Ive been doing business with Emerson since 2006. They have helped me solve many problems and material deliveries always happen on time. Ive found them to always be a company that keeps their word.

Nice guys to work with and if they stock what you want you can be sure its going to be a good competitive price. Check the skid they bring out though. one of the fork lift driver pulled my order wrong. I ordered 2 1 sheets and 1 1/2 sheet and he brought out 1 1, 1 3/4 and 1 3/8. kinda weird.

Beyond rude. As a company owner I cant imagine being so curt and dismissive. We bought 4 gallons of Bona BonaSeal at their recommendation for the footage we were using it for and we only needed 2 gallons. I called to see if they would refund or give me store credit for the 2 gallons we didnt use and they said no and basically hung up. My husband is a general contractor and has used Emerson before but this was for our personal home and we will NEVER use them again!! We went to Cascade Pacific Floor Distributors the next time our company needed hardwood flooring products and we were helped by Mike Simmons and he couldnt have been more helpful and professional!

Gave me my first credit account. Good selection and great employees. Commercial only. Crosscuts hardwood is their retail shop for handymen.

Always have had a place available to put a rail can. Most of their folks are nice.
