After receiving a horrendous quote from the dealership after they performed my state inspection I figured that I would look in the area to see if I could find a better price. My family and I recently moved to the area and hadnt had any experience with a local mechanic, so I looked into reviews and found this one!I messaged them on Facebook and spoke with the owner who offered to come in on a Saturday to help me out due to my work schedule even though he normally does not work on Saturdays. The fact that he was willing to do that made me happy, but then offered me a discount as my husband is a veteran!Long story short, this will be my go-to mechanic for any issues that I have come up and highly recommend that you check them out!

850 miles from home and pulling a 6 ton RV, the clutch failed on my truck. These folks got us right in and worked into a holiday weekend so we could continue our vacation with minimal delay. They bent over backwards to help. The new clutch works flawlessly. Many thanks

We have had Anthony help us through two emergency repairs, an alternator and a radiator. In both instances he was able to get our repair completed in less then 24 hours and didnt inflate the repair with unnecessary additions.

WARNING!Ive been to this shop 3 times. I support our veterans, but I cant go to this shop again. Right after I left the shop, I noticed an oil leak when walking back to my car. Turns out they didnt even clean the threads before screwing my oil filter back on, therefore I was leaking oil the whole time after I left the shop due to a mis-installed oil filter.. I called the shop, the mechanic never returned my call (guess he couldnt handle an unhappy customer trying to resolve the problem they caused). They failed to inspect my brakes properly after I asked them to a few times during the same visit. I was riding around with a seized brake caliper and retired brake pads. I took it to Toyota, where they thoroughly analyzed the brakes, correctly diagnosing the locked up brake calipers and retired brake pads. Aquidneck Auto Repairs mechanics almost left me stranded on the road due to several misdiagnosed issues, rather a simple catch for most mechanics who actually do their job. This goes to show they were dishonest with me and doing the bare minimum to make a dollar. Im sorry, but I cant trust this place anymore.
