My wife & I are fairly new to this area and needed a Bluetooth radio (head) installed in a used vehicle we recently purchased. We just picked a name from a Google search of local businesses and chose M & C Audio Systems because they were the closest to our home. We rolled the dice and got very lucky! Right from the first call to get the ball rolling to leaving the lot with the new radio installed, we were treated with respect, professionalism, and a great attitude! All our options were explained, including all costs and we knew we had made the right choice! I would like to thank them for the great customer service, great sense of humor, and great knowledge of their products and service! The radio looks amazing, works as explained, and the final cost was exactly as we were quoted! M & C will get any and all of out future business and we will spread the word to everyone we know!

I felt unwelcome at this store. The owner assumed (and voiced) that I was going to listen to speakers in his shop and then buy them online, that I was unwilling to spend any decent amount of money on stereo equipment, and acted as if I knew nothing about the 2018 RAM 1500 that I own. None of these assumptions are true.I traveled 45 minutes to his shop because I like to buy local. I was in the market for 6x9 coaxial speaker for my rear doors (which he told me were the wrong size), an amplifier, and midrange speakers for my dash. Ive already spent a few thousand dollars on my sound system and was looking spend more.Ive been trying to put myself in the owners shoes to get an understanding of where he was coming from. Im sure his business has been hit hard by online sales and COVID-19 but thats not an excuse. I work in retail and its been rough for me as well.Hopefully I just caught the owner on an off day and your experiences will be better. I traveled a little further and found another local shop that was helpful and I was able to purchase what I needed.

Contacted M&C Audio recently about putting a new Bluetooth head unit into my 2000 BMW Z3. It was installed yesterday and works flawlessly with the existing speakers and amp. Thanks guys!

My wife had a remote car starter installed by another company in Manchester a few years ago and had no issues. The original remotes were getting worn and the batteries dying, so we took them over to M&C Audio for replacement. The owner and main technician provided us the replacement remotes. We reprogrammed the remotes and almost right away noticed issues with the start-up. The remote would trigger the car to start, and it would work half the time, or it wouldnt work and then activate the alarm. Weve dealt with this issue for about one year, but went into the shop to ask M&C for any recommendations. Initially the owner believed that the cars initial installation was sub par and there was nothing he could do - he spoke at length on how sub par installations were completed and that he would never do it using that method, which was all hypothetical. When we mentioned the coincidence of the issue arising after we purchased the new remotes from M&C, and he proceeded to insult us by saying that we do not know anything about remote car starters and that we should do some research before accusing him of bad service. He went on to say that if I had done my research than I would not have a stupid, confused look on my face. We had not hinted of any wrong doing by M&C, but were immediately accosted for asking questions. The discussion was heated and instigated by the owner, in his own store! This was the worst customer service experience that weve had in some time, and I truly feel sorry for this company if that is why they are going to approach a customer. Ive lived in the area for most my life and like doing business with State Street Discount, but this experience with M&C has prompted me to ban ever stepping foot inside that building again.

Spoke to an employee on the phone and was very rude in trying to help me find what I was looking for. Laughed at my comments for what price point I was looking at to accommodate my need, and was extremely unhelpful in all aspects.
