Process of buying was very smooth.. Once weDecided what we wanted, Traci arranged for us to come in and test drive the RAV4.. She had it waiting out front .. Once we decided to buy, Trevor ( I think that’s his name) in finance got all the paperwork together and we were out of there pretty quickly.. The communication was great throughout the process ! It was a drive for us as we live 3 hours away, but it was well worth the drive .. so far great experience .. they also have a huge selection of many makes and models, not just Toyota!

Great car buying experience! Our sales consultant Bryan Rolfe made the process quick and easy. The day I picked up the new car at the dealership Trever Thompson efficiently guided me through the paperwork. The car was clean full of gas and I was on the road in less than 45 minutes.

So far everything was great! We already knew what we were looking for and we were in a time constraint. They stayed open a little later for us and we didn’t have a check on us, so the next day they actually brought the vehicle to my work which was a 45min drive. This is not my first purchase from this dealer but it was my first time dealing with Kevin Castle. Kevin took the time to listen to us and helped us find just the right car for my wife. Recently bought a new Honda-CRV. Used online system to select and purchase the vehicle - it was so quick and simple. We even paid via a bank transfer. Had an issue with a transposed VIN on title, dealership fixed issue w/o a complaint or fee. Entire staff was tremendous to work with. Avoid big city high pressure tactics and buy your car here.

I like to research my vehicles on-line and essentially make my decision before I even get to the dealership. I connected with Kevin Castle on a Thursday morning and said I was interested in a Honda Odyssey van and he verified that they had the one I was viewing on-line in stock. I had already done my research and told him Id think about it. He called me back Friday morning (nicely I might add - didnt feel like a sales call) and I agreed to purchase before setting foot in the dealership. He took my information to get the credit report started and I also sent photos via text message on the Toyota Sienna I was trading in. He called me back shortly to let me know that I was pre-approved and could stop in anytime.I stopped in after lunch on Friday, we agreed on the vehicle price and haggled a bit on the trade-in but at the end of the day it was a fair price. The sales staff always works like the proverbial well-oiled machine. This time it was a tag-team effort by Caleb Smith and Kevin Castle. Their combined efforts always made me feel like I was their top priority at the time, regardless of other distractions or developments that cropped up.
