Self serve liquor store, good place

Now that they have expanded their hours this is one of my favorite liquor stores. Good prices, nice selection of mixers, and friendly staff. The chalkboard Aframe sign always has fun and catchy slogans.

This place has an abundant amount of the same liquors. The staff was not from Oregon and did not know much about Oregon made liquors. He was disappointing and it was very pricey. Not as clean as you would expect. Good location.

Stoped by recently. One employee and one customer wasnt wearing a mask. I live in a high risk household. Cant take the chance, so I wont be going back for a while.

The new owners are very helpful and friendly. They are starting to upgrade the selection (especially in the tequila and mezcal category) which is fantastic. I used to have to go to uptown now I can shop in my neighborhood

Used to go here...not any longer. My wife attempted to go in and make a purchase with my debit card...using the pin. She was promptly made to feel like she was trying to scam the place...the guy in the hat was sarcastic...smirking at her and saying we dont do pins. So I go back...I end up with a different cashier...give my card and guess what...here enter your pin...wow... thought you didnt do pins...he has to sign. I get wanting to make sure the customer is using a card they are authorized for...but when you can enter the pin and have id with the same last name as the card you are presenting...that should be enough to not be treated like she was...again..trying to scam the place. Ridiculous...go elsewhere.

Great staff and good selection of Bourbon!

They recently renovated this place and its fantastic. Everything used to be behind the counter but now you can walk around without having to squint at the bottles

All of the whiskey and scotch is kept behind the counter with no way to browse and too far back to see what they have. Im shopping for my liquor elsewhere. 🙁

Rumor has it recently a customer was chased down and drug back into the store by the new owner claiming the bottle that was just been purchased had been stolen. Dumb! Dumb! Dumb! owner....she could have just asked the clerk who sold the bottle. I personally will shop else where to avoid any discrimination.

Ive gone in here three times. The first time I went in, the older man behind the counter was not helpful and seemed disinterested in helping me. The second time, a younger man was behind the counter - he was friendly enough. Last week when I came through, the older gentleman was back. I had taken one forward step and a side step into the door: I was finishing up a phone call, but wanted to check the price of their Svedka first... Almost instantly, the older man stopped helping the customer he was helping and said very loudly to me (keep in mind, I am right by the door, and no where near the counter, simply looking at the prices), Maam. Maam. At this point he pulls a sign over from the other side of the counter and points to i. I step forward so that I can see the words... I can see a cell phone on it before my eyes are drawn back up by his voice, There are no cell phones at the front counter.Oh, Im sorry, I said confusedly, and took a giant step backwards to where I was previously. I am just apologizing on the phone, because I cant see the Svedka, when..Maam. Actually, youre going to need to finish your conversation outside. ... On one of the rare nights that its already hit below zero.I quickly put my phone down by my side, Im just looking for the price of the Svedka, if you could help...We dont sell Svedka.Okay.... great. I then turn around and leave, never to return.I DO understand a No Cell Phone policy at the front counter, especially in a place where you need to interact with the staff in order to pull bottles down... But the attitude in which he directed my attention to his sign, and the conversation following, have made me a Never Repeat customer. I imagine that the customer that he left at the counter would feel similarly mistreated. Thanks, but I can drive out of my way to find some friendlier service.
