It is OK. The staff is never great, and sometimes just odd. A new girl there on staff today just creeped me out.On another note: The location is good. The hours are good, and a bit better than most. For that I am thankful. At least 2 locations within an hour have better days of operation, and hours in some cases.There are some things that I have to hunt for, but I know some places just dont sell them anymore. Usually, I find this item is carried in the Nashua, NH FedEx Office, but I hate going there. Though its a decent location for some, its a one way street, and the next light that it forces you to go to takes FOREVER (sometimes over 10-20 minutes) to change.

Don’t know why this place even has negative reviews. I use them regularly and have always had a great experience. The employees are always so helpful.

The staff are wonderful and helpful, and I very much appreciate them. Over my past 4 visits to this store, unfortunately, every time there has been a major issue with one or multiple of the scanning machines. I have truly never encountered a store with more routine issues with its basic equipment, it is honestly shocking. The staff have been so accommodating every time, which I am grateful for, but it’s taken me at least twice as long or multiple trips to this store to do basic scanning! Maybe the machines need updating? It’s just been a hilarious comedy of errors each of the 4 times I have been there.

Unreliable for FedEx delivery service. My time-sensitive package sat on site for over 24 hours. I dropped it off at 830 in the morning and it wasn’t processed/picked up until 6 PM the following day. No one can explain how or why it didn’t get picked up by the driver the day I left the package. Weather was not the issue.

Great customer shipping service!I wanted to ship several boxes of my mothers dishes to my son and daughter in Anchorage, AK. Steve P. helped me with the details since it was more complicated than most shipping needs. He was very helpful and patient during the process. In the end they packed the dishes and helped us save money with my daughters dishes. He told us our sons would not get there in time for Christmas because there was less than a week, but THEY DID ARRIVE FOR CHRISTMAS AND MY SON WAS DELIGHTED to have his grandmothers dishes.Thank you Steve P. for your patient help. We appreciated your service to make this gift happen for my son.Well be back when we need to ship something next time.

Great customer service. Ive been going there for more than a year for my prints and they have always delivered, working to give me a product if the initial print is not up to my standard. The one time that I had an unsuccessful printing (it was partly my own fault) they gave me a full refund. Very helpful, very efficient

I have been a few times and I am always very happy with the level of customer service and professionalism of the staff.

Been dropping of items for 6 months and every time has been a pleasure. They are helpful and I can only hope to get the same service at my next work spot. Because things will get shipped out in mass again

Horrible. First of all you cannot access yahoo to print out any emails, and there is no notification that says you cant....so after going online and paying to use their internet, you find out you cannot actually use their computers to do what you want. And then theyll have you use your own phone to forward the emails to their computer, which you couldve just done before you were charged by the minute to try and access yahoo. And then theyll try and charge you for the pages youve printed, after you just used their internet that wasnt working for the page you wanted, which you werent notified about! YEAH RIGHT! thats horrible customer service. do not use this fed ex office.
