Portsmouth front end alignment shop etc is a good shop to take your vehicle. Danny the owner is very trustworthy and honest. His technicians are very knowledgeable and dependable. Danny has years of experience with vehicles going back years when I had a pro- street 67 Camaro. He himself played around with the old school cars as well need your vehicle looked at his shop is the place.

Great place to have worked performed on your car. Professional staff, reasonably priced and they stand behind their work. Been in business since 1966, you wont stay in business that long unless you treat the customer right and sell them only what they need.

This business came highly recommended. They installed/balanced 4 tires, replaced my spare under the vehicle, and performed an alignment.The work was completed timely, price was fair, and they even fixed an alignment issue that the dealer could/would not fix.

I had my wife take my Chrysler 300 to them for an alignment and to change the EGR valve. My check engine light was on because I needed to change the EGR valve. They told me that I needed upper ball joints in order to complete the alignment and one hour of labor to complete the EGR valve. I gave them consent to do the work. They then telephoned me back and said they made a mistake on the labor time and that it would be 3 hours labor. No haggling, I gave my consent but I was optimistic. I picked up my car and several warning lights began to flash concerning the ABS system. I took it back to them. The call I received back is that they don’t know why all of this happened and it’s nothing that they did wrong. Crooks. Taking advantage of consumers during the pandemic is bad. I understand that business is slow but when you get a paying customer you don’t try to take advantage of him with small shop tricks. I should have went with my gut feeling and took it to the dealership, they don’t play these type of games. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET FLIM FLAMMED!!!!!

Courteous and helpful guy at counter. Worked up a fair price and easy set up if appt. Dropped it off and done that day. I supplied the parts and I found this saved me several hundred over having a 4 WD shop do the work.

Been coming here for years. They have rebuilt my suspension, changed out a tire rim, rotated tire with a wheel balance, 4 and 2 wheel Alignments, and been very courteous. Christian owned. Will always come again.

They got me in super quick and did an awesome job! Only thing I didnt like was their policy where if they cant align it they will charge you 49 bucks as diagnostic fee

I only take my vehicles to Portsmouth Alignment Services. For honest pricing and great customer service you cant beat it. And I trust them for tire mounting, balancing and wheel alignment.

Ive had two vehicles aligned here in the past two years. Both of them received complete suspension and steering overhauls beforehand, and the alignment was completely out of whack as a result. I did a 4 lift on my Jeep and nobody else wanted to touch it because it wouldnt work on their machine. Portsmouth Alignment did a fantastic job on both of them!Dont waste your money on chain shops that do half the work for twice the price. Remember, those fancy alignment machines are only as good as the techs operating them. These guys have been doing alignments for a long time. Courteous, professional, and extremely reasonably priced. A+ in my book.

Make sure you know you dont need new parts as far as an alignment. Order them cheap/New online have them put on elsewhere then go to Portsmouth alignment. Because theyll try to get EXTRA money out of You.

Just got my 2008 Chevy Malibu front end alignment done. Great Service, Friendly Staff and they didnt take long to do it. Will come back!

I went into them to get an alignment. They said the policy was if there is something wrong and the alignment cannot be done if the repairs are not done by them you will still have to pay for the diagnostic. They quoted me 234 to include alignment and repair of an issue that was perfectly fine 7 days prior. I refused to have them do the work and took my vehicle to the dealership and got it aligned with no repairs needed.....bottom line is this establishment claim that they are honest and honest Christians, however this was dishonest and if this happened to me it can happen to anyone else...they are not worth your time. I will never advise anyone to go to them. Their alignment cost $50.. pay the extra 30 and get it done by honest people who won’t try to rip you off...in this case they did.

First come first serve are you serious! Tell me to bring my truck in and then cant even get to it after I take off work early to get there in time for the job! Not a convenient place for customers!!!

I called this place before I showed up the day before asked 1 question How much is your front end alignment for a 2006 chevy uplander was told $49.95, said Ill see you in the morning, Well today I went in and a so called MAN OF THE CROSS TOLD ME ONCE AGAIN $49.95 I WAS HAPPY CAUSE I HAD HEARD NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE IN PORTSMOUTH, I EXPLAINED I HAD TO GO TO WORK & SOMEONE WOULD BE BACK WITH IT, HE SAID OK. IT TOOK 20 MINS FOR THEM TO CHECK IT OUT GIVE A LIST OF REPAIRS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1312.06 NEVER DID GET AN ALIGNMENT DONE HOWEVER I ENDED UP PAYING THAT HIDDEN COST NO ONE SAID A WORD ABOUT OF $49.95 TOLD ME IT WAS FOR THEM CHECKING THE VAN OUT!! WENT TO AIRLINE HAD IT DONE FOR $92.00 AND THATS WITH TAX. DONT COME HERE PEOPLE SURE YOURLL STAY IN THE SHOP AND UP WITH A HIGH BILL AND NOTHING WAS EVER FIXED. BAD BUSINESS

I have take my car up there for alignment and they told me I needed shocks and struck and lied to me. I have previously taking my truck to get a aliment and said my adjustment bolt was put on wrong. How can you put a bolt, nut, or a screw on wrong.

Took my car in to get get alignment after new springs was told they cant do anything till the tie rod was fixed they wouldnt even adjust anything till then took it to another shop to find out tie rod was fine a waste of 50bucks
