This place is always great to me. The people are always polite and friendly and go out of their way to help you with what ever you need. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

They have the prettiest floral arrangement and they have about anything u need.

This Kroger is terrible. Very dirty, expired food, very few carts ever. Kroger needs to help this location out.

Very bad experience with the floral department

I purchased a frozen pie that the sale price was $5.95 but was charged the full price of $7.99 on Monday August 10th. I returned to the store on Thursday August 13th and select the same pie and it range up as $7.99and I said it was on sale so the clerk at the self check on her hand held device and it checked $7.99 but when I objected she changed the price to $5.95 and said had to go to the window to correct the previous purchase. No luck there as they refused to refund the difference even if I am a loyal customer.

Great store with normally nice employees but youll certainly see some wild characters in it. Ive never had a problem with any of the food and sometimes they have really sweet deals.

I bought a box of granola bars and it had dead mice in it so check before you buy food

Good store; great employees. Wish Krogers would continue to sell my preferred brands instead of only their own for certain products. Also, if Im going to be required to do someone elses job by using self-checkout after-hours after signing off from my paying job, Im going to need at least 50% my total grocery bill. I work hard and am tired after my workday.

Ive never seen so many grouchy people in one place in my life. Got starbucks and still couldnt get a smile from anyone. I will completely avoid this Kroger! Worst Kroger Ive been to!

I love our Kroger in Portsmouth. This time they was just out of an item that was on sale and had been each time went so this time they gave us an upgrade and a better version of what was on sale for the sale price. That was awesome.

Generally quick in and out. Some of the personnel cackle amongst one another while checking out and in isles about shoppers.Good produce and meats; cakes were dry and were much better a few years ago.Prices are high given the region and high unemployment rate amongst Scioto county.Self checkout works really well and great with updates to cellphones.

Friendly helpful

If you arent there before noon they are out of any items on sale. They lock the one entrance at 8 and then block all of the lanes so you cant get into the store without having to fight to get through the self check out area the wrong way. The restrooms typically smell like sewage as well as a good portion of the freezer section of the store even though they are clean.

Its easy to get through the isles and employees are great and very helpful. The foods that are great for me an my wife. Im 65 an my wife is a special needs person. Witha heart condition. She uses the electric carts for she is handicapped. She likes the store to get the food she needs and there are flowers she loves. And other things to. The store is just great.

When you go into a grocery store you expect there to be carts to shop with. No in had to go back out and get a cart for myself. I have never been to a more poorly run Krogers in my whole experience with Krogers. I will not be shopping their again.

Easily the best run Kroger Ive ever been to. Stays extremely clean and aisle spacing never leaves you feeling cramped.

Kroger is great. They have just about anything you could ask for, large variety, good deli, bakery is great. The only thing is that their prices on health and beauty products are higher priced than Walmart.

By far one of the better Krogers Ive been to. They have healthy options comma restrooms are always clean, and there is a state liquor store inside with a good selection of several types of liquor.

Meat selection was great, very good sales. Frozen egg noodles were sold clear out, though. Got some Starbucks on the way out. tasty!

Good quality on their fruits and vegetables. Good in stock. Clean store.

They have been rearranging the store for weeks. Every time you go in there, everything has been moved. The employees are very helpful, but it still adds an hour or so to every shopping trip.

Unfortunately they didnt have 3 of 4 items I went to purchase. However I found a sale on other food products that I couldnt resist. Their produce, fresh meats and dairy are always fresh and have a longer life than other stores. I shop here often and typically am very pleased; I just must have hit them at a busy time and everyone wanted the same thing as me lol :D

Like using their Clicklist service. It saves a lot of time. Sometimes prices could be better.

The man at the register acted like he was somewhere else and didnt take off my coupons I handed him. My water was scanned and wasnt pushed back onto the cart. It fell off in parking lot and busted several bottles. Never ever had problems here in the past. Very disappointed with today.

Clean store with lots of variety and good store brand stuff. There are also tons of coupons that are easy to use with the store card.

Its a nice store. It was better before they moved all the food around though.

The prices are very competitive, the specials are for useful and/or essential items that would need to be purchased anyway. I love everything they stand for as a company as well, they treat people well; employees and customers alike.

No cashiers available before 8 am. so if you have a load of grocieries and dont want to use self checkout you are out of luck

Krogers is, by far, the best grocery store chain In America. And, they support union labor, which is a plus too!

Good workers at the store but prices are sometimes 20 to 30% higher than stores in Cincinnati or Mt Orab, I can see making a little more with no competition but that percentage is gouging. Customer service has only one worker and that worker does a good job but the store could care less about the long line that is almost always there, then again they are the only store in town so why worry. One worker told me they are not to tell customers they can get their money back and keep the item if it was mispriced, why not your time is worth something. I guess the management cant make enough money.

Good sales for stocking up with Mega sales buy 5 save $5. Managers markdowns.

Kroger sucks. They tried to force me to use self checkout. They closed the cashier down in front of me told me I had to use self checkout. I refused. Told them I will not use it. To many jobs lost. Kroger can afford cashiers. Had a buggy full for them. Left it in front of the self serve. They can put it back. The guy working the self serve was a rude prick I will never go back again.they want a star rating hahaha. Less than one star. I give it a minus five star. Screw u Kroger. Kiss my ass goodbye forever

Krogers is the best grocery store that I have ever shopped at it beats all the other grocery stores like Walmart their products are fresh they have an excellent Meat Market and their prices and point card you cant beat

This place is great. They have free fruit for kids who are shopping. Its a clean place as well.

The store is clean and organized and has everything I need in one stop. The staff are friendly and helpful and they always have plenty of checkout stations open so you dont have to wait long in line

Kroger Clicklist Purchases are the most easiest transactions and well worth the 4.95 not to have to shop for it myself. Will do it every time if I can.

Every time I go to cash a check or pay a bill I have to stand in a line for a hour,,, they never have two clerks,,, but the have a worker just standing there,,, I guess watching people in the self check out line,,,, it is so very inconvenient

Great grocery open at 5AM! They seem to have everything, there are toy aisles near the register so chain your children to the car ha ha!

Great customer service at this location and I’m mostly happy with the range of eco-friendly/organic options. I wish, however, that they would’ve kept the organic section all in one place without spreading it throughout the store. What used to be a 15-minute max has turned into an hour or more just to re-up on the basics & hunt for what’s on sale meal-wise.I also wish they wouldn’t have done away with all the aluminum-free men’s deodorants. Our fav was Dusk and they stopped carrying it forever ago. All they have now is Toms which isn’t natural and is ineffective.At the same time I must say I’m very happy they carry Woo-Bam-Boo products and that they are expanding their inventory on brands like that.
