These guys sold me a phone with defective issues that occurred intermittently. When I brought the phone back they charged me a 10% restocking fee just to power the phone off and put it back on the Shelf. Quick $52 bucks I guess for a phone with issues. Definitely will not have anymore of my business.

Quick and FREE diagnostics, we agreed on a solution, and I got SAME DAY SERVICE that repaired the damage. The prices are very fair, especially compared to what the Mac Store would charge. They also did a great job of removing the failed lamination from my screen, so it looks brand new! I have recommended this place to others and will continue to do so. They also offer a good range of used Mac computers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. This is the only Mac repair sales and service center Ill ever use.

I walked in today to get a price on getting a battery replacement for an old iPhone and they were so kind. They were really fast and I was very impressed. I stopped there to have them look at my computer, which was having intermittent problems. They spent 1.5 hours running diagnostic tests. Even though they spent that much time, the charge for my diagnostics were $0.00. Im old school which means I value excellent customer service. Shiny computers doesnt provide excellent service they provide OUTSTANDING customer service. I will definitely go back for any other problems or if I want to get a new computer, they are the place to go.

Had a MBP 2015 screen break - called up to get a quote. Then I went to the Apple Store to compare.Shiny Computers was cheaper so I drove to the location where the lady working proceeded to tell me they didnt fix this. I told her I asked earlier that day and spoke with a young guy who they could. She calls him and he confirms he did but then said Wow he came in? I quoted it extra higher. I didnt think he would accept it. We cant fix it.Thanks for wasting my time and the shady business tactics.

I brought in my mac pro which I use for my business. Chris helped me out. He was extremely knowledgeable and fixed my computer right away. I cant say enough about their excellent customer service. He could have tried to sell me on a more expense product but chose to go the repair route. Very reasonably priced. Definitely going back when Im ready for a reverb. Called them at about 11am one day and let them know that my computer stopped responding due to water damage. They told me to bring it in for a free diagnostic, I took it there some minutes after 12pm. They did a quick diagnostic and let me know the possible issues and solutions to fix the problem. I left it with them to test and confirm the exact issue, they said they will let me know what the issue was and cost to fix it. They called me back in a couple hours and tell me what was wrong with it, the part it needed, the cost, and that they could fix it the same day. I agree to have them fix it, they fixed it and called me back at about 5pm to pick it up. Ive been using it for a 2 months now and its working as if it was never damaged. Working like new. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service. I had cracked (badly) the screen on my iPhone 6+. Shiny Computers had previously replaced the battery on that phone and had also worked on my wifes iPhone so I had their number. I called to make an appointment and they said to just bring it in at my convenience. When I did take it in the young technician, much to my surprise, said the phone would be ready in an hour. He explained, and demonstrated an inherent problem in my phone and quoted me an excellent price. The phone was ready as promised, at the quoted price and I am absolutely delighted. So my story: a little over a year ago, I purchased my 2012 MacBook Pro from here on their awesome payment plan (no credit check). They were absolutely amazing with their customer service, knowledge, and honesty from the get-go.Fast forward to today: I had the unfortunate incident of spilling water on my computer which caused a short in the battery and I thought my hard drive was completely ruined. I took it to them (on the verge of tears because Im currently a very broke nursing student who could not afford another computer) in hopes of them repairing it for a reasonable cost. I left my Mac and started driving home. About 15 minutes later, they called me to let me know to come pick up my Mac and that they wouldnt charge me for the battery. Dont know if they did this for me being a good customer or if it was just pure kindness on their part.Either way, I am beyond thankful and grateful for what they did today and would recommend them to anyone searching for their next Apple product or in need of a repair by their skilled team. I have been in here a few times and have had great customer experience each time. My personal MacBook was running slow and they diagnosed and even removed malware at no cost. We recently purchased a refurbished MacBook from Shiny Computers and the transition was simple and I feel we got a good deal as well. We had an issue with the MacBook in the first week and when I brought it back they diagnosed and fixed it under the warranty.Shiny Computers staff also reminded me of the one year warranty and lifetime trade option as I was leaving the store.If you have anything Apple with issues check this local business out first. Weve been in here every time theres been a problem with one of the macs. The prices are reasonable, their service is quick but professional and the overall experience is over 5 stars. They usually have us ready to go in 10 minutes. One of the few places that doesnt try to rob you blind.

I purchased a screen protector from Metro PCS, it fell off days later and the screen cracked so I went to Shiny Computers and had them put one on for me and I’ve drop that phone plenty of times and not once did it fall off. They stand behind the items they sell and are the kindness people and the customer service is Unbelievable... Don’t waste ur time goin anywhere for sales and repairs, you’ll never regret it. I forgot to add that my grand cracked my tablet screen, cracked it so bad I cried and was goin to throw it away but I took it to them and the techs replaced it so professionally I couldn’t even tell it was ever cracked and he put a screen protector on it. Great experience! I was dreading bringing my 2011 MacBook Pro in but shes as good as new. Upgraded the RAM, hard drive and battery and I thought the price was fair. Also, it saved me the hassle of trying to pull the MacBook apart myself and hoping for the best. This upgrade has saved me from having to purchase a new Mac for hopefully a few more years.

These guys are great! My iphone 5S had some water damage according to Apple (which I have no idea when that would have occurred, as I never dropped it in water), so they wouldnt do anything. I called Shiny Computers, and they said bring it in and they would look at it. Bottom line - $125 they put a brand new screen on it, and its back like new! And they did it in only 30 minutes.They are a great option, glad to have found them. Will keep them in mind for future needs.

Shiny had replaced my GPU in my iMac and after 2 months the GPU started to fail again. I took the computer back to them under warranty and Chris tested it and determined that the GPU was failing and replaced the GPU no questions asked and I did not have to pay a single dime! Please understand that many warranties only cover the part and not the labor. I understand that no machine is perfect and can fail at anything but it’s nice to know that Shiny will stand behind their work and make it right for you. Chris even cleaned out my hard drive which gave me some additional processing speed! Kudos to Chris for exceptional customer service and to Shiny Computers for setting a high customer satisfaction standard! I’m down with Shiny Computers!Don Smith
