Worst experience ever! Yesterday my son had accidentally gotten ice cream that had nuts in it and had a bad allergic reaction. Not only did my son suffer from a bad allergic episode, the staff was unsympathetic, argued that there was not whole peanuts in the flavor and refused to replace a cone.

Their Customer service is really outstanding. Very friendly staff. One time I ordered online and was backed up to pick up because of work. They normally close at 10:00pm that night and called me to let me know they will wait for me. I got there at 10:30 and it was the owner that waited for me for extra 30 minutes. Now that is going above and beyond. Thank you.

This is a good location for Baskin Robbins in the area. Staff is generally younger high school kids or new grads. They do a good job helping customers but sometimes the service leaves a bit desired. Seating inside is limited given the social distancing guidelines, but they do have a few tables outside the store.Ice cream is good but pricey - but that become a norm around the area. Whatever part of the paycheck is left after Whole Foods shopping will go towards buying ice cream for kids over summer!Parking in this shopping strip can be a pain given the stores here.

Ive been going here for 25 years. Great customer service from staff & owner. They hire young people from our area and train them well to deliver friendly, professional, customer oriented service!Once I even asked for my favorite ice cream (rum raisin) that was not out for sale at the time and they went to the back & scoop it for my ice cream sundae! I LOVE their sundaes, especially with rum raisin ice cream and also LOVE their vanilla malt shakes. Both of those items are difficult to get elsewhere, so Im glad I can get it right here in my neighborhood!

This BR is close to Cabin John park, so it is a very convenient place to stop by after the childrens playtime. The kids loved the ice cream and the choice of different types of cones.If there are a lot of people inside it can get a crowded, but there is space outside to hangout.

Very big clean store and great variety with cakes. Has the biggest selection of flavors Ive seen and they do photo cakes too! Offer allergy free cakes and gluten free as well. 👍👍👍

This is a great ice cream place! I very often go there to enjoy one of the many flavors of ice cream that they have. The staff are very helpful and nice!

The “warm cookie sandwich” is NOT warm nor a real sandwich nor a cookie. They put some PREMADE cookies in the MICROWAVE and stuffed some ice cream in the middle of them. Even though it’s MICROWAVED, it is ROCK SOLID and BARELY EDIBLE!!!! WHAT IS THIS??? A FAKE BRICK SANDWICH??? Not to mention the staff seem to hate their job and are pretty rude.

Ice cream tasted the same as other baskin Robbins (shipped from the same place I presume). Terrible customer service though. Rude manager. Mocked me when I said a shake didn’t taste right. Saw him being rude to his employees as well. Sad.

Niece loved all the flavors, staff was patient though could be more attentive (and have more than one guy to serve customers)- cant go wrong here!

Good icecream. always smells odd, like dirty mop, so does your first taste of your treat.

A medium milkshake is $6.99 and the store smells like an old mop.
