I love this business. It took several months of me going in to have air put in a tire that had a slow leak. Finally my schedule was free enough to be able to wait for them to check that tire and do some other work. The wait wasnt that long and soon I was on my way with an estimate in hand for work that should be done. The estimate is good for 30 days in which time Ill have my vehicle back for work on their recommendations. The people of the Post Falls Les Schwab Tire Center are friendly and polite. They listen to the customer and provide the best possible service and at a reasonable price I feel.
Excellent customer service and my new tires were installed fast.
They were Amazing! The guy that fixed my tire was so friendly and did an Awesome job too! I will go back to them again for my tire issues. Thanks :)
These guys went above and beyond for us. Ten minutes before they closed, we found a nail in our tire which was a problem because we were on our way back home to Utah. They stayed late to take care of the tire leak (so we could start our journey back). Thank you so, so much for the kindness and hard work of Les Schwab workers. Service like this deserves to be acknowledged and rewarded!
SCAMMERS!!! Dropped off our car for new tire installation. An hour later the phone rang. It was a technician calling to inform us that our car needed struts and shocks and all four are leaking. Also it needs control arm bushings. The estimate was $1500 on top of the $650 tires. I told them the car was under warranty to which they replied we dont do warranty work. I just got home from the Lexus dealer after driving 60 miles round trip. The dealer service manager called me onto the shop floor and showed me the struts and shocks as well as the bushings. All are in perfect working order and no leaks are evident. This is the last time these con artists touch my vehicles. Spend your money elsewhere people. This business is as crooked as they come.
Everyone at this location has been kind and helpful while getting the suspension on my old truck back into working order. I really appreciate the customer service provided and how up front they are with what they find. If you have a flat, youre looking for tires, or you need brake/suspension work, I cant recommend a better location. Thank you all!
On a road trip today, picked up a screw in the drivers side rear tire. Slow leak for 100mi, stopped here for help. The team at Les Schwab took a look right away, pulled the screw and patched it up in about an hour. The most amazing part was that they didnt even charge for the repair! They just asked that we buy tires from them next time. Absolutely. What great service!
Awesome service and staff! Highly recommend them! They were pretty busy so expect to wait a bit.
Excellent customer service. In and out quick on a new set of tires. I highly recommend the Post Falls Les Schwab tire center they know how to treat their customers!!!
By far the best place for all your automobiles needs! Have had 2 nails in two different cars in last couple of months! They fixed both for free and super fast! Nothing but love for these guys! And may I add one time it was in spokane Washington and the other post falls Idaho! Same amaizing service!
Other than waiting for an hour and a half...they did a great job on my new tires
Everyone was in up beat wonderful moods, very helpful. I had a big lag bolt in my tire on my fully packed to the hilt ( included on top of the suburban )and was leaving on a 400 mile trip/move, saw Les Schwabs on my way out and thought Id stop and ask what they could do for me. They super duper plugged the tire and aired up all tires the same with no charge to me. I love them. I felt alot safer making the trip. Thank you crew at Les Schwab. Plus I met a very nice young man there that was also having work done and had dinner and drinks.
Always courteous, and quick. Thanks Les Schwanb for all yours of sevice.
Fast, friendly service. Communicated what I needed, and they communicated how long it would take. They bested their estimated time for my issue, by 20 minutes. Will definitely be back again.
Wonderful everyone was friendly, understanding and knew what was going on. I wont be taking my car anywhere else
Careful of this shop! I brought my Toyota in for a front leveling kit. They quoted me $431. I get a call saying my front struts badly needed replacing. Would be another $500. I told them I had a warranty that would cover that. Nick, the assistant manager tried to convince me that my warranty would not cover the struts. He did not want me picking it up and taking it anywhere else. I asked him to do the lift, and I would take it to the dealer to fix the struts after. He explained he could not do the work, because the struts were so bad, it would be dangerous, and that I needed to replace them right away.I got my rig back, brought it to the Toyota dealership.Turns out, my warranty DID cover replacing my front struts. They ordered the part, and it would come in the next day, and they would do the work free of charge to me. Remember, they would still get paid by the warranty company, so there would be profit for them. Toyota said the front struts were perfectly fine. They could not change them because there was nothing wrong with them. So, all in all, Les Schwab gives me a good quote on a lift, knowing they were going to try to rip me off. They got caught.Lying is not good for a companys reputation. Truth comes to light, and word gets around. I will be darn sure to direct my friends and co-workers to go anywhere BUT Les Schwab for tires or any service.Update: Went to Parker Toyota. They showed me what they did, a bounce test, full inspection of my Struts, and they were in perfect condition. So, they lost money and time, because of the hacks at Les Schwab as well. Les Schwab cost me my weekend. Time and money, and lost Parker Toyota, time and money. They cannot charge the warranty carrier for work that was not needed. Went back to Les Schwab, talked to the Asst. Manager, Nick, and he could care less, and was even hostile. He got caught trying to scam me out of $500. He was embarrassed, so he got mad, and stormed off. Not even an attempt to make things right.Update update: Even after response, Les Schwab has not contacted me. Got the work done elsewhere. Got a third opinion, and asked if my struts were OK before they did the work. They told me they looked perfect, and were curious why I would ask. The truck was babied before I got it. Struts were almost like new. LEs Schwab is to be avoided in Post Falls! Here is the thing. I am willing to pay a fair price, for work I want done. Im a commercial electrician, I want fair pay for my work. I will provide fair work for my price. I would NEVER try to rip someone off, because I thought they didnt know details about the work they were getting done.It is easy, be honest. If they quote me $431 for a leveling kit? Cool, Ill pay you to do it. If you charge me $500 or more, instead, because that is what it costs to be profitable. We are ALL GOOD!. I WANT you to make a profit! I can make a decision if it is fair or not, or worth it or not.Just be honest. It is not hard. It is WAY harder to lie than to just tell the truth. You dont have to remember anything when you tell the truth. Truth is truth.
Every single person at this store is great to work with.Ive been here way before they open and they still have dropped what theyre doing just to help out.
The prices are on the high side,However you definitely get what you pay for...a quality tire and 5 star service...
Needed a alignment and took it in was called later that I needed a pitman arm and idler arm replaced. I just had control arms upper/lower and new shocks put on. Well 775.00 later. Talked to my mechanic today and he told me when he done the arms and shocks he check the other and they were fine. So this will be the last time I go to let schwab. I only do business with honest people.
They had me fixed and on the way in a couple hours! The staff are Amazing and a personal thanks to Scott for putting a rush on it.
Bought a good amount of tires here and had other services done, always friendly staff and hard working folks, I do recommend this Les Schwab compared to others I have been to.
They have been the only business ive gone to for my tires, rims, breaks ect. They have never let me down.
I walked in needing a new steel rim, which they had in stock, and all wheel alignment. They also did a free pre-trip check when I asked since my son was taking a 6 hr round trip, day trip. They got me in and out in less than 5 hrs.
I bought my tires at Les Schab. One is low, I sat in front of their bay doors ~ 5 tire specialist watching me and never came out..I bought tire because the HAD great service. Never again.
More interested in their own bottom line then helping out the customers
Staff is always very helpful and pleasant. Stop by or give them a call.
One in post falls tells u they have the tires u want and I applied for credit only to find out they dont have the 4. Tires u asked for
Just too expensive! Let me say that the employees that work here are great. Super friendly, super helpful. But Les Schwab you got TOO EXPENSIVE. For example I took my atv tires here to put new ones on. I figured since they didnt need balanced, and since LS usually fixes atv tires for free it wouldnt cost much to put new ones on. Not so. 35$ each which happens to be the same price as a car tire that needs balanced. I thought thats pricey so I called 2 competitors and found they do it for 15$ a tire. Sorry guys, employees are 5 stars, prices are 1. (UPDATE: I called and spoke to an Abbey at the Post falls Les Schwab and she said if I bring in ATV tires to have put on it is 35 bucks a tire. Sorry Nate your Post falls Les Schwab is expensive)
I had a nail in my tire and they took my tire off and took the nail out and put a patch repaired it and put it back on and they didnt charge me. I was very impressed and thankful. I will definitely go there again and if I need tires or anything they did a really good job.
Its Les Schwabb where service is top of the line.
The staff was courteous and honest. I very Positive experience. Thank You So Much : )
The guy at this Les Schwab went over and beyond his duty and saved us from being trapped on the road for days very amazing store
I was away from home and they were able to take care of my tire, breaks, and suspension issues to get me back on the road. Thank you!
I took my BMW Z4 to Les Schwab on 8-24-20 to have a tire leak repaired. I had just finished changing the oil and touching up paint chips. When I saw that they had pulled it onto a drive over lift that a Les Schwab employee at another store showed me would damage the bumper, I checked the bumper, sure enough it was damaged.I contacted the manager Randy Christian, he had another employee drive it back on to the lift and sure enough it again contacted the lift even though the employee was being super slow and careful. I was given an accident report to fill out and send in. I got estimates and they were both right about $1500.00.About 10 days after sending the report and the estimates to Les Schwab headquarters I received a call from their risk services dept. after a short conversation with the lady in which I described how I had repaired about 10 rock chips with a paint pen and a hole in a separate insert from a low flying bird ( not their damage) we hung up.Approx.. a week later I received a letter from them with a check for $250.00. The letter stated that the bumper had extensive damage prior to their damage.I had inspected the bumper two hours prior to taking it into Les Schwab and there was no damage that required repair.Les Schwab in Post Falls damaged my bumper and refuses to make it right.Another thing in order to post to this site it requires at least 1 star and a thumbs up, I dont feel that being slapped in the face deserves anything but a thumbs down!
Went there to get an estimate for two small trailer tires... lets just say I went somewhere else and paid half the price. I know not all trailer tires are created equal, but over double? Great service but $$$.
I really want to like the Post Falls Les Schwab, but every time I go in to get anything done I feel like I just bought a used car. And its worse off I send my wife in by herself. Make the drive to the valley.
Randy is the store manager and a very nice person to do business with thank you very much Randy thank you for being there when I needed you the most!!
My Les Schwab in Pist Falls. They are so aweome, always polite, affectionate and fast. I will never go anywhere else.
I bought my tires from these guys. I rolled in with a leak on Saturday at around noon. They told me, very arrogantly, they would not look at my tire for eight hours. I understand being busy... but you may wanna service your existing customers a little. Unless if the only value is in new sales! Not my les Schwab
Five stars Everytime I visit. Fast honest and fair people. Randy, Tucker, and Chris are always very professional. I cant say this about every Les Schwab store, but post falls its great. Thanks for all your help
I ran over a nail at some point and had to bring my Jeep in for the repair. I had previously used Les Schwab for my tires and my experience had been good. I was informed by Logan that the tire repair would be handled, no problem. Everyone in that shop was kind and courteous and no B.S.. It took them (maybe?) an hour to repair the tire and they called me when it was done. No fuss - good experience!!
This team does a great job. Thank you all for supporting JDog.com veteran owned business.
Community centered and customer focused! Ive been to others and this is the best around! Thanks for always getting me back on the road!
I set an appointment for 10/29 at 9am. Information on the online appointment scheduling questionnaire didnt show up on the receptionists screen. She asked which tire size I was having installed. I told her I think it is 315/75r17 but It might have been 315/70r17. I had the tires in the bed of my truck. She said she would double check and saw the size was 315/70r17. She assumed I was buying tires. I told her I wanted the tires in the bed of my truck installed(private party sale). After verifying tire size, she said it would be $40 a tire. Seems extremely steep to me. I have had tires mounted at $20 a tire in the past. I was already there and just wanted it done so I agreed.20 minutes had gone by (now 9:30) and my truck had not been pulled in. I asked how long it might be. She said that they are trying to get all the jobs in as close to their appointment time as possible. I left briefly. When I got back, my truck was in the bay so I sat in the lobby.15 minutes later, a man Im assuming is the manager (cant remember his name) comes out and says that I need my brakes (rotors/pads) done. I asked if I could go look at my brakes since I had installed rotors myself 3 years prior. Turns out I do need brake pads and rotors. I asked for a quote. He happily obliged. The quote for just my front brakes was about $830. This is excessive. I did it myself for a fraction of that. Declined work. Said Id just do it myself.I get called up saying my truck is done. This is where it gets bad. She tells me it will be $210. Im no mathematician but 4x40 is 160. I say what do you mean its $210? She replies stating it is $52 a tire because they are over 35 in. I say you knew the tire size and you told me $40 when I got here and Im not paying $52 each. The man from earlier spoke up and said thats how much it is going to cost and that $40 a tire is only for tires up to 33 in. At this point it was 10:45. I told him for $210 he should have just rented me the bay, I could have done it myself faster. I was upset and raising my voice. He asked me to calm down and I told him no, I was not paying $210 when I was told beforehand it was only going to be $160. He then reiterated that since theyre over a 35-in tire it was $52 a piece. I told him that a 315 / 70 r17 tire is not over 35 in, it is only 34.4. I dont understand why theres a 2-in gap in their pricing structure. He then tells me that the lady doesnt know tire sizes. I told him that shouldnt matter she still told me it was going to be $40 a tire, which is excessive as it is. He told me that corporate sets the pricing not him, they used to not install competitors tires but decided that if they are going to theyre going to charge a premium. I said thats cool Im still only paying $160.He finally and reluctantly changed the price of my bill back down to the 40/tire while telling me for future reference it is 52 a tire. I laughed thinking to myself its funny hes assuming theres going to be a next time. I pay my bill and leave.Looking at my receipt, I see at 9:08 I had approved the work at $160. I noticed that it said I had approved $210 roughly 30 minutes after. This was never discussed with me yet it said I had approved a price change. This doesnt sit well with me at all. I would not have approved that, I would have taken my business elsewhere.I went to my friend who is a mechanic and we looked at retail pricing of the brake parts I was quoted for. Picture is attached of the exact brake rotors I was quoted $151.99 per rotor being sold online for only $37. I am in sales, I understand that there is markup in services. This level of markup is nearly criminal. Even top dollar rotors for my truck were only $109. I went to Les Schwab hearing all of the stories about customer service, including my own personal experiences at the North Spokane location. After this experience I will not be returning to Les Schwab. They put on a good front then rob you when you arent looking.
Great customer service! I stopped by without an appointment to see if someone could take a look at my brakes, which I knew needed work. Not only did they get me an estimate within an hour, they offered to do the repairs right then, even though it was close to closing time. While replacing my brakes, Tyler found a nail in one of my tires and fixed it at no extra cost. Thank you Tyler and Les Schwab team!
We went here after we discovered a bad tire on the road! We were a walkin and it took an hour before that could get to us but once they did it was fairly quick service. The tires had been previously purchased at a branch so it was free of charge! It just ruined the day.
Great people and business!!! Fixed my tire for free today which I was not expecting and made my day😃 Thank you again!
Got new tires in the middle of the end of winter rush. They had the specific tires I wanted in stock and, thanks to having an appointment, the replacement took less than an hour.
Fast and efficient and offered a veterans discount on the product perchased. They called exactly when they said they would! Thanks,Eric
Been going here since I was a child and my grandfather Vic worked there. The only place I trust.
Les Schwabs in Post falls is great. In my experience they are always polite, concise and always do their best to get me back on the road quickly. I appreciate seeing them running out to the parking lot. It shows me that they care about my time.
Service is very good. Prices are usually on the high end but you get what you pay for.
I moved here over 40 years ago and after dealing with several other tire companies over about 5 years, I went into Les Schwab and have been with them the past 35 years. I have never, ever had any kind of issue from tires to maintenance to employees and have been treated like a VIP every time. As God is my witness, I could tell you so many unbelievable positive dealings with them, especially the Post Falls store with Randy and his crew. I remember one time I was doing my own brake job on the front of my old motor home. I took the rotors to L.S. to have them turned but they were so backed up with work, it was going to take more time than I had so, like a fool I took them to Perfection. When I picked them up, something didn’t look right? I put everything back together but when I did a road check I heard a strange sound so I took it into L.S., they put it on the rack took the calipers off, lubed some parts, tested it then discovered Perfections rotor tuning machine put serious chatter mark on both rotors. L.S didn’t charge me a dime. I took the rig back to Perfection and only after several words they gave me my money back but wouldn’t take responsibility for the damage done to the rotors. I took it home, pulled the rotors off, took them back to L.S. and they turned them just enough to clean up the chatter marks and never charged me a cent. So, I took the money I got back from Perfection and bought two $15.00 gift certificates from Famous Willies Barbecue and gave them to the two employees who went above and beyond and for free.Remember no one is perfect, these hard-working people are just as human as you and me; they deserve the same respect you want from them.Jerry MartinPost Falls
Flat tires never come at convenient times. When you have one vehicle its crucial for it to be available for 2 working schedules. I was very happy not only that Les Schwab Tire Center was able to take me at such short notice, but also greet me with a friendly smile, and a nice clean lobby for me to continue to work while I waited for my tire to be repaired.Thank you to the staff, you were life savers! Youve earned a 5 star rating from this guy. 😊
They are the best! I got a flat tire on the side of the road. It had a nail in it and was flat all the way to the rim. I called them to see what to do and they said they would send someone out to me. Within 5 minutes, John showed up and filled my tire with air and told me to drive quickly to the store so they could patch it. I did that, while he followed me. He then took off the tire and patched it in a jiffy and I was on my way. Much to my surprise, he told me that there was no charge since I had Les Schwab tires. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks so much John and Les Schwab tires for giving me the best customer service ever.
Recently had an experience for my rental car had a flat tire couldnt get holding the insurance agent or the rental company so friend of mine ended up charging is tire for me there and theyve been so great to deal with my insurance company and everything I just think they really go out of their way for there customers& we appreciate it this was at the Post Falls Les Schwab
Great service, quick, knowledgeable!! Thank you.
Stopped in to have the air in my tires checked they seemed low, friendly staff stopped to get too me right away Brice greeted me with a smile and kindness Certainly brightened my day. They have the best customer service in town!
BEWARE OF THIS Les Schwab.I tried to get tires in Longview wa and they didn’t have them so I ordered tires and had them sent to my next location (Post Falls, Idaho). I took them to Les schwab to have them mounted and balanced. He said they are going to charge me more (because I didn’t by them their) $40 a tire.I figured ok because I would get good quality work.(WRONG) They did not balance 2 of the tires and I confronted them then they LIED and said they didn’t need it. I was furious after they lied to me twice so I went to there competition and paid again to get it done right.AVOID THIS PLACE!!! After this I am done with all Les Scwabs.
This is the second time Ive ran into within the last tel months of having my tire completely flat when I go to start my car. And each time its been at the worst time at the end of the day around 6pm. Each time Ive had the most amazing customer service and theyve taken care of me regardless its there tire or not. FOR FREE. I am so blessed to have these men take care of me when Im sure all they wanna do is go home. So thank you for being the best Les Swaub there is in the NW. I APPRECIATE YOU GUYS MORE THAN YOU KNOW IT.
Great place for tires. Sucks without popcorn and coffee.
Amazing service, went in yesterday to get my seasonal tires changed out. I had been avoiding getting new brakes and shocks for some time now, I was once again going to put it off because I needed my vehicle to get to work, the gentleman assisting me assured he could get it done sooner just so I would be able to go to my other job. He not only did that but did it sooner than expected! Thanks so much you guys are amazing.
Took a company pickup in for new tires and asked them to check out the brakes and why I was seeing just a little wear on the driver front tire on the outside tread. They came back with a laundry list of things. Complete brake job saying that the rotors were wore beyond safe level and that they had warped from overheating. Said the pickup needed new tie rods, they were the cause of the tire wear. and finally that it needed new shocks. With new tires they quoted me a cost of over $3000 for all the work. Was not confident of their analysis so I took it to another shop that I have had complete trust in for over 20 years and they came back with none of what Schwab had mentioned. The most they said was they could turn the rotors to smooth them out but everything else checked out just fine.Ive shopped tires through LesSchwab for 30 years and had never had an issue with the service but after this I may not ever go back even for just tires. Unacceptable business practices in my opinion. Always get a second opinion if you dont feel comfortable with the first.
Friendly service that could not be better. I added my wife to my account and we got her a new set of tires. The store was clean and inviting but we decided to grab a quick lunch around the corner. Her car was done before we got our food. The crew is day and friendly.
It wasnt anything like the Les Schwab in Eagle, Meridian or any in Boise.
Matt and the staff at the Post Falls location are amazing! They gave us an excellent deal on a second tire when they knew we were on a limited budget and going on a road trip. They wanted to make sure we were safe when they saw a second tire that wouldnt have made the trip. Thank you guys so much! You have made our trip stress free!
Friendly staff, but really long wait. There was only one gentleman in front of me when I took my car in. My tire had a hole that just needed to be patched. I waited over an hour and a half. Ive been here before and they patched my tire in 15 minutes. The guys were working on two cars at once instead of one at a time, which I feel really delayed time. I wouldnt be too upset if I werent late for work.
They always have taken care of me.
Best tire store ever!! Amazing service and quality staff! They go the extra mile to make sure you are safe before hitting that road. Honesty is their priority! Very thankful for their presence in our community!
This happened a few years ago, but after revisiting Les Schwab (maybe things had improved) and reading the recent reviews I thought I would add my experience. (apparently they have not changed) Its too bad...I had been going to the PF Les Schwab for about 10 years with very good consistent experiences. However, one winter I needed new studded tires for my new car. I was told that they were out of my size but they had walnut shell tires. He further stated that walnut shell tires were just as safe as studded tires and they didnt tear up the roads so much. He added that studded tires were soon going to be outlawed in an effort to preserve the roads. Well....he ought to know this stuff, right? So I got the *&%$!* walnut shell tires. What a joke!! The first real weather and I knew they were definitely Not anything like studded tires. After realizing the difference, I sat down with a phone book one afternoon to call other Les Schwab stores in addition to competitors stores saying I was doing some research into different snow tire options, which are the safest overall to have? Literally, every persons answer was studded tires. I am of the opinion & feeling that he purposely or negligently put both my daughter and I at serious risk by stating things that simply were not true.
I am so proud to call this my home store for all of our cars tires, alignments, brakes. They are super fast, incredibly friendly, amazing customer service and support. they are spectacular with their warranty and unlike other places we have had Warranties (where the places actually looked for reasons not to honor it) with Les Schwab they had no problem standing behind their product. Their line of credit and payments are easy to understand and easy terms. would highly recommend
Bought a set of tires & alignment. Had a vibration after, ended up warranting full set. Really impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Nick did an amazing job picking out tires to go with my new wheels!! I love them!! Thank you!😍
Have always enjoyed the service received at Les Schwab. First snow of winter, they had a line at the door, got us in quick, and always friendly. Thanks Randy!!*UPDATE* Again, had a line at the door at 0720, that was expected, but this may be the reason that no one listened to my complaint about what needed fixed on my vehicle. I advised that my steering wheel was off center, to the left. They heard alignment and proceeded. Several hours (8) later I get a call that my vehicle is ready. I go back in, pick it up, and start to drive home when I notice that now my steering wheel is off center to the right by the same amount it was off to the left. Not happy that I now have to fix it myself, because there is no way I am leaving it there for another 8 hours for a 30 min fix.
Made an appointment to get a flat fixed. They fixed the flat and made sure all my tires were aired properly. I was in and out in an hour. Friendly and great service!
Fixed my flat tire super quickly. My toddler enjoyed watching! Thank you!
Love them. I bought a truck and went to them to get tires and the gay said why do you have car tires on your truck? I said sir I just got the truck and they was on there. So I got the tires on my truck and it only cost me $300.00 dollars
They do very good work here with decent prices.
On my way back to Oregon from Pennsylvania, after driving for five days straight, just trying to get home to my dog after being away for almost a month for work, and the steering on my car starts to feel strange. If I go over 70 it starts to pull unpredictably and I get freaked out so I get off the highway and go online and find the closest Les Schwab. Its 4:35 and they close at 5. I call them and even though they are getting ready to close, they tell me to come over. I get there and the woman behind the desk reassures me that even though they are closing soon they will absolutely take a look at my car tonight. I am prepared for the worst, have already called my sister to let her know even though I am only 6 hours from home I may need to stay overnight. Im looking up rental cars, hotels, and even download the Lyft app since Im thinking I will need to take cab and all my luggage to a hotel. But as it turns out, the pulling was caused by uneven wear on my front tires (they called it cupping). The tech reassured me that it isnt dangerous, and even though I want to buy tires from him they dont have my size. I offered him money for taking a look at it - the peace of mind made it easier to drive - but he refused. I made it home just fine - and had a great reunion with my dog! :) What a wonderful group of people - I feel bad I dont remember anyones names.
They do great work. Had me back on the road in less than an hour.
AMAZING SERVICE!! Loves down the street was trying to charge me an extra $100/tire (used) plus had a long wait. My guy showed up, saved $200+ & was rolling again in 30 minutes. THIS is what customer service is supposed to be like in the transportation industry.
Customer service has improved slightly. Follow through with customer contact needs heavy improvement
This morning, I was in disbelief with the phone conversation that I had with Randy, the store manager. Yesterday, late afternoon I walked into this establish in hopes of buying 4 new tires for my PT Cruiser. I was printed out a sheet of paper of only 3 choices. I know that most tire stores carry a great deal of in store tires and tires that need to be shipped in. I had to ASK the employee for more choices. I wasnt even asked about the usage of my vehicle. This is very DESEPTIVE because not all people understand how these businesses make their money. Last night, I so upset that I decided to call Randy the manager and was told that giving to many choices is confusing to the customer. Beware of these tactics because this is VERY unethical. I immediately called the Corporate of this company to know what their policy is on this. The people in this community work hard for their money and should be treated much better than I was. Thanks a lot Randy for being upset when I questioned the stores policy?
Now this is the best! The service and guarantees on there products are Awesome. This store here in Post Falls is as fast as they can go. But, we have use these guys in many towns as we travel and they always take care of my family. Sometimes a bit more costly but, worth the service and warranty.
With a tire quickly going flat on our rental car we made it here just before closing on a Saturday. Despite being extremely busy they fixed our flat and at no charge. What great customer service even though we cant be tire purchasing customers because we live out of state. Thank you Matthew!! We will be going to Les Schwab in Colorado for tires.
Had a TPMS issue for a few weeks on our 2015 T&C since we got it. Brought it back in and had it reset twice and then on the 3rd reset it worked. Thank you for all of your efforts. Best crew in town.
Such a great place! We were in a bind and the manager went above and beyond to help us out.
They are all AMAZING! knowing I had to wait for my truck, they got me in less then an hour. I cant thank you enough for being so AWESOME! ! recommend you to everyone.
I ve been with Les Schwab since roughly 1953. They are the best. I would not think of going anywhere else. Then today 8 28 17 went into Led Schwab to get a replacement battery because mine was not charging. I forgot to get his name, fixed my battery so it would not drain the electricity, when not running. He fixed everything and did not charge me anything. I did not need a new battery. Thats the way Les Schwab is, I am never disappointed.
As always Les Schwab is always fast and friendly, they really do care!
Came in about 8am. Was helped pretty much right away. Bought a new set of tires for my truck. Tires were a bit expensive, but the service was great. Would be 5 stars if price was better
Continually impressed with their sales and service, attention to detail and desire to help people make the best choices for tires!
I appreciate the service I received today. Very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!
These folks were amazing. They were booked solid with winter tire needs. A guy named Byron helped us and tried very hard to fit our snow tires on our 4runner but the calipers just wouldnt allow the clearance. We purchased new ones and got a great set. All the guys were very helpful and honest. It looked like a brutal workout session with tires being man handled and professionally installed. We had been to other businesses lately not tire shops but places where you wanted people to help you and we really wondered how they could hire such entitled help. It was a burden to even get their attention. There would be many job openings if we were mystery shoppers but not here, everyone was on their game. High marks for all of you at the Post Falls Les Schwab! We will continue to shop there.Becky and Dave
They were so busy today, When I pulled in with a simple request, can I get some air in my front tires. They were on it. It felt so good to have some good old fashion, hometown service with a smile. Thank you Post Falls Les Schwab!!!
Realized I had a nail in my rear driver side that was really close to the sidewall, brought it in to see if it was fixable or would need to replace the tires all together. They were able to patch my tire for me in about an hour and had great customer service!
Like every time. Im treated like a king
Staff were super busy putting on snow tires but managed my needs well, service was performed same day. Extra parking in the rear for busy times. Great tires and service!
If I had been given an option to give the store 0 stars I would have. I went in to Les Schwab in Post Falls looking for a set of all season tires for my wifes 4 Runner. In the past I have had success getting store credit from used tires/wheels. Hoping to do the same this time I brought my wifes used winter tires already mounted on wheels, the tread on them was worn thin and wasnt anticipating getting anything necessarily. We were also looking to trade in the existing tires on the vehicle which were still in good condition. Randy greeted me and when I posed him the question in looking them over he laughed in my face. His rude response was at most I would give you $10 for each of the wheels without any explanation of how he arrived at that number. Frustrated I had indicated I would be inquiring with the Hayden store as I have had great luck there. As he left he audibly stated Quit wasting my time, which no potential customer wants to hear. Trying to get some satisfaction I called the store to speak with the manager, sadly he was the manager. Ive reached out to the corporate office hoping to get someone that will speak to my concern. As someone that has purchased Les Schwab tires for 20 years if I have another bad experience at one of their stores I will spend my money somewhere else.
