Was trying to find a place last minute to store my items and Gale helped me out today. She was so nice and patient as we visited two different units. Extra Space Storage is a very clean facility. The buildings are all in excellent repair and very secure. I loved our unit with Extra Space! We were able to combine our two units into one is the reason for the move out. The procedure for moving out was painless and very quick. The staff have always been extremely nice and courteous. I recommend Extra Space Storage.

Meghan was very informative and answered all my questions and made the move in process easy. The facility was clean and the unit smelled nice.

From the ease of reserving an unit, to the excellent customer service over the phone and at the facility itself, everything was professionally and thoroughly handled. My life has been super stressed over the last few months and I was not looking forward to renting a storage space. I’ve had mixed results in the past and I really didn’t feel emotionally ready for the unpleasantness of a customer service agent, a dirty unit, changing rates or a long process. I was pleasantly surprised when I called Extra Storage to let them know that I was on my way to sign a contract and Tammy answered the phone very cheerfully. She answered my questions and was very caring. I thought to myself that she probably won’t be the person that I talk to when I get to the facility. Again to my surprise, she greeted me at the door by my name. She took very good care of my needs. She made sure that my passcode worked, she checked the unit to make sure that it was clean and that I knew how to open and close the door and lock. She made me feel that my belongings would be safe and if any problems arose, they would be handled quickly. An all around pleasing experience. Thank You Tammy for Great Service!!!!

Initially I was pleased with this storage because it was very clean and the price was somewhat reasonable but after months storing with them my key code would stop working and or would only work during normal storage hours even though I was granted 24 hour access. This happened multiple times. Then I noticed when it rains it would be water in my storage unit and in the hallway. The light bulb stopped working inside my unit. Last year 2020 I received a mail notice saying they were raising my rent due to Covid-19. My storage rent was raised $20.00 !!! From 119 to 139 for a 5x15 In the middle of a pandemic when most people are struggling financially and most business are accommodating people that are struggling during this pandemic. Other businesses are understanding the financial strain. So I choose to stay and they upgrade the key pads recently causing my code to again stop working but then I get another letter in the mail saying they plan to raise my rent again. This time increasing it $25.00 !!! to $164.00 NOPE! It was time to leave. I found a 5x10 at Store Here Self Storage for 79 a month and it was only 30 bucks to move in.

As I read the reviews I noticed everyone kept stating how great Gail is to work with. So I called and spoke with her about renting a unit and everyone was correct, Gail is AMAZING and very HELPFUL. Thank you Gail for making this an easy process!😊

Had several storage units throughout the years; never has a company ever managed to hit every nail on the head until now. I signed up online so ofcourse I made a few hiccups CRYSTAL was friendly, informative and beyond happy to clear up any of my confusion. The establishment is very well maintained from climate ( so your living room sectional doesnt mold like the last time I stored mine) to cleanliness/sanitation ( you wont find dead bugs and critters in your things; anytime Ive stored in various places.🙃) to several different steps to secure your safety. They even provide conveniently located elevators and carts to ease your move.I suddenly had a move date and no longer needed the unit; ANDREA was friendly and informed me no hidden fees or 30 day cancelled notice needed ( like every place Ive rented). Just to tidy up when emptied remove lock, and say goodbye on the way out.The whole staff is wonderful but those ladies truely make the experience delightful. Best in 757 hands down.

I just have to say thank you to Ms Kendra. She truly cares about her customers. The prices can be a bit high with Extra Space but I will always come here because of how she treated me and cared about making my experience less stressful. I know I just worried her to death but she always stayed calm and stayed positive and I am very great full. The place is clean and it has security cameras too.
