Consistently the most honest and effective auto repair place over the past 25 years. Very little turnover in staff. Brian is a great manager and customer service rep. Ive never had a bad repair or service from them. They are a bit more expensive than some shops, but youre getting quality service and this IS Potomac, after all. Im more interested in good, reliable service than the price.
Not one person who works here is wearing a mask. Avoid if you can
Good people. I change my own oil and they take the recycled oil with no problem. A certain station across the street told me to take it up to the transfer station many miles away
Worst customer service ever. Stopped in to purchase cigarettes and get gas. It took 5 minutes trying to explain to the man what cigarettes I wanted and I even pointed out where they were and gave directions to get him to them. I’m not sure if he just wasn’t listening or paying attention or if he honestly didn’t know his colors and which directions were left, right, forward, and backward. It was completely asinine. I would have had more success teaching calculus to a 4 year old.
I just stopped for a drink. Quick in quick out with no problems.
Had them check my wifes BMW. We noticed an oil leak and a smell as well as white smoke from tail pipe on an intermittent basis. They checked it out and found several oil leaks, a torn cv boot and determined that repairing this vehicle was way too big of a project for them. I think the oil seal repair would have required partial engine removal. Since they didnt perform any repairs they didnt charge me anything. I have to say these folks are honest and good people. They did work on my sons car and were very reasonable
Staffed by master ast mechanics fixed nail of run flat tire (RFT) in no time highly recommend
I paid for gas and it filled up my tank nothing exploded... pretty good deal...
Always more expensive than the exxon which is already crazy expensive. WOULD NOT GO
