap my order for another item. Even knowing I decided to just go with a refund, I would definitely recommend their online shop. Also, if Im ever in the Portland area, I will definitely be making a stop at their store. They seem like great people with a great business!

The whole staff were very friendly and helpful. The plants were really pretty. There were a lot of nice things. I bought two books. The books were so good that I learned things just from skimming the pages. But what makes this place special is the way its ran.

Love this place! Always try and visit when I come down to Portland. There are all sizes of plants and prices, beautiful home goods like baskets, rugs, clocks and all beautifully curated with fresh style and colors. The employees and owners are so nice, highly recommend a stop in for a plant lover!

Ordered a towel rack online. What showed up was poorly made, atrocious craftsmanship. Absolute junk. They took a return but did not refund shipping costs. Based on how shoddy this item was, I cannot imagine they sell anything nice.

EcoVibe is absolutely wonderful! I made a selection of plants and pots from the website and had them delivered. It was so easy. A day after placing my order I wanted to add a couple items to it and Alyssa was very helpful with that. If youre looking for some fun additions to your home this is the place.

My absolute favorite place to shop for plants in Portland! Dre is the sweetest and when there was a mixup with my delivery, she personally called me to straighten things out. The shop is so aesthetically pleasing when you walk in, its like youre transformed into a plant wonderland! Fair prices and the employees are so welcoming and helpful. Cant wait to come again and buy more plants soon :)

Ecovibe has an amazing staff and a variety of goods that are reasonably priced. Their plants are beautiful and even have folks that are trained specifically to help you pick the right one. It’s a great store if you’re looking for a gift for someone else although we usually leave with things for ourselves! It’s even become one of our dog’s favorite stores. So glad they’re a part of the neighborhood!

Every time I’ve gone into Ecovibe, I’m met with so much kindness! All the workers are super nice and whole so much knowledge on the plants! I was looking for a hanging Boston fern in Portland and a friend recommended EcoVibe. I hesitated to purchase a Boston fern that I wanted and when I went back to purchase it, couldn’t find it. I messaged EcoVibe on Instagram to inquire if they had any and they responded VERY quickly that it had sold but they would be putting in another order soon. Within a few days they messaged me again to let me know the fern was in and up on the website. I was so excited and even purchased some birthday gifts for a friend! I am so impressed by their customer service that I’ve already recommended them to several plant parents and will be a lifelong customer.

Such a wonder of a space! When I dropped by to look for a house plant a few weeks back I was delighted to have received phenomenal service from Andrea, who walked me through my options and provided loads of useful plant care info. Will definitely return.

I have always been intrigued by this store but have never gone in. Once covid hit, I desperately wanted plants in my house and to support local businesses. I was looking for plants for specific planters and they helped me figure out the best option via chat and text which was super helpful while stuck at home with two kids. They even delivered the goods to my door! Turns out I am neighbors with the owners. Oh, and I also got some beautiful earrings that I love wearing.

I placed multiple online orders (sometimes more than one a week) over the course of about 6 weeks during quarantine to create a home plant jungle as stress relief on days off from my healthcare job. A small clear glass spherical item was placed on display on a shelf in front of a small stand of trivets. I picked up a trivet package to look at it then placed it back. The trivet package slid off the stand and hit the glass item which rolled off the shelf and broke. It was embarrassing and I felt bad and I apologized. They asked me to pay for it - I had no idea what it even was. $18 for what ended up being a tacky item once I saw the box. My actions were not careless, it was not an item I was handling, and the item was placed for display in a not secure position. This was an upsetting experience and my only satisfaction is that I was about to spend a large amount of money there for my girlfriends Christmas gift (she and I love this type of decor) and at least they wont now get that money. There are other stores in Portland with a similar selection. Needless to say I wont be back. Id advise others not to go either. Its a small space and fragile items are placed near the edge of shelves which could easily be knocked off by a bulky bag or jacket. Wasnt my situation but I wouldnt risk it.

Truthfully I’ve never been in their store because I discovered Ecovibe during quarantine, but I did have a few plants delivered to my door with their free local delivery service. The plants are beautiful and healthy and they were very friendly and communicative about when they would drop them off. I can’t wait to check out their store in person and pick up some new plants!

Found this place last year and have been dying to get some stuff from them. I finally did and ordered several plants from them a month or so ago! The gal that helped me was really friendly and kind, I can’t wait to finally go into the shop now and explore it some more.

After checking out the shop online I decided on a few items to buy and wanted to peruse all the pretty decor in person. It was so nice to be able to walk through a shop that is taking everyone’s health and safety into account; limiting the number of shoppers, hand sanitizer, masks on and a basket to put anything you touch into a basket to be sanitized. It was hard not to pick up and touch everything but still great to have the option. Had my plant questions answered and some guidance given which I always appreciate it. Will definitely be back.

EcoVibe Home and EcoVibe Apparel are two of the best stores in PDX. The owners and employees are welcoming and passionate about their vision. Ecovibe Home has turned me into a plant mom; the staff is knowledgeable and they have given me the confidence to have plants. At my first visit I had 0, and now I have close to 60! It’s not just a place to shop, it’s my weekly go-to for positive vibes and smiles. There are creative finds in every corner. I can’t say enough about this small local business.

The Ecovibe Home team is awesome! I ordered a number of plants to fill our house with life since were going to be spending so much more time here in the coming months. They offer free local delivery so I didnt have to deal with transporting plants and a cranky toddler! And when their supplier wasnt able to source the plant I had ordered, Alyssa texted to let us know and provided a great option for a substitution (a ruby rubber plant - we love it!). I would order from them again, without hesitation, and hopefully that doesnt mean Ive managed to kill all my new plants and need to replace them. And as soon as social distancing/stay at home orders allow it, I look forward to shopping there in person!

This is a really cute plant and home goods store right on Alberta. They have a very thoughtful curation of pots and most of the trendy insta houseplants for a pretty reasonable price. Shopping was easy and safe - baskets were sanitized, social distancing was followed, and everyone wore masks!

Eco vibe is my favorite store off Alberta. When I first stumbled upon this store, what drew me in was their minimalistic effortless style. Also the fact that they are an eco friendly company caught my eye. When coming in for the first time, the lady working was SO personable and sweet. I love that they provide plus size clothing. During COVID, I’ve ordered several plants from them to tie me over. They’ve delivered every time and I’m all the way out in Hillsboro! They are so thoughtful, so kind and overall an amazing company. I love eco vibe so much!

I’ve been here twice. Let me say I think they have a beautiful set up (great selection of plants too)and I had a good experience with one of the staff in regards to a plant care question I had. However, I’ve also had a less than ideal experience. I went in to purchase some candles, and after smelling a few I selected the one I wanted. So I picked it up and wandered around the store to see if I wanted to buy anything else. A staff member approached me and asked me if I’d like her to take the candle that was in my hand and hold it for me at the counter. I politely said no, as it was very small and I was just browsing before leaving. She was clearly irritated and said “ok!” and walked away. I think it’s odd for her to ask me if I want her to take the candle because it was a mini size and I had nothing else in my hands. It made me feel like she thought I was trying to steal something, and then was punished me for saying no. This isn’t Nordstrom, I don’t have 5 dresses in my hand, I don’t need to be micromanaged because I’m holding 1 small candle.
