Great store with great help for the most part. The young kids upfront and working there in general are rude and rush your shopping with absolutely no manners. My experience is great every time they arent there but when they are there I wish I didnt stop there. Its always a big deal to get a bag for any items I buy ever. Oh and did I say rude and terrible customer service.However I would like to say that the two best employees there from a customers point of view is Tim and the kind Woman with the store cat Shadow. All three of them are awesome and always very helpful. I think the place would be much better if they replaced those kids that dont care about their job for others that would.

I went into this Ace to get. A duplicate vehicle key cut for my new car.I walked in all I see is young guys . I was impressed by the courtesy and knowledge they had about this issue. David at the counter very polite .Great staff great experience

Love coming here. The owner has a great sense of humor and is extremely knowledgeable.. The staff are very personable and have never let me down. The variety of tools and materials here are downright insane. Id be amazed if he didnt have something you need and if he didnt he will jump through hoops to get it for you. Stop by and take a look, theres things here you never knew existed and you may end up buying 50 things you didnt even come here for.

Forgot about buying a sump pump here that wouldnt work and when I tried to return it the owner accused me a product tampering! Just tried to buy a garden hose and they had 2 different people come out to berate me for not waiting for an email. The store was empty and I know why!For truly sadistic customer service shop here!

This is a great local store with an excellent selection and staff. They always have what we need, and unlike the behemoth national chains, there’s no giant parking lot to navigate, no need to walk halfway over creation to find what you’re looking for, and no need to fight with an automated checkout machine. It’s a heck of a lot closer, too!

Helpful staff. We go here frequently to get supplies for our warehouse. Things like ice melt, snow shovels or if we need a new blade for our saw. Convenient and good customer service.

The people are helpful just like the commercial! They even offer to load my bags of compost!

Rude staff, dont buy craftsman tools here, they will refuse the warranty, and tell you to deal with craftsman themselves. by the way they will take a picture of you if you mention your gonna leave a bad review.

Ive shopped here many times, the owner and staff are very helpful. My only complaint is the lack of some supplies, like certain paint accessories, tyvek, and a few lawn care items. Have just about everything else you might find at a small hardware store.

Great place has pretty much anything you need for your home. From nuts and bolts in every size and keys made. Or something to fix your lawn mower.

They didnt have many plastic storage boxes, with none in the size I wanted. The cashier hovered while I checked them out, probably to help in case I needed one since they were stacked high. I didnt buy anything.
