Incredibly easy to work with. I did 100% online which is super convenient for my business. Troy was very fast in getting back to my request. A little bit out of town but because of the 24 hour access and lower prices than CDA it makes up for it to me.

Im sorry to say that I found these people to have no consideration under reasonable circumstances to late fees. I was a tenant long before Troy bought the facility, and when my life got financially challenged I paid hundreds upon hundreds of dollars in late fees. Never did I ask for any consideration or waiver of those late charges. Two times I did ask the $25 late fee please be waived. Once I was getting paid on the 7th and the other on the 6th paid $90 on line but still owed $15. So I called, left a message I would be in their office as soon as they opened to pay balance. As the majority had been paid on time, I asked that the late charge be waived as I had the money they just werent open. Troy refused stating I requested special treatment. I thought my requests were reasonable under the conditions, and call it what you want special treatment after all those years, yeah ok. These people are truly out for themselves only and remind me of modern day pirates. Their greed is apparent once you see below the surface....

I have used this storage facility off & on over the last 7 years or so. I have always had a professional experience with the owners. Have never had any issues with the security of my belongings, and have always appreciated the grounds to be clean & well kept. I’ve recommended them to both friends & family and have never heard anything different. Definitely the place to use!

We currently have three 10×20 units. I love this place, I personally havent met staff but my husband has and said they have always been great. Im s RN and work odd hours and this being 24 hr access is everything to me, as were moving into temporary home until ours is built were trying to figure out what we need and dont and the shuffle its so nice to be able to go at 2 am if thats when Im off work. The grounds are very clean, I feel our stuff is safe which is huge. I see police parked on Maguire all the time at odd hrs so thats even better. And easy safe coded gate. No leaks every well kept. The only thing I would change is a light in unit. ( but then price would have to go up) and not many people go at 2am like me :-) great place

Seltice Mini Storage is an outstanding storage facility. I have rented various sizes of storage units from Troy and Jessica for the past 5 years and their service and professionalism is the best I’ve experienced.

Good friendly help, and very spacious storage units. I got two side by side units for half of what it cost in Washington. The driveways here are a little cramped, and turning around with a trailer can be difficult, but this place is still pretty good if you need a place to store things.

Rented a uhaul trailer from these folks and I have to say the service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Very clean and neat environment. Would highly recommend these folks. Thanks for the great, fast and friendly service!!!!

Stole little belongings out of my unit, charged me fees without my consent or knowledge, and scratched a motorcycle I had in the unit. Would rate zero stars if I could.

Met both owners, very friendly & helpful. i had reservd a 10x25 and after looking at it we determined i could fit into a smaller unit saving me money. very clean place and overall happy with my experince. uhaul drop off was also easy.

Just rented a UHaul from these guys. It was a very present experience. Owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Even though I only needed the UHaul truck, if I ever need storage or another UHaul I will definitely choose this place.
