Great knowledge staff that are extremely polite and courteous. I had and issue with my refrigerator not cooling and a technician was able to come out the next day. The technician was so knowledgeable he was able to diagnose and repair the issue within 5 minutes. Because the issue was so small the technician didn’t even charge me for the house call. I will definitely be using this company for all my small appliance needs going forward.

Absolutely professional service for a reasonable price. We were so pleased with how quickly they came out and were thankful for an easy diagnosis. The part took a few days longer than expected to come in, but they called in the meantime to let us know the situation and then came to install the day it arrived. We couldnt be happier with their service. Obviously we dont want to have to call them again, but we will in a heartbeat when the next appliance inevitably breaks.

Great service! I called needing repair for a squeeking dryer and was sent a repairman the very next day. Thomas was kind, professional, and on time. Fixed our dryer in no time and gave us some helpful hints to avoid future damage. Will definitely use them in the future!

Great business! Freezer fan motor was making loud noise. I called and Ted Jones son arrived as scheduled. He wore his mask and was very friendly and professional. He went right to work and installed a new fan motor in about twenty minutes. He also cleaned up the area and took the time to address all concerns regarding the refrigerator/freezer. I have used Ted Jones in the past and will continue based on the quality of work, reasonable prices and dependability

Giving 2 stars for diagnosing problem, but thats it. Called to have 4 year old Kenmorerefrigerator looked at for not making ice and freezer not reaching optimal operating temp. Ted properly identified a low refrigerant level. His only answer, replace refrigerator @$1500. Later said could recharge for $150 -- no guarantee. YouTube + $25 parts, working great. Boo Ted.

Called one afternoon for washing machine repair. Appointment scheduled next day between 1and 5. Arrived 1:15. Pleasant and very efficient. Ted cleatly explained the problem and went to work. I am very pleased with service. I would highly recommend Ted Jones Appliances.

Ted Jones Appliance has provided top notch service and a fast response time when we have called. You know it only happens when you have to have clothes to wear. They have come to the rescue multiple times and have always been fast with the repairs. Thankful for respectful and quick service!!

Our refrigerator was broken so Ted came over and left us with a sensor for us to do the repair ourselves, fine, but after 24 hours of defrosting the fridge we come to find that the sensor he left was the wrong one. I call to let them know it was the wrong sensor and I was told, We will let you know when the new part comes in... whenever that will be. Ummmm after not having a functioning refrigerator for 3 days this is not an acceptable answer. Then they tell me they can get the part in tomorrow but I will have to pick it up (45 minutes away). Again, thanks for making the problem worse. Oh and they wouldnt take the wrong sensor back or give us our money back for it.

Josh came out and fixed our refrigerator icemaker door. This young fellow really is great...and an true expert on appliances. Also, did not realize they will do warranty/recall work...call them first for info. We will use them again. Highly recommend.

These guys are the best. Great customer service! I purchased my washer and dryer from them and the only real issue I have had was after moving. The moving company severely damaged my washer. I called and Josh Jones came out within a couple of days and performed the evaluation and had it repaired quickly. They were so supportive and helpful in dealing with the owner of the moving company who was very ugly and tried to say that I had damaged the machine myself. They stuck by me all the way and took care of business. I wont go anywhere else!!!!! Wonderful company and people!!!!

Who ever was driving the Ted Jones pickup is definitely a very anger person, cutting people off and giving the finger that is a great way to represent your company and you are putting peoples lives at risk. Definitely NOT A REPAIR SHOP! For the third time, I called Ted Jones Appliances for help with diagnosis and repair of a appliance and was told by the same older-sounding woman that they would not work on the appliance. She then said they only worked on certain brands - Amana and Maytag. Funny, I called for help with a Whirlpool microwave which she said they wouldnt work on and yet if you look at the photos section of this account, youll find many appliance brands...including Whirlpool. If you are looking for a repair shop, DONT call this company. Apparently, they are selective with whom they choose to service - bordering on discrimination. Save yourself the trouble and call A&E. They will help anyone.
