I really liked the folks at Maine Shipping & Packaging and felt they took good care of their customers. This new crew has, so far, not impressed me.I needed a box made, was told it would take 3 days-- the box making equipment has been shipped out of state. They said thered be a handling charge in addition to the box cost.Three days go by and no word from them. I called this morning. The box was there. I followed GPS to get to their location and discovered it was an office park with numerous black doors and minimal signage. Very frustrating. I had to call from my car to ask where they were.Guy tries to explain where he is, says Ill come out. He didnt.When I finally figured out where they were, he was inside on the phone. A woman was the only other person in the large, nondescript room. My patience was short by this point and I left quickly, my annoyance showing. I got the box I needed but was disappointed in how I was treated.

I always try to support local businesses and avoid the Walmarts, Home Depots, etc. However, this was the WORST experience Ive ever had with a business. I couldnt believe how rude and unhelpful the lady that answered the phone was. I needed 2 very standard size boxes. Getting the lady to answer any of my questions was like pulling teeth. Every response was a curt yes or no answer in a nasty tone. I couldnt get her to explain or offer any assistance.I asked her, do you have a box that would work for something that was 24x 12 x 6. She responded No in a rude tone. I asked her what size boxes they carried and The first box she said...was perfect and wouldve worked! But because she was so rude and gave me incorrect info, I went to Home Depot.It was as if they didnt want business.Their loss too because I just moved to Maine and I run a very successful eBay business. I regularly buy massive quantities of boxes and shipping supplies.Very disappointing.

Best place around!!!! Crew is great, and they are the best at custom boxes.
