Absolutely the worst customer service in the world.I placed an order and was told it would ship the same week. Shipment did not occur until over a week later. Now three weeks have passed and I still have not received my order. I have called and left messages several times with no call back. I have spoken to my sales rep several times and each time he says he will call me back and I receive no call. He has promised me three separate delivery dates and still no delivery. I called again Friday and left two more messages and still have not received a call back. Do not order anything from this company!
