Chose a local business to get my son started with electric guitar. I’m so happy I ended up at this place! Great selection, quality and top notch service. Terry was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us get all the equipment needed for my son to be successful. He also gave us 100% reassurance and peace of mind if we ever had questions or problems in the future- that he’d be more than happy to take care of us. No problem. This place is amazing. Its mostly amazing because of the manager running it, Terry. He is beyond helpful. He is super knowledgeable and is capable of helping three people at once without skipping a heart beat of a good answer.We went in with a toy guitar and came out with a real good one for my son. He did take care of our cheaper one which had metal strings instead of vinyl which the cheaper guitar was made for, for free.The store itself is fun to go through and has plenty of choices for guitars; not so much for drums, but they do have drum sets.We even ended up buying a new keyboard to replace the piano we just sold. We felt confident with his recommendation.Over all, we were super happy to work with someone so knowledgeable and helpful. Terry and his store are a great resource to have here in Post Falls. Were lucky.

This place rocks! Terry has always taken care of my guitar needs. He is amazing. And, this place is FAR more affordable than any other music supply store Ive ever been to.

We stopped in for advice on tuning a ukulele, the gentleman ( I neglected to get his name ) was very helpful, explaining that a better set of strings was what we needed. He even offered to install them while we did some other shopping. Came back in less than an hour, he had it ready for us, even showed us how to use our tuner. This was our first time in this store, we were treated great. Highly recommend.

Terry was very nice when I took my 5 year old in for a ukele. It was a quick trip and we will be back. He also gave me some tips on kids and learning music. Highly recommend!

Its nice to know theres a little music shop like this in Post Falls, where you can get guitars, ukes, select other instruments (purchase or rentals!), and lots of accessories (just got my nieces and nephews a bunch of kazoos!). I made the drive out here from spokane based on reviews I thought it would be worth it to check it out. I got there at 3:44 and it was closed. I understand its in a sort of secret place but if youre gonna close early you should maybe close around half an hour early rather than nearly an hour and a half early.

I am on tour with my band, and I am in dire need of some new sticks. We call the store around 5:30 pm to ask them when they close. They close at 6pm and we tell them we are on our way right then. Get there at 5:45 pm and they are closed. I mean, no one there, they counted out, gone. I know many musicians who tour around the area often and I have told them to NOT go to this store. Go to Burts.

Its really too bad these geniuses have the most ridiculous hours of operation. Tried to explain to their feeble minds that people that can afford to spend money on musical instruments are WORKING for a living. Nobody is going to take time off of work to go shop at this place. Open at a decent hour and Ill shop there. In the last 4 1/2 years, Ive spent approx. $5,000.00 ELSEWHERE as a direct result of their terrible hours. This I must say is regrettable as I would much prefer to keep the money here in Post Falls. Note: Ive heard these jokers complaining that sales are very poor at that store. No wonder.
