Went to Liberty Lake UPS as it was closer at the moment. Had an awful experience after waiting 20 minutes in line. Told them I would head to the Post Falls Store to do get the notary done they couldnt do. They told me that store had terrible service. Why would a franchise bad mouth another?Post Falls it the BEST! I always get great service and a friendly smile. Keep up the good work!
Very good have 2 people at customer service so it always goes fast. They know what there doing. This shipping store is good for Amazon refunds just bring item in they scan your code and do all the packaging. Quick easy and painless. Plus they have shipping supplies if needed. And copy machines. Its right down the road very convenient. I have been here a dozen times. It is way quicker than post office if you ever been to the one in Post Falls, Idaho plan on waiting 20 minutes or more! I have a veterans emotional support animal I didnt feel like explaining myself to the pencil neck geek with glasses working Friday September 24, 2021 at 4:41 pm when he rudely said Dogs are not allowed in here luckily another employee said to him just make it quick to him. I didnt feel like bringing out paperwork of the 1976 disabilities act from my Doctor that supports its a service animal. Clearly the Geek could of seen my Veterans hat from Marines if he paid attention. Next time I will have a few words with him he couldnt handle serving this country in the armed forces!
Great staff - friendly and helpful.I have only had great experiences doing Amazon returns. They are prompt and helpful.We had a printing project for our wedding and Sarah Jean went out of her way to make sure we were happy. I am sure it took her a ton of time to cut them perfectly!We love stopping by!
Completely awful. They tried to charge me for 100 copies that didnt even work and these were for flyers for the missing woman out of cda. Im her daughter in law. Then kicked me out because I refused to pay for something I didnt get. The other UPS store in Hayden not only helped me but gave me a discount. I will never do business here in post falls again. If I were you I would go else where... I never started with absentees I told the manager he had to be out of his mind. And yes I was told you would no longer except my business. And nobody asked if they could help. I walked in they said nothing and walked in the back. I had to go ask for help when it wasnt working. I know what happened. You should probably watch your tapes and talk to the lady that worked she was astounded by the way your manager was treating the situation

I came in at the end of the day yesterday, on my way to an important appointment. I had to drop off an Amazon return as yesterday was the last day. I came in the door and saw there were many people waiting in line, so I asked if i could leave an already-labeled package somewhere because I didnt need a receipt, but I was told that, unfortunately they have a policy that they have to give me a receipt, so Ill have to wait in line. Of course, I didnt have time for that, so I guess Im SOL! Thanks a lot!Reply to the store:UPS has a dozen drop boxes around town, are you saying thats irresponsible of them because they dont provide a receipt? 🙄 If most people want proof of dropping their package off, then you shouldnt have to REQUIRE it. I can calculate my own risk, I dont need you to do it for me. Forcing me to wait for a receipt that I will throw away on the way to my car is ridiculous. Especially when I can take a picture of the tracking number and follow its status online. But whatever... Ill use another service from now on.
Such a friendly staff every time we come in! We have had a personal mail box there for the last 5 months so we have had many opportunities to engage with everyone there. We have seen them very slow and very busy and every time we have been met with smiles! My kids love running in to get our mail just to say hi!
Hit and miss here. One person was nice and helpful. The other person was inconsiderate and rude to the point that I dont recall another time in my life that I was treated that poorly for no reason. Head over to CDA, the UPS guys over there have always been great. Save yourself the headache.

Horrible Delivery Service. Ill be using Fed Ex for the rest of my life.. Ordered my package a week ago. Correct address, just no apartment number. They didnt leave it at the complex office or anything. They kept my package until I added the unit number. Its now been 3 days since adding the unit number, the package is IN MY TOWN. And Im not even allowed to go pick it up. TOOK ME DAYS TO GET A REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE TOO! Ill be using FedEx for all my person shipping needs from now on.Also why have store fronts that have hardly any control or knowledge of your delivery?
I typically don’t bother to write poor reviews of my experiences, however If I owned this business I would want to take a look at customer service. After my package was delivered yesterday to “the Dock” at 11 am and signed for by Earny, I was told by staff numerous times that they did not have my package and to check other places like FedEx.After several hours of time spent looking elsewhere, I checked in again and was finally informed that they have it in storage and I would need to pay $20 to pick it up. Rather than apologize for the experience or waive the fee, the lady on the phone further lectured me about how I didn’t follow the proper channels and they can’t accept packages for everyone there. Obviously, I was frustrated and the lady informed me to not bother coming in she was sending the package back to ups and I could track it down at the hub.Hire staff that cares enough to look in the first place and can show some customer service...

The staff was very rude and disrespectful. Being it was my first time at this UPS store, I didnt realize each branch was individually owned and MYCHOICE was ran differently between locations. My previous UPS store accepted ANY packages for pick up and I was never charged because I was a member (whether that’s how all UPS locations work or not, it was all I knew). Rather than nicely explaining that to me, Thomas mimicked and talked down to me as customer. He asked why I thought I was so special to get something for free. He hung up on me, then called me back to say he was sending my package away and I could figure out how to find it, even though I said I would pay the fee. It’s so unfortunate to have this UPS store ran by Thomas in such a beautiful town. When we came to pick up the package, Thomas would not speak with us to clear things up....even though we said we would wait until he wasn’t busy. I will be calling corporate.
I don’t usually rate these type places but the PF UPS shop is great. The staff are awesome and friendly and they’ll get your boxes shipped with no problem.

Do not take your packages here!I brought in an Amazon return, a week later the tracking number shows it is still at their facility. Spoke with Bre, she didnt even want my tracking number to look anything up. All Bre stated is that I did my part and need to contact Amazon or the company I was making the return to. So now it seems they kept the fashion boots, lost them, or dont even care what happens. When I asked to speak to a manager she said there wasnt one available.

I wanted to apologize to the UPS Store. My previous review, was meant for UPS delivery, not the store. Apparently they are different entities. I have had great interactions with the staff at the UPS STORE. They have been helpful and cheerful every time I have gone into the store. Delivery, on the other hand, can’t always delivery my packages to MY house. For some reason they keep delivering to the street behind me. Lol
This place was by far the quickest and nicest place when returning something to Amazon.
I use to go to this UPS Store all the time, now each time I am in there I feel that I am a inconvenience to them even being there. The owner us to be super friendly and helpful, but that is no longer the case. That being said the employees are following in suit, she is leading by example. Will not go there again.

If you need a notary make sure it isnt more than one page, they cant handle it.
Beware they charge for any little thing they can. Need your box taped they will charge $1 for 6 of tape. They will direct you to use their computers to print Amazon labels rather then allowing you to email the label to them for them to print, so they can charge more for using their fancy printer. I understand wanting to make money but when they never let you leave (even when just dropping off a package) without some kind of charge it is ridiculous. Other UPS stores are a lot more reasonable and accommodating. If you mention your surprise at the additional charges they will be rude and short with you.

I had a prepackaged item that didnt need a transaction and sat it on the counter next to Thomas. He pushed it back at me and said I needed to wait for a receipt. When I told him that I was in a hurry to pick my son up from school and didnt want a receipt he asked me why I was huffing and puffing and in such a hurry I asked why he was being so unprofessional and he threw my package at me and said he was done helping me to go somewhere else. I have never been treated so bad and will never be back.
I came in 1 minute before closing. I expected somebody to be irritated that I came in right before closing, but my package needed to be mailed that day. I was greeted by a very friendly young girl and took my package. Very nice and helpful. Great service!
Ive never been in this store, and I had a package that I already had the label for and it was boxed, it just needed a piece of tape on it. I asked if they could help me. The man (I presume owner) said Yes. He put some tape on it, and I said thank you. He then said thats $1... I was shocked. I asked is it $1 to put tape on it? He was rude and said, yes, it costs money to finish wrapping your package... I said I would go somewhere else..., He then went ahead and cut the tape off. WOW, Im shocked. Im never going back, and Ill tell everyone to NOT go there. Postal Plus is half a mile away, and they did it for free, $ .001 of tape and 15and they were very nice and pleasant, Ill spend my money there.
Every time I come to this store to return a package through amazon I am charged to have them tape the box back up. I would highly recommend going to the liberty lake UPS store Beacuse they never have charged me a fee.
I have used the facility for about three years. It is hard for drivers to get up to my property so having UPS deliveries this was a good place to go.,yes, they have gotten busier but certainly no wiser. I had gone into their shop on three different occasions and they were too busy to take my payment unless I felt like waiting 20 minutes. So low and behold they then charged me a late fee on 15.00, not much but it annoyed me because I had tried to pay three times before. I asked for them to waive the late charge and they refused. At that point I wanted to cancel but then they refused to give me my mail. A total violation of the law holding mail as a hostage. I have in my 74 years on this planet ever been treated or threatened by a bunch of ill informed staff, including the male owner. When I advised him I was moving on, because of the service he informed me and the whole store he was so very busy that they ordered another 700 mail boxes and my needing a post office box was irreverent to my needs as his business had grown so large people didn’t matter. The only way I got my mail was or pay for the box. Yes, I could have taken this up with law enforcement for refusing to give me mail that was needed by me. It just wasn’t worth it. So these jerks ended up stealing $98.00 from me. I was a bit concerned thinking did I say something? But then after reading the other reviews I doubt they will be around for very long.

Owner is rude and lacks customer service skills. Like everyone else has said, hell charge you for anything can dream up. Amazon drop off returns are free at every other ups location Ive been to, but hell charge you. I now drive to CDA ups because theyre friendly, accommodating and offer customer service. Maybe if this guy had some customer service training hed realize that the way to make a profit in business is by doing right by your customers, not by being a greedy and rude.
Worst customer service ever. I needed to return a couple of items to Amazon,. When I got home, I realized they used the wrong sellers return label on the box. I called the store (manager wouldnt speak to me) to let them know about their mistake and was told. Id have to file a claim with Amazon to locate my package. I contacted the Ups hub in Post Falls and they went above and beyond trying to help me, even calling the Post Falls UPS store for more info. Again, manager was too busy. Their mistake cost me $149.00. Never will go back and Ive let my friends know. As a business owner, you can NEVER be too busy to address a patrons problem.
First time I had to do a notary and was extremely pleased with the ladys patience. I forget her name at the moment, but she gave excellent customer service and she is a true sweetheart. She was very explanitory in what i had to do with the paperwork and never was rude or treated me any different for knowing less. If I need something ever mailed or packaged, they have a new customer to add. Thank you for your help and service!
When I read some of these reviews I felt compelled to share my experience with this store. I have used every service they have to offer for the past 14 years. At this current location and their previous one. I have my business mailing address with this store and the benefits they offer fit my lifestyle perfectly. It is not only what business services they have offered me, but I trust them - 110%. They know me by name and when I am in the store they know A LOT of people by name. Everyone is greeted when they walk through the door. After 15 years and accessing their location on various days or hours, the experience has always been the same. Professional, friendly, accommodating and after 14 years, they are friends. (I was not solicited to leave this review. I was checking their holiday hours and saw the 3.3 rating and was surprised.)

It was 603pm and the sign and websight says 630pm they closed and the person was locking the door at 603pm ! They looked right at me and walked away!And that is what happens exactly I looked at my watch
Incredibly rude and unprofessional service. I received a package on Saturday March 14th, went to pick up on Monday March 16th. Was informed by Robin the manager that because they had had my package for more than a week that they had to send it back. But if you look at the label it states it was received on the 14th. And if you look at the Tracking number of the delivered and returning label they are for two seperate items. The other item I had picked up a week earlier and they failed to log it into their system.
Go down the street to another store. They charged me after labeling my package after I asked if they had an envelope. Along they way, they did not disclose that it would cost anything. Poor business practices.Let me clarify. I understand you might charge me for a product. But you should say the price before you slap a label on it.
I am the lady with the 4 lbs Chihuahua that was told to leave the store. My chi is friendly as can be and quiet as a mouse, plus I had her in my arm, not a danger to anyone. In response to the owners reply to my husbands complaint, there was no sign on their door at the time or I wouldnt have carried her in with me! And the owner could have been more diplomatic when he told me no dogs allowed.
I’m not in the habit of leaving reviews but this was quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. Thomas was incredibly rude and antagonistic. I’m just completely blown away with how I was treated. Yes, they are running a business but it’s not what you say...it’s how you say it.

I have a package that is supposed to be at the Riverbend UPS in Post Falls Idaho, and it says it is temporarily closed. Employee told me that Friday. I cannot just get a person on the phone by calling the 800 number. Very unsatisfied with not being able to get through to a real person.

If there was a negative rating to be given, this site would require such a rating. The man was rude, unhelpful and belittling and offensive.*****When you have a system that charges you per minute while you try to figure out how to use it; is not asking for free stuff!!!!!!!!!The employee or owner (according to the response) should have have made that clear prior to me entering my credit card. Yes, it does say in the directions, three lines down on the page.It should have been the first line, and that any and all transactions will be charge per minuet. This is false advertising and dishonest, not to mention a rip off.

DO NOT USE THE PLACE!!! I road my bike there in the summer. I needed some blueprints copied and a fax sent. I waited line 3rd in place. When I got to the counter the owner told the cashier that he would help me when he was finished with the cust he was helping. So I stepped aside, cashier helped the next in line. I waited for the owner to come over to help me but he came to the counter and helped another customer that had just walked in. I interrupted him, told him that I was waiting for him, that I was supposed to be next. He told me to GET OUT of the store and to go the the other mailbox place down the street. I was dumbfounded!! I went to Upscale Mail down the street. They are always very accommodating and friendly.
I will never return to this store I would rather drive an additional 15 miles than deal with Thomas who works at the Post Falls location. I was trying to return a package that was sent to me by mistake( I never purchased product and couldnt keep based off my personal morals). I was many issues with this man on multiple occasions in short he kept trying to charge me fees which I found odd because Ive never been charged anything for sending product back to this company before. When I asked why the fees he just stated theyre are fees. Come to find out it was for tape and print outs for labels. I had tape in my car and my label wasnt scanning so we printed them off, without telling me before hand there would be a charge. If he would have clarified the first time about the fee about tape I would have just taped up in my car and sent it that day but I went home thinking it was the initial label. In short, Thomas doesnt clarify about these fees and where they come from. To top it off when we returned with our taped up package and new clear label he made very rude remarks such as Was the drive back home worth the amount of the fees. I used to work in customer with people screaming in my face but I always held my composure because I knew they werent mad at me but the situation. I even told Thomas I was frustrated at the situation not him and never raised my voice once to him, yet her decided to be very disrespectful and treat me less than any human being deserves to be treated. I will state I have used this UPS store before this incident and have always been pleased with the customer service. Thomas is definitely not an asset to this company. I contacted corporate and Thomas is the owner so if you want good service go to Coeur DAlene or liberty lake.
Absolutely terrible and even dishonest merchant. The young male in the store just flat lied to his boss about details that happened earlier in the day. If you go here do NOT expect any good service.I was giving them an opportunity to see their service versus a competitor down the road. One word: FAILI dont agree with your characterization of what went down, and certainly wont use this store in Post Falls ever again.
Great lil place close to where I live! Friendly helpful...not sure if this is a secret, but yes, sometimes it is cheaper to mail things at the post officebut things that need great tracking, packaging and handling go with UPS

Horrible service, bad attitude, had a mailbox there for five years, if you dont bring your key its the end if the world for them to grab your mail. Overpriced as well, I will be going somewhere else. I would suggest you do the same. 😒 Update, after switching to the Hayden UPS store (which I highly suggest) I had my mail forwarded, eBay sent me a package to my old address (this location) and instead of forwarding my package they said they refused it and shipped it back, because of my bad review YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!🙄

Sad to see such bad experiences! Ive used this UPS at least twice in the past couple of months, and I prefer them over USPS because, while they cant legally compete in price with USPS, their overnight and 3-day mailing services are actually (surprise!) guaranteed to arrive the next day or within three days, respectively. I would much rather pay the extra coin to know that my package will arrive at its destination on time and in one piece!When it comes to service, its always been relatively empty when I came in, and aside from generic small talk, I havent really interacted with the staff. They seemed friendly enough! :)

Went there for first time yesterday. Was told my package would be $25. It was a small box of timecards. I politely said wow that sounds like a lot of money for a small box and the girl helping me snapped back saying the post office was the same price. I told her I was going there anyways so i would double check. She told me there was no point because the price would still be $25. So I took my package to the post office. Guess what...it was $12.30. I will never go back because it is one thing to be talked to that way by the person helping you but I really hate being lied to.
I sent a shipment from here to Point Roberts, wa. on May 16th, still no package according to tracking it has never left their building
