Excellent service. Brought in 3 cars over 2 days for winter tire installation. I had to buy 2 new snows and have them studded. They had my size in stock The only downside is no appointment can be made. It is first come, first served. Long wait first day, no wait the second. Luck of the draw.

I had them change my oil a couple of times, and besides splashing oil in the engine bay camera big done a pretty good job.

Need more help, but those who are there work hard.

I have been to here last Friday for fixing my tire air pressure sensor. After analyzing they told that two of the sensors were not working, it will be ficxed at $62.50. I agreed, after replacing the sensors, they told that they are not able to reset the tire pressure sensor light. Now I had to pay $62.50 without my problem actually fixing. They asked me to visit the dealer to fix it. My question is why didnt they tell this on advance instead of saying that the problem will be fixed just by replacing the sensors. If they would have told that the problem may not be fixed some times even if the sensors are replaced I would not have gone for replacing the sensors. I did not like their analysis. Never again to here.

The Potsdam Walmart Auto Care center is very good at minor maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotation or mounting, battery installation, wiper blade changes, headlight bulb changes, etc.The employees are courteous.When it becomes more difficult (wheel bearings, brakes, brake lines, rotors) a qualified mechanic or garage of your choice is needed as Walmart will not do the work.

They got me fit in the schedule super fast ! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating ! And as far as I can tell so far they did a great job ! Took slightly longer than expected but that can happen with cars and is understandable:)
