I love this place for the coffee and tea selection. It is great for a rainy day or a sunny one. Every treat that Ive had here is also great. Try the golden milk.

Super friendly staff and fantastic atmosphere! This place has a ton of potential and Im eager to try it out again sometime in the future.Stopped by here for a super quick tea (THEY HAVE PG TIPS!!!) and coffee cake to go. I was impressed by the menu and for sure need to try out a few more items for my next visit.The coffee cake tasted a little off to me, not super sweet/too much baking power? Im frustrated that I cant give more specific feedback. Im wondering if this batch was a little bit wonky due to the crazy heat weve had the past couple days.Im more than willing to give this place another try though- might even update this rating as well.Worth a visit, maybe avoid the coffee cake on hot days?

The coffee was on the stronger side for those of you who like strong coffee. A bit bitter to me, but still drinkable.Not many pastries at the moment at 8am on a Friday, but very spacious and open. I would recommend the ice latte for all who like strong coffee.

Best damn mochas of my life. Decent prices and right on a main road. Best to park off to the sides unless youre good at parallel parking.

If Santa were real he’d fly straight to this place because they have the best chocolate chip cookies ever. Plus he could wash it down with delicious coffee to fuel the rest of his night.

Try a bite of their pistachio cake with a sip of their latte. Decadent, creamy frosting, and thick, textured cake.The flavor is subtle and delicious on its own, but comes to life with Oui Presse’s coffee.

Very good service. Even though there were a lot people in line, the single person working (on Christmas day, thank you!) made sure to take all orders, and make them, as quickly as possible while also doing a great job at it.The PBJ was great, and so was the hot chocolate.

Honestly, I am not a huge coffee drinker so my experience is limited to like folgers and Starbucks, but I got the mocha here (iced) and it was mind blowing. Perfectly balanced flavors and not overly-sweet. If Im ever back in Portland, I would make a point to stop here again.

Enjoyed some delicious hazelnut espresso cake, very well made/great taste and a hazelnut latte which was also good.I usually prefer a more modern updated place but this was a shabby chic more vintage-y type of cafe so I liked the product not so much the space.

Again with the wrong hours Google Maps! I guess stores are not able to easily update their hours?! As of 7/22/20, the sign on the door here states 8 am - 2 pm; NOT 6 pm as Google Maps shows. Gee I wonder if we can work out a better & more efficient way to get accurate revised hours into Google Maps.

I love Our Presse. Their PB&J ROYALE with slab butter on homemade white bread is outta this world! And their soups, yumm!! And to top it off: Their darling Handmade Peruvian Bunny Slippers are on sale (2 pairs for $100 or $60 a pair) for Valentines Day..Yay! 💝

The barista is always wonderful to talk to if youre in the mood, but will leave you alone if youre not feeling chatty. They also make a mean poached egg!

Not sure what they put on their bread but their baguette with butter and jam is really good . I love their coffee which is not overly burnt and love the staff. There is only one barista working due to covid (I think) so it can be a bit slow but it’s worth the wait

Lovely people serving delicious coffee. The espresso hazelnut coffee cake was my go to until I tried the ham and butter on baguette and I was really impressed. I usually need really intense flavors to be satisfied by a meal and that sandwich was so simple and perfectly balanced.They have really cool decor in here. I always enjoy looking at the different pieces theyve chosen. Theres an awesome magazine rack and a decent selection of journals you can pick up if you get a flash of creativity.I need to go here more.

I was in town for a few days and after visiting many coffee shops, I feel like I found a home base at Oui Presse. Shawna took the time to get to know us and seemed genuinely interested in her clientele. The atmosphere was laid back and in a great location. I can’t wait till I come back and get to experience another one of their mochas (they make the sauce in house). Thanks for the wonderful experience and welcoming vibe!

This place has been my go-to when my French press broke. The staff are friendly, the coffee is great, this food is simple yet satisfying. Environment is social, friendly and conducive for working on a laptop. Definitely would recommend!

Id give this place 10 stars if I could. Wonderful coffee and magazines, of course, and the soup is to die for!If you come on a Friday between 9:30 and 11:30 be prepared to share the space with some noisy knitters! (Were nice. Come knit with us.)

I dont like leaving reviews because I feel the 5 star is overused. Leaving this review so I can remember to come back here if Im ever in Portland. Stopped in and had the best Mocha Ive ever tasted. My gf drinks them all the time and I try them a bunch but never enjoyed one. I go here specifically for it.

The star of this show is the oatmeal. Prepared and served to perfection. Each spoonful a nutty, wholesome, sumptious and savory delight. By far Bridgetowns best bowl of oatmeal. Delicious and delightful!

Theres magic in the water here, especially noticeable if you order a French press coffee - best Ive ever had. The made to order pb&j sandwiches on homemade bread are absolutely out of this world and will ruin you and your normal made at home childhood treat. If you want to complete the experience, grab a European magazine from the rack (buy it first), order a chocolate chip cookie and blow some serious time realizing just what a neighborhood gem this place is.

The barista was friendly and made decent drinks. Good drinks, and friendly service go a long way.There wasnt much to make the place stand out. The visual appeal of the macchiato was alright, same for the tea.I had to move around so I could find an outlet for my laptop.

Absolutely the most adorable cafe Ive seen in a long time. French themed, coffee was 4/5, and it seemed like a great place for group studies and meetings. Decent sized food menu as well.

$2.50 for a 16 once drip using my own mug seems a bit steep esp. considering the coffee is watery meh. Just my honest opinion. Its pretty cute, inside & parking was a cinch. The bathroom is also homey.P.S. hot tea $3.50

Serving stumptown coffee (a classic Portland staple), these guys offer great service, a great location and a great atmosphere. If the people watching on Hawthorne gets boring, they also have a great magazine selection to catch up on whatever interests you.

Very cute coffee shop with great baguettes! I also love the matcha latte. There is fast WiFi (great for those of us who work from home!) and always plenty of seating. Get the baguette with butter and marionberry jam - you wont regret it!
