Now this is a neat place! All kinds of good antique stuff but also a sweet selection of nerdaphernalia...comic books, action figures, posters and all that.

Always a fun experience! I have attended the live auctions on Friday nights, and I have also put in absentee bids online when I am not able to attend. I have gotten some great deals over the five or six years that I have been coming here. Great people, fun times, and good snacks, too! Something different to do on Friday nights! Check it out!

I always have a great time and a good laugh when I go here. Mostly at myself for being such an amateur at the whole bidding process. Such a fast paced, fun environment. The family and staff who run this are freindly and helpful. I appreciate the weekly photo previews on the items up for auction on their website. They have a wide assortment of collectibles, household goods, furniture, deco, tools, guns, etc. Showing up early for previewing items, is a must as it tends to slow down the process if you try to look at things during the auction. They offer warm food and beverages at a reasonable price. The smell of cookies baking, is always a treat. I rarely leave here, nevermind I have never left here without finding some kind of treasure...

There are actually two businesses the big blue store in the back is premier discount store. You can buy stuff there six days a week and if you like to haggle the price of something this place is for you. Ive bought things from bedding to boots to furniture and almost always have gotten at least half off the price tag. The inventory is always changing so you never know what you might find. If you are looking for a something always try here first before you go and buy it elsewhere. They just might have it and if you haggle a little it will be a lot cheaper than any other store.

My wife and I both enjoy coming here. Every visit is a treasure hunt! The gentleman who runs the place is a genuinely nice guy and isnt afraid to entertain a little friendly haggling. I suggest going often as the selection is always changing.

Dont know why you said Calif when its Coeur dAlene but getting $71 for $3,000 gun safe was a joke. Great place to buy bad place to sell and Ive sold there 4 times and the prices are weak! What do you want a hold medal for not getting good prices for items you consign? You have no problem taking my money when I buy but you cant command and high dollar out of anything.

My wife and I were shocked to deal with Nate and Kim.Upon deciding to RV full-time and part with our home furnishings, we called Premier Auctions. They were fairly prompt about picking up several large trailer loads of antiques, collectibles and appliances. The auction went fairly well, but when we received payment by check, the itemized prices recorded were significantly lower than the sales price on the auction floor (yes, we attended the auction). We had an antique safe that sold for $250, they recorded a price of $175. We also had a very large security safe (6 feet tall by 4 1/2 wide) which brought $750, they recorded the price as $600. Thats not all- we had two large, antique jars of old wheat pennies and buffalo nickels. One sold at auction for a fair price, the other never got to Premier Auctions. When I asked Nate about it, he blamed the safe mover (who delivered the safes at our cost with much of our other material). I know the guy who moved our safes rather well- hes done a great job for us in the past.I know what we sent off to Premier. We had our own inventory list. Several items never showed up in the auction, others were recorded as a price realized which was much lower than the actual sale price (which we watched and recorded on iphone). After we left for our journey (which we are still enjoying), there was still one load left to clear out of the house. We were told that they would pick up the load no later than a week after we left town. 3 weeks later, our former landlord called us to ask when wed be done moving out... Premier apologized when I called them saying that theyd been really busy. At this point, I just wanted the last bit of our property cleaned out, so I didnt say anything. When I called again after getting word theyd finally showed up, I confronted Kim who answered the phone. I explained that we recorded our auction and had a record of the actual prices realized (as opposed to the altered list of prices realized theyd provided us). When we confronted Kim, she told us (which we also recorded) that since we accused her of wrongdoing, she didnt feel any obligation to sell the rest of our property.I in turn told Kim that Id call the Idaho Association of Professional Auctioneers. She responded with expletives and hung up on us.Let me say say that I grew up in the world of antiques, collectibles and auctions. My folks had one of the most successful antique malls in Spokane for nearly 20 years. We never expected anything close to retail prices, honestly- we just wanted it gone. But with that said, Premier emptied out a fully furnished 3,000 sq ft. home in Liberty Lake. The check we realized for our estate was just over $4,200. It doesnt matter what we paid for things, it doesnt even matter what they sold for. The only thing that matters here is that we relied on this company to clear out our house and do what they specialize in. They failed us miserably and pocketed a lot for themselves. If youre familiar with how local auction companies work, this will be no surprise to you. If youre unfamiliar, pay attention to what I wrote and then ask an honest auctioneer Owens Auction in the Valley.By the way, weve never hear back from Premier about the second round of our property they picked up. If they werent a licensed business, they would simply be burglars. If it was possible, I would leave negative stars. And YES KIM- I hope you see this and call us to answer for yourself, you of course still have our phone number.
