Ive been going to this place for a few years now. And every time gets worse and worse. Today was the Worse. I was charged more andgot half of the amount of food. When I was eating I got a big chunk of fat and nerves. Im never going back . Half of the time is full of flies. the customer service is not the best.

This store offers a hot deli style restaurant, all the dishes here are delicious! I personally like to go here for their bulk carnitas deal, enough to feed a family of 4 and they love it! Definitely worth a try.

Best food in town. Before Covid the salsa bar and free chips were amazing. Hope that comes back soon. Worth the drive for sure.

ITS ALL SO GOOD!! We got carnitas, black beans, chicken mole, a burrito, and the pork tamales, and I cant say anything negative about any of it. The burrito was giant, the tamales werent even a little dry, very moist and really delicious. The carnitas were fantastic, the black beans perfectly cooked, the mole was absolute perfection, and I dont topically go for mole, but this one was amazing. I kinda want to go back and get more, bit we just got home after picking up food 😂 totally worth every penny.

Anything Ive ever had from here has been delicious. Their carnitas burrito with their green sauce is amazing. The leches cake was also very good, and I am not typically a fan of it from other places.

Amazeballs! Their suaderos are insanely good, their salsas are so good and they sell them locally (Salsas Locas) and the abuelitas that work there are super sweet!

I got the Spicy Beef Guisado Combo with a Mango Jarritos for only about $13. The combo comes with beans, rice, and tortillas. Super tender beef, extremely flavorful at an extremely reasonable price for the quantity. My only complaint is that it was a little salty, but nothing that didnt make the meal delicious.

Great Mexican grocery and deli! They have a lot of Mexican grocery items and other things you might need like washing detergents, pots and pans, spices, pinatas, beverages, and much more. They have amazing desserts in their bakery cases like pan dulce and cakes. The deli has amazing food, I love getting the pork and a side of rice and beans.

Ive had their food twice now, and the 1st time I had Biria (excellent - Id never had it) because they were out of chili rellenos for another 40 minutes.I went at lunch, and the place was packed, so I took a bite in the car, then took it home to keep hot, putting it back in the pan three timesBy far the largest relleno Id ever seen, well battered, not too thick - just a thin omelet that didnt fall off the pepper, which, wasnt overcooked at all, and there was a TON of cheese.I ate this first one dry, but I can see buying these for making at home with some amazing sauces.The only thing Im disappointed about is that Ive driven by hundreds of times without stopping. Come here. The lava flow of cheese is worth an hour drive from the coast or Timberline...

My favorite place to get enchiladas!! Food is delicious.. If Im there early enough I get the day old tamales sold by the dozen.. If youre a beginner to Mexican food you gotta try here with a novice so you know what youre ordering..

This is a family invested in the community. The small eatery in the store is worth the trip. From grandma to grandpa, everyone is there to share in the love of food. Love it! Wish they had other locations across the city. But, theres only one Lucy. Well done!

The tortillas are well worth stopping in for. If you can get the fresh warm corn tortillas, they are tasty all by themselves right out of the bag. They make the best tacos out of just about anything.

Mexican grocery / restaurant. Food is ordered at the counter and a few tables are provided. I had the chile relleno burrito and would highly recommend, but I didnt see anything I wouldnt recommend. Very authentic and dont miss out on the sauces located on the opposite wall of the food counter.

Best Mexican food in Portland, hands down. So far Ive tried the carnitas (drool), pork and cactus, lengua, and beef, and theyre all LIFE CHANGING. Even the rice and beans, which I normally find bland, are so rich and well-seasoned. Talk about underrated, this place is a must for quick, homey, affordable, comfort food.

Pretty good selection of stuff for a Mexican grocery. Good prices. Mediocre tortillas. Theyre definitely more friendly if you speak Spanish when youre checking out. Its not a classy location but thats normal for places like this. Havent tried the prepared food.

Very authentic tortillaria and taqueria run by a wonderful Mexican family. The restaurant side has many options, including vegetarian food to cater to Portland tastes, made right there and cooked quickly and well. Their grocery has all the supplies you could possibly need. When I last went in to get ingredients to make tacos the owner saw I was a little unsure what to get and came out from behind the counter to help me go isle-by-isle grabbing everything I need, even fetching fresh produce from his personal inventory. Also, my college Spanish class brought us here on a field trip, so that has to count for something!

Fresh tamales? Carnitas by the lbs with fresh tortillas. Its the best around. Tamales are huge. Red chile pork are my favorite with the green chile chicken a close 2nd. Chille rellenos are gigantic and the egg batter is very lightly done. Beans and rice rounded out the order to make for a perfect dinner. Dont forget the salsas offered. The guacamole is nice and spicy. Had a chicken sope while waiting for the dinner order. Always worth the wait and the drive from the other side of the river. If you are looking for authentic products from a Mexican market, this is the place.

They were very friendly and accommodating, and most importantly the food was delicious! I ordered a large amount of food (for a party) and showed up on my motorcycle, but they had put it in flat containers, which I couldnt transport. (Although, I appreciate them sparing a bunch of plastic containers.) They offered to wrap up the food into foil so I could stuff it in my bag, which saved the day!

The quality of their food is very high and there are Mexican stews that you cant find anywhere else in town. The problem is they have raised their prices since becoming successful. They now many only cater to gringos that can afford it.

My favorite for authentic Mexican! Unassuming grocery with hot food bar in the back. The nopales (cactus salad) & house made salsas are super tasty. Rough around the edges for dining in but adds to the charm.
