Could not recommend this company enough. We ordered VG Doug Fir for a T&G ceiling were doing. Our installers repeatedly asked incredulously where we got such high quality wood. So the wood quality was awesome. But then the price was below what one would pay for inferior wood from a chain.And at the outset, owner Ryan and his crew were a pleasure to work with. When I needed expedited shipping, Ryan made sure I got the wood in a day, lining up a driver through the night. For that, yes, I had to pay, but just having that service was another bright spot.

I love their western juniper for outdoor projects. Their staff is friendly, and Lynn went above and beyond to help us with stain recommendations that turned out great!

Recently converted our attic to storage space. We needed a sealer for the Birch plywood decking that would hold up to temperature extremes and relatively heavy foot traffic. The sealer they have is environmentally sustainable and met our other (somewhat) strict requirements. Not the least expensive solution, but definitely the best.

Not worth your time, arrogant and rude salesman, very high prices. The only reason they got a 2 was nice sales lady that stepped in when I was over quoted by $5,000 and requote was still high. They get all there wood from Parr Lumber. Marketing only to unsuspecting customers.

I own a local furniture store and probably utilize Sustainable for half of my projects. They are my go to for local woods and anytime I need FSC certified woods. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

If you dont mind loading your own wood and cutting it yourself this place has a great selection of wood at a reasonable price. Just dont expect much in terms of customer service.

We ordered $ 9800 in special FSC credit plywood. 3/4- 4x8 CDX Pressure-TreatedPlywood, NAUF, FSC Mix Credit, kiln dried.When it arrived it was sopping wet and was unusable. The company knew we needed it asap to be installed underneath hardwood flooring. When our company contacted them about the plywood being wet they offered no sound excuse or credit. The wood was completely unusable for the job it was purchased for. And in storage because it was wet, has now developed mold and has rendered it completely unusable for any future job.I would not purchase from them again. COMPLETELY unsatisfied.

Not sure how sustainable this model is just look at the forest 15 to 20 yr old not sustainable!!!!
