All the Shoe Mill locations, including here at the mall, have a great selection of quality shoes. We have always gotten attention by knowledgeable and very pleasant employees. Shoe Mill also has awesome sales prices on the items they stock. When friends and family come in from out of town we go shoe shopping here. I would definitely encourage anyone to try some of their shoes. Your feet will thank you.

I am so happy with my shoes from Shoe Mill! They found boots for me that are cute and stylish, but also super comfortable. Plus the service at the Lloyd Center store was outstanding. As you know, service at most shoe stores means handing you a box from the back room and then if youre lucky they might stroll by later to ask if you need a different size. However, at Shoe Mill they actually take the time to size your feet, look at how shoes fit you, and ask about what works best for your lifestyle. Then they really take that all into account! I ended up with shoes that are sassy and modern but also amazingly comfortable all day long. Now my feet are happy and I get LOTS of compliments on my new boots. I will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough good things about this store and staff. I took my 92 year old mother in for shoes and we had the best shoe salesman either of us had experienced in our lives. So patient and knowledgeable. She bought 3 pairs. Sadly, she died a week later. I took in the pair that she had not worn to return it and THE STAFF told me to bring in the others she had lightly worn for a full refund, which they did with smiles on their faces. Great shoes; even better humans.

Was struggling to find some tall leather boots in a size 11 and they had a really great selection of quality shoes and boots and I was so excited I bought two pairs. Very knowledgable and helpful staff. New favorite shoe place in the Lloyd area. Thanks Shoe Mill!

When was the last time a retail store really helped you? My feet had been hurting right behind my big toe. After describing the pain to the salesperson at Shoe Mill at Lloyd Center, he measured my feet, and then suggested a 12.5 instead of the 11.5 I had been wearing. Who knew? Shoe Mill knew and I am so grateful as the pain has almost completely gone away in less than a week.

Shoe Mill is my favorite shoe store, I have purchased several pairs of shoes there, the quality and selection are wonderful. Many comfort brands are represented, they have Ugg and Birkenstock, and every fall they have tons of boots to choose from. I love that its a local family owned company.

Every time I buy shoes at this Shoe Mill, I find that the sales people are super nice and genuine. Dave helped me today. Not only was he super patient with getting all of the sandals for me to try on but he also cleaned my old Birkenstocks with a tool that they sell in the store. I left with new Birkenstocks and the clean old ones. This is the 3rd pair of really nice quality sandals that I have bought here. They always last and are always so comfortable. Thanks Dave!

I love Shoe Mill! The Managers, Jeff Lindberg an David Holz, are so knowledgeable about the anatomy and movement of the foot. They patiently listened to me explain what my foot issues are and helped me find the perfect product. I am so grateful and will definitely be a return customer.

Wonderful variety of shoes. I found shoes here that I hadnt been able to find in store anywhere else. Also, the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I cannot begin to thank Rian enough for going above and beyond in helping me. Having been to the orthopedic specialists, I knew I needed to go to the Shoe Mill for more expert advice. Rian readily suggested a specific shoe insert to stabilize my feet and make it possible to keep walking with my dog. Not only did he do that but he also took the time to listen and help solve another problem which would require a shoe repair person. Everything is awesome now. I have gone to this store for years and have also taken my mother and had her fitted when she was 100 years old! A year later we returned and she bought another pair and wore them until she died at 102+
